20/10/2026: A very pleasant surprise! Everything was excellent: the welcome, a very friendly and energetic waitress, succulent linguine with scallops, and a divine walnut tart.

07/08/2026: A lovely spot, shaded terrace, quality dishes, local produce, all in a relaxed and very friendly atmosphere. Efficient service. The Belgian fries are excellent. Yes, the owner is of Belgian origin and super friendly.

06/08/2026: Food: Avoid at all costs!!! The service: We weren't even seated before they told us it was going to be a long wait! And it was! 25 minutes before they took our order… then another 25 minutes before we got our starter. The order: They didn't have what we wanted! You settled for what was left, and it wasn't good at all! Bagged salad, chicken nuggets, pre-made sauce—that's the Caesar salad for you! The cook was constantly going in and out of the kitchen to help the servers: no chef's hat… in short, hygiene needs serious improvement! The servers, who were otherwise friendly, were doing what they could in this organized chaos. Moral of the story: The restaurant business is serious business and shouldn't be improvised… here it's the complete opposite, and that's a real shame!

21/07/2026: Everything there is excellent, simple, and very well cooked (from rustic dishes to more refined ones, as well as the desserts), and the welcome and setting are very pleasant. A relaxing break is a must when you're there.

20/07/2026: I had a truly wonderful time at La Boucherie. The meat was of excellent quality, cooked exactly as requested, and the side dishes (homemade fries, sauces) were delicious. The service was efficient and friendly, and the restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a meal with friends or family. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend it!

20/09/2026: The food was good, but the service was poor! Since we don't speak or understand French 100%, we asked for a menu in German or English. We were then given a small card with a QR code to scan the menu! It was very difficult to read and not all dishes were on the menus. We pointed this out and the wait staff then brought out their own phone with the scanned menus. It was just as difficult to read there. We eventually got our food back after some misunderstandings. This was an expensive and boring experience for us.

27/09/2026: A very good restaurant, my only complaint is that for a bistronomic establishment, especially considering the price we were paying, the chef didn't take the time to greet the diners in the dining room. A shame.

27/09/2026: We had the Lobster risotto and the sirloin steak, and I have to say, it was an absolute 11/10! Having lived in Italy, I can honestly say that this risotto is a chef's kiss. The steak was equally fantastic, scoring a perfect 10/10! I can't wait to return. The waiter was incredibly friendly, and the place has such a lovely, charming vibe. It was a truly delightful experience!

23/09/2026: A very pleasant welcome. The lady who looked after us was charming, smiling, and easy to talk to, chatting with us at various points during our meal. We had a wonderful dinner: fish for my wife, and sirloin steak from Aubrac beef for me—a cut virtually unknown in our region—absolutely delicious, tender, and with very generous portions. The tiramisu was enormous, served in a sort of small glass jar, and when you remove the golden lid, wow! What a surprise! The decoration on top was magnificent. A place to recommend without hesitation.

What strikes you first is the impeccable service: the dishes are presented with understated elegance, then accompanied by explanations provided afterward—a judicious choice that allows for initial impressions before revealing the chef's intentions and extending the experience. The wine pairings are exquisitely refined: the flavors complement each other perfectly. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the chef's visit makes the experience truly memorable. This is an address that is definitely worth a visit, led by a chef whose talent suggests a very bright future.

28/08/2026: Very good restaurant, the open-faced sandwiches are delicious, the fries are very good, and the salad is also good. The dessert crepes are also good, but be aware they no longer make savory galettes. However, I highly recommend it. The price is around €25 per person.

26/08/2026: The wait was particularly long before we were served. It would be much appreciated if they brought bread to eat while we waited, rather than serving it with the food (burgers and fries). Note: contrary to what Google says, this restaurant does not serve galettes.

The welcome is friendly, the service attentive, and the atmosphere very convivial. We had a wonderful time and particularly appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the care taken with the presentation. An address I wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return!
