19/04/2026: No dough, no pizza. Order canceled. To clarify: I placed the order at 7 PM and called at 8 PM to cancel it. It's getting more and more disastrous. They're out of toppings on the pizzas, and the staff are incredibly rude. And now they call me saying: No dough, no pizza, we've canceled, have a good evening.

27/06/2026: What can I say? 1/ They tell you on the phone that the beach bar only serves platters, no problem, but once you arrive, they tell you that the beach bars only serve drinks; snacks (not platters) are only available after the restaurant closes, so at 2 PM. And of course, they do it in a very condescending tone. 2/ Then they tell you the restaurant is full. Luckily, you checked online a few minutes before. Finally, you get a table right away, and of course, no apology or questioning of the situation. And surprise, surprise, three-quarters of the tables on the terrace are empty. In short, the service is unacceptable given the level they claim to offer. 3/ When we arrive on the terrace, no one greets us. We have to go find them. No one offers to seat us, and after 10 minutes, we choose our own table. And finally, we were served after a 1.5-hour wait, all the while watching other tables that had arrived long after us and had already been served… It's a real shame because the food is very good, no complaints there (duck breast, pork, and octopus), and the setting is very pleasant.

21/06/2026: An experience unworthy of a Relais & Châteaux We had booked a table for two, trusting in the reputation of a Relais & Châteaux establishment. That day, the region was under a red heatwave alert, and knowing the restaurant's layout, it seemed obvious to us that we could have lunch inside. Before even being seated, my husband asked if it was possible to eat inside. The waitress bluntly told us that indoor dining was not offered. Our first disappointment. A few minutes later, we were astonished to see three people seated inside, even though several tables were available. This unequal treatment was incomprehensible and, above all, deeply disrespectful. How can an establishment bearing the Relais & Châteaux label afford such a lack of consideration for its customers? Between the unjustified refusal, the lack of transparency, and the feeling of being relegated to the sidelines, this experience was very disappointing. We left with a bitter feeling and the certainty that this establishment respects neither its commitments nor its customers.

22/06/2026: We went there to buy a well-known white wine from Pic Saint-Loup at €15 a bottle, plus a few bottles of rosé, and ended up with a case of white wine that cost €5 a bottle, which was more expensive. We should have checked, but we trusted them—that was our mistake! I called to point out the error, and the response was, "I'm not going to come down to Montpellier to replace the bottles for you." It's a real scandal! We paid more, and now we have to go back to the store ourselves to get the bottles replaced. I strongly advise against this type of wine shop; it's a tourist trap.

20/06/2026: Good food overall, apart from the Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce) which still hasn't improved; the service was much more pleasant than before.

05/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at La Table de l'Étang; everything was perfect, from the service to the food! It's a fantastic place to visit, especially in the summer, with its gentle, cool breeze that refreshes even the hottest days! Thank you to the team!

25/04/2026: Excellent cuisine at a very reasonable price. A menu of 5 starters and 5 main courses with quality ingredients. Everything looks tempting, and the results live up to the menu. The terrace on a pleasant little square is delightful. The wait was short, even though we arrived at the end of service. The waiter was fast and a bit reserved, but he was working alone and was efficient! Just what you need for a great time. Thank you.

16/05/2026: Passing through the region with our family, we received a very warm welcome for lunch. The reception was excellent, the children were very welcome and well looked after! The meals were generous and of high quality, everything was perfect!

29/03/2026: We arrived by chance and were very well received; the food is simple and good, plentiful and inexpensive, perfect for a break on the way home; however, the wine was too old (Pinot Gris) and, above all, the young waitress should tie back her hair because it literally hangs in the dishes, which is a deal-breaker; the coffee was water; yes, we could have mentioned it directly, but we didn't want to make a fuss; it's good that other tourists find it worthwhile.
