04/10/2026: We dropped in here completely spontaneously, just wanting to grab a quick beer – and were instantly impressed. A truly fantastic restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere and incredibly friendly, attentive service. The pizzas that were carried past us looked amazing and smelled so incredibly good that we almost regretted having already eaten. 😄 Next time we'll definitely come hungry! 😊

10/07/2026: The meal was very good and beautifully presented, the service was impeccable, and the wait was normal, taking the time to prepare the dishes. I'll definitely be back. The terrace is by the road but protected by a fence, and there's parking just steps away.

27/06/2026: A restaurant we knew well, which, despite a few setbacks, has managed to relaunch and reinvent itself, maintaining a smaller menu while retaining its generous and delicious quality. From the main courses to the desserts, everything was perfect. As an added bonus, there's an adjoining, renovated shop where you're sure to find something you love. Well done!

Thank you for making our wedding anniversary weekend, during a time disrupted by illness, a truly magical and enchanting moment. 14/06/2026: Three days spent in paradise! At the Hautegente manor, we were welcomed like family by Marie Josée, Patrick, and all the staff! Hautegente is a unique place that will awaken your five senses: - sight (magnificent setting: garden, house, river, pool…), - hearing (the soothing sound of flowing water and birdsong), - taste (the breakfast and restaurant are delicious and of high quality), - touch (animals to pet, soft linens, comfortable outdoor sofas…), - smell (beautiful flowers and mint filling the lawn, perfect for relaxation) … What more could you ask for?

25/04/2026: We had dinner at 1201, just the two of us. The cuisine is remarkable, with well-prepared seasonal ingredients and perfect flavor combinations. The presentation of the dishes is excellent; everything is meticulously crafted. The amuse-bouche could almost be a course in itself, given its quality. The desserts are magnificent. The service is top-notch. One minor drawback: we were seated on the terrace before dinner, and the wait for cocktails was a bit long. The wine pairings during the meal were very well chosen and delicious, but the portions were a little small considering the price. The setting remains superb, with a calm atmosphere—a truly wonderful experience. B. Thomas

22/04/2026: Discovering the five-course Equinox menu. The setting is superb, as is the decor in the bar area. The restaurant itself is simple and understated, with nothing out of place. The staff is attentive and very pleasant. The meal was excellent, refined, and visually appealing. I highly recommend this establishment. We will return to explore other options, such as the brasserie.

21/09/2026: We had a delicious, extensive lunch at Le Coquet. It is the perfect place to unwind after a visit to a champagne house. We sat on the terrace and chose the terrine, the chicken spring rolls, the pork neck with homemade mashed potatoes, salad and cream sauce, and the pork ribs with salad and fries. I would love to come back here sometime if we are in the area.

24/02/2026: We organized a meal for a 60th birthday party, and the owners are absolutely lovely and do everything to make you happy. Personally, I won't go anywhere else because I won't find better. The food was excellent; in short, it was perfect. I highly recommend you go and see them; they truly deserve it.

21/07/2026: Excellent. Everything is perfect in this authentic restaurant for those who appreciate simplicity and quality. An aperitif (Ricard) + dish of the day + dessert of your choice + 2 coffees: €19.60. Helpful, warm, lovely decor + friendly service and incredible value for money ☺️

02/10/2026: It's always a pleasure to go there! I've already tried their waffles, sweet and savory crepes, ice cream, milkshakes… and well, I love everything! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The portions are generous, and you get a beautiful view of the Major Cathedral, all while enjoying the shade! And the little extra we love… they're dog-friendly! We absolutely approve! Go without hesitation, you won't be disappointed!

13/10/2026: We were surprised, because we had booked a suite and ended up with a luxurious cabin all to ourselves, with a lovely terrace overlooking the horses – it was pure bliss. Even though we were in a mobile dead zone, the good Wi-Fi kept us connected. The owners are lovely, a wonderful Corsican family where the grandfather looks after the grandchildren and the children look after the guests. And above all, the place reflects their personality; we found it perfect.

01/10/2026: A beautiful establishment in a natural setting, located near the beaches of Carataggio and Palombaggia. The welcome is particularly warm and the service impeccable. Breakfast is delicious and served outdoors in a lovely atmosphere. Horseback riding is available. In the summer, there are musical evenings.
