18/08/2024: To flee!! The waiter was rude, offering no drinks and sighed when asked to adjust the arrival time of a dish (so that it was served at the same time as the menu). Regarding hygiene, it was even worse: the bread baskets were reused from one table to another. I even saw the waitress, after putting dirty plates in the kitchen, top off the baskets of bread with her bare hands before bringing them to another table. An unacceptable situation. We decided not to eat there.
16/08/2024: The lamb shank is excellent. This is the dish to taste!

I don't recommend this place at all

19/08/2024: Sat outside here around 1150am with the drinks menu right by us in the window. There was nothing indicating any tables were reserved. We tried to order when the very stroppy staff member came out. She shooed us away saying we could only have drinks with food. Very poor business practice over €10 of trade lost. The tables inside and out were barely occupied. I can see why.
14/08/2024: Great for vegetarians /vegans who love bio/organic well prepared nutritious food and drink. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location. Wanted lunch earlier than noon so would of been good to of relaxed the rules but understand why. Well done xx

14/07/2024: We stayed at the hotel, but were unable to enjoy the restaurant because it was under construction. The boss is very nice. The room was large, but the bathroom was too small: small shower, small sink and too low. Decent breakfast.

15/09/2024: I recently discovered this charming tea room in Morteau, and frankly, what can I say?
The choice of coffees and teas is really very wide, the tarts (both sweet and savory) are to die for (so good that I forgot to take a photo...), the atmosphere is very cozy, the service is impeccable and what's more, the prices are more than fair!
One visit is enough to make this place a must in Morteau 😁

14/09/2024: We enjoyed our visit on September 13, 2024. We had already appreciated your work and nothing has changed. The home cooking is delicious, the welcome is very pleasant, the hygiene is perfect, the room is tastefully decorated. I'm looking, but I can't find anything to criticize! We feel good at your place.
This is therefore not our first visit and certainly not the last.

23/09/2024: We got married this summer and we had the wedding of our dreams and the venue made our weekend better.
From the first meeting with Michel, we had the feeling that we were in good hands, attentive, very good advice and always available and quick to respond. It takes the stress out of the preparations.
The weekend was a great team, the guests had a great time, the place was magical.
A big thank you to everyone and a special mention to Michel for his kindness, his benevolence and his reassuring presence.

02/08/2024: Two beautiful places discovered in one bike ride. Heatwave obliges, my sons and I are looking for a place to have a drink, we stop at the first bistro crossed and bingo, another cool place. Village bistro in its own right, but super friendly staff, authentic, more than reasonable prices and quality products. Only serves food at lunchtime, so don't miss out. Daily menu at 16.50, starter, main course, dessert, mature steak, home fries and salad for 24th. Dark if you like simple but authentic places.
