17/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at Brasserie de la Londaine! The gentleman behind the bar was very welcoming, smiling, and genuinely friendly. We enjoyed watching the French national team's match in a pleasant atmosphere while sipping our drinks. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is excellent. It's a place where you feel right at home, and we'll definitely be back!

29/06/2026: On the recommendation of our host, we ate at this pop-up restaurant, frequented mostly by locals. It's easy to make friends with the other patrons, who are always available to offer advice and chat. We recommend the pulled-beef burger, which is truly excellent.

19/06/2026: Visited Le Hammam Biarritz after a long journey from New York City to Paris via Nice, then Paris to Biarritz. When we arrived, we were exhausted and looking to spend some time between our arrival and check in for our residence. The Hammam was PERFECT. The staff is warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. They treated us with kindness and respect as we tried to communicate with them in the very little French we knew. The facilities were clean and fragrant. The Spring Reset service we received made our skin feel so soft and light. At the end, they served us a sweetened mint tea and a cookie. Truly an amazing and relaxing experience. If you are ever in Biarritz, I would HIGHLY recommend you visit here.

18/05/2026: Excellent find! Super chill atmosphere, even on a sunny Saturday. The room was cool, and we were the only ones there. The place has real charm, a blend of an old building with creaky floorboards and a youthful, community-oriented vibe. The drinks were good, but above all, the barista wasn't pushy at all. I waited for my friends before ordering; she didn't ask me any questions or ask me to order, which was extremely appreciated! The little free library upstairs was perfect for when I waited.

22/04/2026: I'd give this establishment a solid four stars; the service is very good. The room is very nice, and the evening meal is very good. However, there's a slight drawback with breakfast: the pastries and bread aren't fresh. There are no eggs, no fruit salad, and quite a few things are missing, especially regional products and homemade jam. Considering the price of the evening, which is around €125, the breakfast is a bit disappointing. That would be the only point that could be improved.

30/06/2026: A true must-visit in Collobrières! The town hall restaurant and bar offers an exceptional setting, perfect for a delicious break. Special mention goes to the ice cream sundaes made with the famous local chestnuts – a real treat! Warm welcome, friendly atmosphere, pleasant terrace… we always enjoy coming back.
