17/03/2026: Although the establishment has been in the town since 1926, we were disappointed by the services and the à la carte meal.

12/03/2026: It's been a long time since I've experienced an atmosphere like this. A lovely ambiance, just like in my youth. A very good restaurant, don't change a thing! 😍👍

29/03/2026: We only had lunch at this establishment; it's not a hotel. How can I put it, without being unpleasant, that we ate very well, however, the service didn't live up to the price. Let me explain: no tablecloth on the table, the wine was brought to the table without a taste, and you only got one glass... There were other things, details for some, but when the menu costs €50, you expect a certain presentation. If you're not too fussy, you'll eat very well.

07/06/2026: Unfortunately, my stay was too short considering the quality of the place and service, as I was just passing through thanks to a Smartbox gift. The welcome was very warm, the tasting included homemade dishes paired with local wines, and the advice on places to visit and explore was excellent. Regarding the location, the view from the top of the tower was beautiful, the room was very clean and in keeping with the surroundings, and the pool was immaculate. It's a shame it was windy and a bit chilly before I could try it out. As for the food, it was excellent once again; almost everything is homemade and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was generous and delicious. And the location in general is very well situated for the region. No complaints whatsoever.

22/02/2026: We received a very warm welcome from Pascal, who gave us a panoramic view (from a high vantage point) of the Sauternes vineyards and beyond, with insightful explanations. The meal and breakfast were excellent. Thank you.

23/02/2026: A warm welcome, delicious food (the homemade mushroom soup was amazing, and we tried the fish and chips), and quick, efficient service. Very attractive set menu prices: €15.80 (1 course), €17.80 (2 courses), and €21.80 (3 courses). Good value for money and just steps from the botanical gardens.

26/05/2026: Another wonderful two-night stay on the shores of Lac du Pêcher! The ecolodge invites you to recharge and unwind amidst magnificent natural surroundings. The interior décor is in harmony with nature, and the beautiful, unique rooms create a truly comfortable atmosphere. Laurence and Daniel love sharing their passion for this place and are incredibly attentive to their guests. The restaurant offers a truly "epicurean" experience, showcasing creative and delicious cuisine: the unique "surprise" menu changes daily. A lovely spa overlooking the lake invites you to relax... The hardest part is leaving this place... so we keep coming back, season after season, with just as much pleasure each time! Ariane and Stéphane

24/07/2026: Don't go to the restroom, they clear the table before you've even finished dessert. My little girl needed to pee, so I stopped eating to take her. When she came out of the restroom, the waitress had already cleared the table. I was really disappointed. I paid without even having a coffee.

22/07/2026: Passing through Noyon for a family meal at 9:50 pm on a Sunday evening, we were refused service, even though their website states they serve until 10:30 pm and close at 11 pm. The reason given by the head waitress was that there weren't many customers that evening, hence the shortened hours. Honestly, what a joke! 😲 This is unacceptable, especially for a restaurant chain that claims to be close to people and families! I definitely do not recommend this restaurant.

18/07/2026: We received an extremely warm welcome from our head waiter, Jules, who was very friendly and pleasant. His patience and attention to detail were remarkable. He was very professional and attentive to our preferences from beginning to end. Thank you to Bastien for his kindness and friendliness. I highly recommend this establishment! 😃

22/07/2026: We arrived with a full wallet and an empty stomach. It was not possible to order the plat du jour. Only items from the menu that were twice as expensive. Doesn't matter, after all, we brought a full wallet. I saw others around me who did have one. It took a long time before the waitress came to take our order. While we were ordering in English, she just walked away. That can happen, of course. A while later she came back. In the meantime, we had both been to the toilet. It was dirty, by the way, but that is beside the point. And again, she walked away while taking the order. That was the last straw. When we stood up, she suddenly came back and wanted 2 euros for using the toilet. Don't go here. We are no longer used to this kind of inhospitability in France.

22/07/2026: Visit during the World Cup semi-final. We must highlight the absolutely remarkable professionalism of our waitress, Camille, who looked after us during the World Cup semi-final. We were seated quickly. The evening was extremely intense for the teams. The restaurant was packed, the atmosphere electric. Yet, despite this large crowd, Camille demonstrated impressive calm, efficiency, and composure. She remained available, responsive, and smiling despite the event. Her orders were taken quickly and accurately, the service was seamless, and her attitude was always warm. Well done, Camille! We will be back and hope to see you again. Congratulations to the entire team for managing the evening so well. Thank you, Camille, for making our evening so enjoyable. A super friendly waitress, absolutely fantastic!

09/06/2026: Fantastic experience! The service was truly excellent, the staff friendly and attentive. The dishes are homemade, and it shows. The daily menu offered a good selection of quality ingredients. Everything was delicious from start to finish. A wonderful place that I highly recommend!

28/06/2026: I stumbled upon this place by chance and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food at a reasonable price. Lots of locals, which is always a good sign. The kitchen is open to view; it's family-run, and I'd gladly return.

23/05/2026: A complete work of art. At lunchtime, a diverse crowd gathers, from American tourists to French tradesmen. The chef works tirelessly in full view of everyone – the kitchen is visible – processing the orders. So it can take a while. Nevertheless, it was enjoyable, as the atmosphere was excellent. The food is solid. The service was efficient but friendly and efficient.

13/05/2026: They shut me 2 times just because I was showing a video to my friend, it wasn’t that loud and the second time I was face timing my mom for Mother’s Day and they also shut me. If it wasn’t for the food it would have ruined my day.
