09/12/2025: I had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant for a birthday celebration, and I enjoyed the pork knuckle with fries and salad; the staff were very pleasant.

01/02/2026: New Year's Eve dinner. €100 per person. The welcome was adequate, the service decent, and the food very good. The decor is rather dated and has a very particular style. The problem is that it wasn't warm; the radiator must be 20-30 years old. And above all, both the appetizers and drinks were ice cold! Why not leave an hour before the other customers arrive? People come to be comfortable, not to eat or drink cold food and drinks. A real shame.

21/12/2025: A wonderful discovery south of Orléans. A very warm welcome, excellent service, and superb cuisine. Our table of 16 was a little noisy, hence the 3 stars for the atmosphere. We will gladly return and wish them continued success.

03/12/2024: What can I say except that everything is perfect? The staff is super nice! The servers are very friendly! And let's not mention the meals, a real treat! I recommend!

08/07/2025: This only applies to the bistro, not the restaurant. The cafe has very dirty restrooms, smells of urine, a dirty sink, and most importantly, I had a drink in a glass with food scraps stuck to it. It wasn't limescale. A tourist spot like Cordes-sur-Ciel deserves a bistro that lives up to this place's reputation.

08/07/2025: Only concerns the bistro, not the restaurant. The cleanliness of the glasses leaves something to be desired. As for the toilet area, I don't think it's cleaned often. Black deposit all around and at the bottom of the bowl. Sink is the same. Too bad the hygiene service doesn't come. Smells of urine. Move on by.

07/01/2026: Lovely decor and atmosphere in this central restaurant and friendly welcome. The food was altogether quite average while the reccomended champagne good. I would probably recommend it more for a drink than for a meal

04/10/2025: I can't judge the food because I only came for a drink with a sea/harbor view. Cozy terrace, sunset, ocean, perfect setting to take the time to enjoy a drink. Cocktail menu rather interesting and quite good. Nice discoveries.

23/06/2025: Don’t visit this restaurant. They are scammers. We’ve ordered full breakfast menu, where omelet was included. They told us that the cook had to do something else and we will not receive the omelet, but we were charged full price. 29€ for two bad espresso, two croissants and two cheap orange juices from bottle.

15/06/2025: ❌ Disappointed by the welcome We arrived with two adults and a child, just after two other people without reservations, who were seated without any problem. When it was our turn, we were told that if it rained, they wouldn't be able to let us in, so we couldn't eat, even though the restaurant was empty inside. We found this unfair and unprofessional. A shame, because we came here often.

08/01/2026: A very disappointing experience at Auberge du Piory (Joserand). Upon our arrival, while it was snowing and freezing outside, the waitress made inappropriate remarks, offering a cold welcome and an irritated, disillusioned attitude. When I asked for the menu, I was told there was only one set menu, without the waitress being able to explain what it consisted of. The most shocking incident was a hygiene-related one: a customer entered with a dog that urinated right next to me. The waitress downplayed the situation, saying "it wasn't a big deal," and the urine was left on the floor, in the middle of a walkway. Several people stepped in it, and it was spread all the way to the kitchen. Between the lack of professionalism, the unpleasant welcome, and the clearly inadequate hygiene, this was a very bad experience. I will not be returning.

19/11/2025: I discovered this little inn, with its magnificent and very generous family menu. Two truly unique starters, followed by a main course, cheese, and dessert. I visit this unusual place once a month. I booked a weekend for a friend's surprise birthday party—the frog legs and fried food were fantastic! Thank you to the management.
