04/04/2026: An exceptional experience, I was surprised by the flavors, the blend of quality, and the finesse of the dishes. A very warm welcome. And an excellent DVINE wine! 🥂 I highly recommend it. As for the choux pastry with the red fruit craquelin… absolutely divine.

07/05/2026: A very disappointing experience. The waiter's behavior was particularly unpleasant: a disdainful attitude, a complete lack of politeness, and the unsettling feeling that I was bothering him as a customer. A minimum of courtesy and respect should be the norm in this type of establishment. It's a shame, because it completely ruined the experience and makes me have no desire to return.

22/05/2026: I'm from Besançon and know the Tandem bar and its good reputation quite well. However, on Friday, May 22nd, a friend and I went for drinks on the terrace. We enjoyed several beers in the sunshine and a charcuterie and cheese board. A great start to the weekend! 😎 The waitress was very friendly. But around 9 pm, just after I'd finished my drink, the owner came over and started cleaning the table insistently, making it clear that it was time to leave and vacate the table, saying, "I have to earn a living." We left without saying a word—we're usually quite polite—but we were very shocked. I'll definitely tell all my friends in Besançon about this experience. We'd had several drinks and eaten, and then we were kicked out as soon as we finished our drinks? We were stunned! From now on, I'll go for drinks elsewhere. There are so many nicer bars where you don't get kicked out as soon as your glass is empty. A word to the wise!

09/01/2026: AMAZING RESTAURANT! The staff are lovely, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the prices are reasonable! I'm lactose intolerant, and they made me a soy cream—they were incredibly kind and attentive! I highly recommend it!

20/05/2026: A very pleasant location, nestled in a pine forest, the hotel is very appealing. The pool is lovely but unfortunately not heated. The hotel is undergoing renovations, and it's a shame to find rubble and a lot of litter upon arrival, which could be removed gradually to preserve the property and ensure the comfort of guests. Breakfast costs €15, which is more than excessive considering the buffet. Provence is rich in artisanal jams and local honeys, so it's disappointing to find low-quality, mass-produced jams and honeys, especially given the price of breakfast.

15/04/2026: We had a wonderful time last August at Mas des Écureuils. We found refuge there after a holiday that started in an unsanitary resort. They literally saved our family vacation. Everyone is lovely, from the owners to the housekeeping and kitchen staff, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the food is delicious (special mention for the prawns). A haven of peace, happiness, and serenity, just a stone's throw from Aix-en-Provence. "It was absolutely fantastic," signed Iona. We can't wait to go back.

29/04/2026: Great experience to have lunch here with the family on the way home from the cote d’azir to Eijsden. Locally made written all over it! Great service. Not your average mcd stop along the highway but a decent 3 course lunch and cheese platter for 19 euro pp which you will remember for years!

10/06/2026: A lovely chocolate shop with a wide selection of tasty chocolate. We bought some treats here for ourselves and for those back home. The quality of the chocolate is very good and there are plenty of different flavors to choose from. Additionally, we were assisted in a friendly manner by the staff. Definitely recommended for chocolate lovers! 🍫

27/06/2026: I had the quiche special which was yum! Hubby had a salmon dish which he enjoyed and we also ordered the Nutella crepe. Service was great. Toilets weren't amazing, hence the lower atmosphere score.

17/06/2026: My experience was not good. I was on a trip with my wife and son, and we were offered a table in the sun. The crepes didn't come with the salad as advertised on the menu, nor were we offered bread. The waiters also didn't make an effort to understand us, and we were treated with indifference. To make matters worse, the salmon crepe was extremely salty. I wouldn't recommend this experience to any tourist, especially Brazilians.

03/03/2026: This is my second time in the area, and I keep coming back to this lovely restaurant. The lunch menu is excellent. Good value for money. The starter buffet is well-stocked. Choice of three good-quality main courses. One drink included in the set menu (wine or non-alcoholic). A spacious dining room. Pleasant service.
