19/09/2025: The welcome and service were both good. Overall, the staff were very professional. The terrace is really pleasant. The ingredients are of good quality, however, the portions are smaller than in previous years. The service is quick and efficient. In short, for a restaurant operating at full capacity in an extremely touristy village, frequented mainly by tourists from outside the region or country, this restaurant stands out for its consistent quality, as this isn't our first visit. We hope it continues this way!

The location is close to many activities, the food is authentic, and the room for three is very well laid out, guaranteeing privacy for both parents and child. Moreover, the special attention given to our little one was very touching. Above all, the warm welcome and kindness of the owners, with their infectious smiles, were truly appreciated. 31/07/2026: I just ate at this restaurant; it was my first time there. The food was good, but the atmosphere wasn't really there. However, the waitress, who I understood to be the manager, had absolutely no respect! One table didn't like a pizza, and apparently it was a huge deal since she spent the rest of the shift criticizing and mocking the customer (who had already left) with two other tables who must have been her acquaintances. I think it's incredibly disrespectful to do that just because a customer didn't like your dish. I pointed it out to her because she wasn't being discreet at all, and her excuse was, "Well, yeah, but he said he knew me, I don't know him." So, if you want to be insulted behind your back by the manager, this is the place for you, LOL. Anyway, bye.

14/03/2026: Breakfast buffet was more than adequate to get the day started: coffee machine that makes lattes, selection of fruits, yogurt, granola. Eggs, bacon, and sausages. Plenty of french butter. Dinner was spectacular, gourmet french food every night with good protein, vegetables (Braised leg of lamb, bok choy, some pea soup; Plancha duck, turnips; mashed potatoes and skirt steak, fish and some vegetables; and on your last evening it's fondue, and salad); dessert is also great with some mousse, lava cake, pavlova. Service is excellent, staff from reception Carol is warm and welcoming. The staff at the dining area Marcel, Justine, Michell are great hosts, attentive and accomodating. Very happy with my stay. The shower is adequate with hot water/ cold water in the shower. The bed is ok, i definitely wish they had bigger/ thicker pillows as the ones in my room were definitely flat. I kept my balcony door open for fresh / cooler mountain air at night. The rooms are generally quiet, the main source of noise i found was the plumbing which can be distracting. I kept earplugs on at night and that was enough to help me get restful sleep. The Olympic gondola is about a 7 minute walk from the hotel. The ski and boot storage facility of the hotel is readily available so you dont have to pay extra to store them elsewhere if you dont mind carrying them. Overall, i think it is excellent value in the region considering the food and service at an affordable price. I would happily go back! Only thing to note is that the Gondola is about a 25 minute ride to Meribel center. It is generally reliable, though in case of a breakdown, the resort sends a bus to take you from Brides les Bains to Meribel.

29/01/2026: Update: We've been here several times in recent years, and it's become one of our favorite restaurants. We definitely recommend this place when we want to enjoy a night out with a great atmosphere, good service, and delicious food! We dined there on April 25, 2025, and were able to sit outside for an aperitif before enjoying a delicious dinner inside. The restaurant is small (and that's perfectly fine!) and popular (because of the friendly staff and the delicious food), so reservations are definitely recommended. Highly recommended!

09/09/2026: We had the wonderful opportunity to tour the Sylla Famille de Vignerons in Apt and it was so amazing! The processing portion was so interesting and educational. Our host was very passionate about the equipment, the co-op, the people and of course the wine! As we learned more about the specific wines offered during the tasting, we had already started a shopping list of our favorites to bring home to the United States. A huge thank you to Lionel for his insight and kindness. We cant say enough about the variety of wines and helpful staff that made the tour and tasting so special. Paul and Sheri

13/07/2026: Every first Thursday of the month, come and enjoy a glass of wine from Maison Sylla, with a food truck and live music. Enjoy it outdoors with the sound of cicadas, or browse our selection of wines in the shop... And don't forget the Winemakers' Ball, always a festive and friendly event! A wonderful summer awaits!
