29/07/2026: What a special place to stay! The architecture, the design of the rooms, the lovely staff... all worth it. Of course the chance to try the restaurant should not be missed, it is absolutely superb. Stayed here twice now and will surely come back.

27/07/2026: A truly wonderful gastronomic experience. The cuisine is exquisitely refined, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The foie gras appetizer was simply divine, while the langoustine appetizer delighted us with its freshness. The veal was cooked to perfection. Its deliciously fragrant jus, enhanced with subtle hints of acidity, brought out all the flavors of the dish. A restaurant we wholeheartedly recommend!

22/09/2026: Excellent sushi. Professional staff with impeccable service. It's obviously street food, but it's all there, and the food is the star of the show. The timing is right, but it's still pretty quick. Everything is excellent, from the temporal to the gyoza to the nigiri.

06/10/2026: Absolutely fantastic! We'd never had caillette before, and the waiter offered to share one, serving us half cold and half hot. A thoughtful touch we particularly appreciated. Afterwards, we had a goat cheese ravioli and a duck leg. The portions were very generous and delicious! The waiters were incredibly kind and attentive. We'll definitely be back because I still have some French toast to eat ;)

20/09/2025: We came this weekend to enjoy the last moments of good weather. This crêperie was just perfect. The waitress was smiling, the crêpes were delicious and generous. The service was fast. If you want interesting formulas at any time, go there with your eyes closed! We will definitely come back 😋

30/09/2026: I wasn't even able to eat in that restaurant; it looked filthy and empty, which should have been a red flag. When I went to sit down, I came face to face with a cockroach. The waiter just swatted it away. After that, I simply left without eating; it was impossible for me to eat in a place like that.

24/09/2026: I very rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to highlight the kindness of the people who work there. The server who primarily looked after us was incredibly kind and patient and made us feel very comfortable. The second server was also very pleasant. Furthermore, the cooks did a fantastic job; the food was excellent.

10/09/2026: Yes, 4/5 seems more consistent with your experience: a very good meal, but a few details prevent it from being 5/5. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 A very good experience at Le Boucanier. The restaurant is located on a lovely, quiet pedestrian square, surrounded by typical Alsatian houses. A very pleasant setting and welcoming staff. I had the Alsatian burger: very good, hearty, and generously topped, cooked to perfection. The fries were truly excellent. One small drawback: the Munster cheese was a little too subtle for my taste. The homemade tiramisu was very generous and truly tasted like a good tiramisu. Lots of mascarpone, perhaps a little too much compared to the amount of sponge cake, but very good nonetheless. The espresso was perfect to finish. €32.70 for everything, with generous portions and good quality: very good value for money. A good place that I recommend.

08/10/2026: A warm welcome and an atmosphere with music that complements the decor without being too loud. A simple yet delicious menu. We will return and highly recommend this establishment.

05/08/2026: The owner is extremely unfriendly. The saleswomen don't even say hello when you come in, they're too busy chatting amongst themselves. A good reputation for bad staff and bad management.
