27/09/2024: a beautiful and cozy hotel, very good location, a comfortable room, an impeccable bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, extraordinary breakfast, all the staff very friendly, it was really a very pleasant stay, 100% recommended

09/09/2024: Hotel is located right by the harbour with beautiful views from the room balconies or from the breakfast room. The selection was quite rich for the breakfast, covering the preferences of many cultures. Rooms have a sea inspired Victorian feel which is chic. Overall great place to stay in Cannes

03/08/2024: An exotic experience not to be missed! How nice it is to take the time to savor good cuisine (simple but refined and delicious, especially the desserts) accompanied by a wine tasting on the wise advice of the staff. Historic and atypical place that is worth the detour! The staff is smiling, not intrusive, discreet and gives guests time to enjoy this moment of break! Thank you to the staff for bringing such a place to life!😊

16/07/2024: It was a pleasure to stop by your establishment twice to successively have dinner and then lunch at the restaurant. Lots to say... Positive: - This incredible setting with spacious tables spaced far apart, very intimate. - The friendliness of the receptionist who ensures that everything went well, as well as the servers with a constant eye on the room! - What's on the plate, a real quality product and original foods that are well cooked and processed. - Evening shows, especially on weekends. - The sommelier who seems to master his subject, and remaining present throughout the experience. - Fresh flowers on the tables. To improve in my opinion: - Young waiters, almost all of whom seem to be in continuous training during service. This is not disturbing but sometimes causes some errors, discomfort and oddities in the service. - The presentation on the plate is sometimes too simple and "effective". - This is a detail for some, but there is no telephone network within the restaurant. - The volume is too high during shows, we can no longer hear each other at all. In short, a great experience to repeat.

11/12/2024: Agréablement surpris par ce très bon restaurant, nous y avons été très bien accueilli malgré la non réservation la patronne est d'une gentillesse sans pareil. Les plats succulent de l'entrée au dessert pour un prix plus que raisonnable. Nous avons aussi apprécié les petites attentions en amuse gueule et en trou normand. Je vous conseille ce resto les yeux fermés. 10/10

23/07/2024: We had such an enjoyable time at Babel Babel, we came back the next day, where we were also able to have a great view of the Tour De France, thanks to the excellent hospitality of the owner. The food was some of the best we had during our stay in Nice and we were glad to see they had a great natural wine list. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and couldn’t have been more attentive.

18/08/2024: From a "slightly shabby" exterior, the kitchen and the restaurateur are well above that. The cuisine is monstrously good, from starter to dessert, in a very friendly atmosphere, the chef very warm and attentive, on a terrace with a magnificent lime tree on the banks of the Saône. Fresh products from starter to dessert which is very pleasant today at the time of frozen food for a very reasonable price. We were looking for good traditional cuisine without being gourmet and we were won over. Too bad we don't live in the area, it would undoubtedly be one of our favorite restaurants.
