16/12/2025: Too bad I can't comment on the food, the owner refused me service at 1:30 pm (the stated time on the website was 2:00 pm). The empty dining room must have exhausted the kitchen!

21/10/2025: Very quiet but one of the few open on Tuesday evenings. Great food, friendly service, some good Belgian beers. We'll be back.

11/11/2025: The food (mussels and meat) was good but nothing special, quite disappointing to be honest considering the price. You're paying for the location. We still had a nice, friendly time, though.

10/11/2025: My friends and I stopped in our car in front of the restaurant to look at the menu on the outside sign, and lo and behold, we were greeted with a middle finger, what a shame!

25/10/2025: When I see all the parking lots with height barriers (even in the countryside) and parking bans for vehicles over two meters tall I prefer to move on and support the businesses in a town that accepts motorhomes.

26/09/2025: This was a lovely local bar. Not many people in so the atmosphere was not as it should be, but the food was excellent and the proprietor was great.

24/08/2025: I don't usually leave a review, but I felt the need to leave one for this restaurant with its catastrophic value for money. Average quality food served in truly paltry, even shameful, quantities!!! A small potato (maxi) as a gratin dauphinois (good) and two spoonfuls of industrial ratatouille. The meat was in decent quantities and quite good. It's a very simple restaurant that serves quantities worthy of gourmet cuisine, and even then... Service devoid of a smile. Sad atmosphere. A gentleman behind the bar as graceful as a prison door. I won't even mention the hygiene, which speaks for itself... In short, honestly, avoid it.

30/12/2025: Very cozy and very friendly service. ☺️ The food is simple but excellent. 🫶🏻 Only the dessert wasn't amazing. The crème brûlée in the café gourmand was more like scrambled eggs than cream, and the fruit salad was bland. The tiramisu, however, was very good. But definitely recommended!

08/08/2024: Welcoming and smiling waitresses. Excellent meal, very good meat and cooked as we requested. Good surprise for a restaurant chain. They serve continuously, it's very pleasant on the road to vacation to find a place to eat in the middle of the afternoon.

16/11/2025: We had a fantastic stay! The bastide is magnificent and very well maintained. The owner is very pleasant and gave us a warm welcome, offering excellent advice on places to visit and how to best enjoy our stay. In fact, she suggested we stay a second night so we could fully enjoy it, and we weren't disappointed. The region is beautiful and there's so much to see, plus the bastide's setting is very peaceful, allowing us to truly relax. We will definitely be back! It's a pleasure to meet such welcoming people.

14/11/2025: Dishonesty personified: the owner tried to force us into a supposedly mandatory second night at €98 without dinner, just breakfast, claiming that the night covered by the Wonderbox wasn't profitable and that it was too much work, especially since she was sick! It's simply a scam; this isn't mentioned in the legal terms of the contract included with the Wonderbox. Bad luck for her, she didn't pick on the right people to swindle.

14/02/2026: Fast service. Very good pizza and salad.

12/02/2026: The food is OK and the prices are generally acceptable. The decor on the first floor is minimalist and it gets noisy very quickly.

18/01/2026: Some dishes, like the beef tartare, tartiflette, and fondue, were good. The salads were overpriced for the quality. We waited over an hour to be served, even though we had children at the table, while tables that arrived after us were served before us. Furthermore, as mentioned in a previous review, the waiter, under the guise of being friendly, made repeated, crude jokes, which became truly tiresome.

11/11/2025: We went to Le Marmiton for a private birthday celebration. The place is really nice and the restaurant is welcoming! The service was impeccable and efficient, and the ladies were very friendly 👍🏼. We will definitely be back to try the restaurant's regular menu. 😁

02/12/2025: Hello, not many stars, not for the pizza itself, but for the price (16.5 stars) for an anchovy pizza that costs €12 and a drink (a basic can of Coke) that cost me €4.50. That's not right. You need to review your prices, sir, or else you've ripped me off.

25/08/2025: We came on August 15th, the day of the lavender festival, with our family. We received a very warm welcome. The waitress was friendly and cheerful. We were able to sit on the terrace where we ate very well. We will be happy to return.

01/02/2026: The meal was relatively good. The servers take a while to serve you. I was supposed to have crème brûlée for dessert, but unfortunately, the blowtorch was broken (I was only told this when dessert arrived). I asked for cheesecake instead, which was available on a lower-priced menu, but they didn't have that either... In short, I'm a little disappointed.

31/01/2026: Perfect from start to finish. Everything is homemade and delicious, and the service is impeccable. Unbeatable value for money.
