16/06/2026: Good selection of dishes, with plenty of options for vegetarians! Most of the wines are organic. Impeccable, efficient, and friendly service. Lovely terrace, sheltered from traffic, perfect for sunny days. I highly recommend it ☺️

28/07/2026: We came to this restaurant for lunch in mid-May, not really knowing what to expect, and it was a wonderful discovery. The dishes were excellent: we had never eaten such delicious chicken or steak tartare! The service was also warm and attentive, which made our meal even more enjoyable. The only minor drawbacks were the noise, but that's fairly common in a Parisian restaurant, and the tables being a bit close together. And the prices, which I personally found rather high. Overall, I highly recommend it!

25/07/2026: This is the place where I first tried pasta and spritz. The servers are very pleasant and welcoming. The food is great, especially the steak. It has an izakaya (Japanese pub) atmosphere, but it's a welcoming space even for foreigners. All the staff are funny and always make you laugh with their jokes.

19/07/2026: The tarte flambée was, in our opinion, the best in the village. However, the waiter, a real Robbie Williams 2.0, was quite something 😁, very, let's say, ambitious, serving us quickly so he could reassign the table. Nevertheless, the food was good, the atmosphere nice, but it's not a place to linger and share a tarte flambée as a snack, since sharing a dish incurs a €100 charge. You can understand the philosophy behind it, but you don't have to; I think everyone does what they want... different establishment, different rules...

27/06/2026: ❌ Avoid at all costs – Food poisoning Rating: 1/5 I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. We had dinner there last night and the experience was disastrous. Beyond the exceptionally slow service and unfriendly welcome, the real problem arose a few hours after the meal: severe indigestion (nausea, stomach cramps, and a sleepless night). This is unacceptable for a restaurant professional and raises serious questions about the freshness of the ingredients and adherence to hygiene standards in the kitchen. In short, a horrible experience and deplorable value for money. Avoid this place if you value your health.

28/06/2026: A fantastic venue! We were there for a wedding. It's a lovely place with its grounds, pleasant, calm, and very welcoming. The food was delicious, the waitresses were wonderful and really managed the heat, keeping their smiles all evening – honestly, hats off to them considering the sweltering conditions! I highly recommend this place.

03/06/2026: We have stayed at this hotel several times a year for many years. We noticed a decline in the cleanliness of the room and several shortcomings, which we politely mentioned to the receptionist (not to complain, but to point them out). She even offered us breakfast and a free tourist tax as compensation. She also explained that two of the three cleaning staff were on leave and that they were training new staff, which might explain these minor inconveniences. We hope our comments will help them regain their 5-star rating for the room and services, which we have no doubt they will! 😁

27/05/2026: My opinion of this hotel is very mixed. I'll start with the biggest negative: it's a real shame that the air conditioning wasn't turned on in advance, especially since a heatwave had been forecast for several days. I slept with the window open, with a neighbor smoking right outside our window, because the hotel rooms are non-smoking... Not cool at all. I complained to management, who gave us a discount. My rating therefore takes into account this air conditioning issue and the discount, but it doesn't change the fact that I had a difficult night. Another negative point: the sheet was tucked in too tightly at the foot of the bed, leaving nothing at the head. I had to redo it, otherwise I would have ended up with the pillow on the mattress. Aside from that, the hotel is well located. The rooms are clean. The restaurant is simple, but perfectly adequate. The breakfast is quite good. The staff are friendly. The management, however, is less so, especially when they have to explain to guests that the air conditioning takes 48 hours to fully activate...

07/06/2026: Nice centrally located restaurant in the small village of Rustrel. Very good service and very good drinks. The food was disappointing for all of us. The quality of the lamb was really bad; the magret canrtd just average.

21/06/2026: The worst salad I've ever eaten. Extremely expensive for what you get! The breaded chicken slices were as thin as a hair, and the grilled ravioli had no flavor whatsoever. The bread slices were cut so thin and small it was ridiculous. The salad was so dry, with no dressing or seasoning, that I had to ask for some. The waitress even wondered if there was actually any dressing on my plate. We asked the waiter to bring us a napkin… he never came back. In short, a disaster. We left disgusted and annoyed.

22/07/2026: While passing through Saint-Gaudens, we went to the pizzeria in the evening. The atmosphere was very friendly, the staff very welcoming, and the pizzas were original and excellent. We highly recommend this pizzeria.

18/05/2026: Good hotel when you are on the go. It had a swimming pool, fitness room. A lot of rooms and good park space for your car. I've stayed here for one night, the receptionist in the evening did not speak english, but as always you will get around the standard check in process. The room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was simple but good. For the price at the the time in May, for a cheap room, you get everything you may expect to enjoy the rest of your trip!

21/12/2025: We discovered this restaurant during our stay for the Christmas markets. It's an unusual restaurant with its small dining room seating 17, decorated in a style that transports you straight back to the old Alsatian era, much like the owners, who are approaching 80 and still serve authentic, homemade regional dishes. We enjoyed chatting with this friendly couple, and I'll cherish the memory of this place and recommend it without hesitation, despite what you might initially think.
