06/07/2026: I only ate, I didn't sleep. But the welcome was warm. Homemade food with a superb terrace. The only downside is parking in Bonneville, which is either a blue zone or paid parking lot, and the town is constantly under construction.

16/05/2026: After spending the night at Les Cabanes du Lac (near Lac du Der), we went to La Ferme du Bocage to buy some of the products we had eaten at the cabin. A very warm welcome and a wide selection of delicious artisanal products! I highly recommend it.

04/05/2026: We were seated as a group of nine for lunch and received a very warm welcome. We only had an hour and fifteen minutes to eat, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to enjoy a drink, a main course, and dessert without any stress. The staff is very welcoming, warm, and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The dishes are delicious and well-presented, with simple yet effective cuisine. A very good experience at Le Petit Moka, which we highly recommend for a quick but high-quality lunch.

17/03/2026: The restaurant has good reviews, and deservedly so. The main course was truly delicious (chicken en papillote with preserved lemon, served with vegetables and dauphinoise potatoes). The price was very reasonable (€13.50). The dessert (a chocolate mousse duo) was also very good, but the portion was quite small. At €6.50 for that portion, it felt expensive. The table layout was a drawback, with tables very close together, especially for those eating opposite. The menu features many fish and seafood dishes, so be aware if, like me, you don't eat seafood. The unlimited still and sparkling water included with the meal was definitely a plus.

30/04/2026: Honestly, avoid this place. The waitress was great. Disappointed by the dish. You order a ham and cheese omelet, but it's so small it tastes like pizza, and the fries are dry... We used to come here often, but the quality has gone downhill.

28/06/2026: Great bar! Cédric is a fantastic guy who knows how to keep us entertained and make us laugh. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. It's top-notch!

06/03/2026: Cédric is disrespectful and a liar. He introduced himself in writing as a "business owner," then sent me a photo that must be at least 10 years old and asked for my rates for escort services in Bordeaux. Being classier and more expensive than the women he usually meets, he didn't even say "thank you" and disappeared without a polite goodbye. Pathetic!

12/06/2026: Quiet transit hotel with disrespectful staff. The staff members lack any sense of morality, are young, and usually unsupervised. They also park their own cars daily in the reserved parking spaces for the disabled, which is supposedly permitted by the manager (who is also an involved party!!!). Very arrogant response from the owner of the Citroën Xsara when making a comment about this (see photos). Apparently, the management itself decides to occupy those spaces if no room for the disabled has been reserved (??????). We had also booked a standard room but do have a disabled parking permit; not everyone is less mobile or disabled in the same way. Additionally, some male members of the reception (the same ones mentioned above) pay more attention to the female member of the bar staff than to the customers presenting themselves at the reception. The breakfast itself is well-prepared and tasty, but sometimes there is fresh fruit juice and sometimes not (?????). The room has a nice shower and is clean. This hotel loses 3 stars from me due to the arrogance and disrespect of the management towards people with reduced mobility; therefore, I have attached a photo of their vehicle (without a reduced mobility card).

06/06/2026: I was there for the first time last week, and I can tell you it's a very good establishment in terms of property and staff. They're really friendly, and I was lucky enough to have a room with a terrace, which is rare in hotels. Breakfast is very well organized. The only small detail is that the parking lot isn't suitable for trucks; I get dropped off by my work colleague in the evening and they pick me up in the morning. Thank you to the whole team.

02/05/2026: Passing through the region for a D-Day tour, the hostel was great, the welcome was friendly, and the rooms were very clean. I recommend it and I will definitely return.
