05/10/2026: I came to eat with my family at Pomme de Pain Belle Épine and we had a wonderful time. The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained, not a speck of dust, everything is spotless. The manager is incredibly kind and welcoming. She greeted us with a lovely smile and great warmth, which was very pleasant. The staff is also friendly and the service is excellent. We enjoyed our visit and will gladly return. I highly recommend Pomme de Pain Belle Épine for its welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness, and quality of service. 😊

19/04/2026: The hotel is advertised as 3 stars and the restaurant as 2 stars, but this should be reversed. The menus, while a bit pricey, were worthy of a top-tier restaurant, with impeccable service. However, the twin room we had in the annex, while very clean with comfortable beds, was too basic for a 3-star hotel. There was no welcome tray, not even a small bottle of water and glasses. We had to use the cardboard cups from the bathroom. The bedside lamp didn't work, there was a tiny TV, and only one chair. Otherwise, the welcome was very warm, and the hotel is situated in a beautiful park.

11/04/2026: I went to the Hermitage for dinner. Great location, pleasant setting, efficient staff. The dishes are generous, the only slight complaint is that they are a little too salty, but that's a personal opinion.

20/09/2026: A charming restaurant with flair. No neon lights, trendy cocktails, or overpriced foam on your plate. A concise menu, no frills. When you read in other reviews of this restaurant: "...the tarte flambée is amazing!", I find that rather an understatement 😉 they are... chapeau! 😁 One of the sweet versions was flambéed at our table by the owner. Very good value for money, honest service. We can highly recommend "La Croix d'Or" and would definitely eat there again if we were ever in the area.

23/10/2026: Very disappointed! The reviews were promising, but the experience fell short. Unwelcoming security guards and servers, no atmosphere whatsoever with the music turned off, and mediocre food for high prices. A huge disappointment, I won't be going back.

10/10/2026: The parking lot is dusty; there's a combined toilet and shower stall, but only one for the entire lot. The restaurant is closed; it was the weekend. As mentioned above, there's no food, so forget about the service. The gate at the entrance is jammed, so be prepared to open it manually.

19/10/2026: We ate at the casino restaurant three days ago with my parents and son for my father's birthday. The food was very good and beautifully presented. However, the service was disappointing and needs significant improvement. My father ordered two glasses of wine to accompany his starter and main course. Not only did he have to ask for them again when his dishes were served, but the two different wines (white and red) were also served in the same glass. This was very poor. On several occasions, we felt like we were bothering the various servers with our requests (for a carafe of water and glasses of wine). The service lacked smiles, friendliness, and a warm welcome. This doesn't exactly make us want to return to this restaurant. The food is very important, but the service is equally crucial.
