30/07/2026: After visiting the 6717, a review is in order. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. However, at this price point, several aspects deserve to be highlighted. Rooms There were no welcome chocolates or fresh fruit upon arrival. The room did not include a coffee or tea machine. Some tile grout in the bathroom was dirty. The light on the magnifying mirror, as well as one of the bedside lamps, was not working. Finally, both the bedside lamps and the light switches felt rather outdated for a hotel of this standard. Restaurant The water glasses used in the restaurant are branded with a local bottled water company. That would be perfectly acceptable if the pricing were more consistent with that level of presentation. The Riesling, served with a screw cap and displaying noticeable acidity, was disappointing given the region’s reputation for exceptional wines, especially considering the price, which is comparable to Michelin-starred restaurants nearby. It would also be appreciated if a variety of vegetables were offered at breakfast. Don’t be surprised if from the SPA to the restaurant, easyJet style formulas with prices everywhere will be offered to maximise purchase in a quite inelegant manner. That said, both dinner and breakfast were simply outstanding. The chef and the entire kitchen team deserve special recognition. The gardening team also deserves praise, as the grounds are maintained to an exceptional standard. Overall In conclusion, the overall quality was good, but unfortunately quite inconsistent across the different departments. Ultimately, it comes down to value for money. Considering the points mentioned above, I believe the value proposition is rather disappointing, especially when compared with competing establishments in the very near vicinity.. 04/06/2026: Fantastic hotel. Great spa area and very friendly staff. The room was absolutely beautiful and luxurious, with a huge glass shower and other luxuries. Dogs are welcome, except in the restaurant. In short: Top-notch! We'll definitely be back!

27/09/2026: Family outing on a Sunday. This restaurant shouldn't be called "The Cool Guys" but "The Owner Will Rip You Off." We had been several times before, and the manager was always friendly, but this time it's gone downhill fast. Brunch is €25, and the avocado toast, which shouldn't cost more than €4 (sold for €15 à la carte), is ridiculously expensive. We understand the energy boost, but this is highway robbery. The bavette steak (as a children's meal) is a sinewy cut of meat, half fat, and difficult to slice. Brunch is mandatory with two choices (including the aforementioned avocado toast) or à la carte (outrageously priced). There's no children's menu. The waitresses were eating lunch... during service. The bill came to over €80 for a family with two young children. Avoid this place despite the glowing reviews. Many people have had the same experience. The waitress mentioned raising the brunch issue, but I doubt it will change anything.

20/09/2026: A delightful discovery during our stay in Gaillac. The terrace was lovely, the dishes delicious, high-quality, generous portions, and very affordable. The staff were friendly, professional, and responsive, but a smile would have been perfect, hence the one-star deduction. Nevertheless, we'll definitely return if we have the chance 😉

17/10/2026: Unacceptable, even for a supermarket brasserie! A waiter was angry with his colleagues even though the place was empty! We ordered a panini for €7.70 and ended up with a bill of €13. He charged us for drinks separately! We felt like we were being treated like complete idiots! Avoid this place at all costs!

13/10/2026: Our first meal in Paris - we started with escargot in pesto and butter sauce which was deliciously soaked up by the bread. For mains the beef bougiunion was tender and the duck confit was not bad. I would have like the duck skin to be crispier but taste wise it was alright. Wiped up the beef gravy w the bread provided. The house red wine with pretty good. For dessert I ordered the tart tartin. It was served with sour cream which was a good combination. I would have liked the crust to be crisp but it wasn’t. Overall a really good meal which came up to about 87 Euros for 2pax. Not perfectly executed but overall pretty good meal, service was friendly and not crowded at first service.

02/07/2026: On Sunday, we had lunch at this restaurant for my husband's 80th birthday. There were about twenty of us. The meal was perfect, with excellent ingredients. The service was very good, quick, and the staff were very pleasant. To finish, we were treated to a delicious cake. Thank you for this establishment. Mrs. ALELUIA

06/05/2026: Highly recommended for its peaceful and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner. As a vegetarian, they were very accommodating to my dietary needs. The staff were friendly and attentive. Reasonable prices. We've dined here several times, and even celebrated a birthday there. We'll definitely be back.
