28/05/2026: A very good stopover, excellent food and a very varied breakfast featuring high-quality local products! Pleasant and attentive staff, very good value for money! Very comfortable beds, and a magnificent location on this lovely 17th-century square.

30/10/2026: Good evening, on this lovely Sunday, we sat down on the terrace for some refreshments. After a long wait, a waiter, with a grim face and a forced smile (we felt like we were bothering him), finally deigned to take our order. We were with two children who weren't sure what to order. This person handed us the menu in a rather unorthodox manner and then went to take another table's order without coming back to us. Faced with this attitude, we left the establishment. This person should consider a different line of work. So, I can only advise you against frequenting this "little bistro"!

30/10/2026: Improbably Excellent. For dinner with a client, we decided to stop at this restaurant/café for its convenient location. As a regular at restaurants/cafés, I generally know that the quality isn't amazing, but it gets the job done. Imagine my surprise when I was served a melt-in-your-mouth black cod with a sophisticated side dish! So I didn't say a word, I just savored it. I might have missed out on a sale, but at least I ate well; it was excellent! Thank you!

05/10/2026: While passing through Barbezieux, we ate at this restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We ordered the porcini mushroom omelet, which was very generous and served with salad and potatoes. We will gladly return.

This gentleman, who runs a catering business in Saint Aubin (and is therefore a competitor!), doesn't deserve any publicity, and I won't hesitate to make that clear. A charming, unpretentious crêperie with unbeatable value for money. In short, we stumbled upon it by chance and what a wonderful surprise! We wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you!

18/05/2026: Places like this are a joy to find. We arrived at the end of service and the person greeted us with a smile so we could have lunch: a homemade dish with fries just the way we like them, and a delicious dessert too. Very friendly. Highly recommended.

28/08/2026: Fantastic place! The custom-made poké bowls are delicious, made with fresh, well-prepared ingredients. The service is excellent, and the direct access from the A63 motorway is incredibly convenient for a quick and easy meal. A big thank you to the team, keep up the great work!
