12/04/2026: A very nice experience. The hotel was very clean, the reception was impeccable, and the restaurant was excellent. Nothing to complain about.

01/04/2026: The location doesn't justify the prices at this hotel; it's terrible value for money! On the first day, there was no remote control! No proper bathtub plug! It was impossible to take a bath, and anyway, the water was barely lukewarm! Breakfast was the bare minimum! There was no light in my room! The 1970s carpet is disgusting, and that's just the beginning... avoid at all costs!

13/05/2026: Honestly, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in in Paris, or even compared to other countries… Luckily, my company paid and not me. Several of us were disappointed, and we won't be recommending it to the agency again! The floorboards are rotten, the room is filthy, there was body hair everywhere… pretty much everywhere, even on the bed. I didn't feel safe sleeping in that bed! The ceiling looks like a hospital room with camping-style furniture (that doesn't bother me, but not in a hotel ^^'). You can hear everything in the other rooms! The room has no ventilation; one of my colleagues set off the fire alarm because of it, and it smells musty! I don't watch TV, but for those who do, I've never seen anything so small and archaic, perched on a tiny shelf high up… And the shower is scalding hot, almost dangerously so, you turn around a bit to get it cooler, to get it to the right temperature, and then it's immediately freezing cold. It's all or nothing, all while being in a small shower with a dirty shower curtain that clings to you. Plus, you can only be alone, otherwise there's no privacy, just a curtain separating you from the shower and the bed. Even when I was in student housing with a 9m² room, it was better! Breakfast is the same. Luckily, I didn't pay, but I think it's €7… for two slices of bread, a coffee, and an orange juice. You're better off eating somewhere else! In short, if you have no other choice, good luck, otherwise go somewhere else!

04/06/2026: I'm a regular customer at this bakery and I came again this morning 😊 Honestly, it's always a pleasure to go there! The products are excellent, fresh, and delicious, but what really makes the difference is the service. The saleswoman is incredibly friendly, always smiling and pleasant with customers. You can tell she loves her job, and it makes you want to come back. I highly recommend this place 👌

03/06/2026: It's a shame I can't give ZERO STARS. Prices are skyrocketing, but portion sizes are shrinking! Salads are only half full. The staff is unpleasant; no hello, no thank you, and certainly no smile! They give their manager inappropriate looks when her back is turned. They give change in 1 cent because you return the cashier's rudeness. And she doesn't even say hello! Cakes are served carelessly, so when I get home, they're completely broken and flattened. Nothing is right at Paul! SHAMEFUL!!

05/07/2026: A lovely, very quiet terrace, perhaps a little too quiet for the staff's liking at the start of the season. The excellent Basque menu at €29 should quickly make up for it.

29/06/2026: What a great idea to have ordered the typical set menu: piperade, achoa, sheep's cheese with cherry jam, and Basque cake. A real treat, very well cooked, and generous portions. A pleasant and peaceful setting. The staff were very welcoming. We were there as a family and will gladly return.

01/08/2026: I really enjoy having breakfast here on weekends, and the welcome is always so warm. Having experienced breakfasts and brunches in the United States and Canada, I've always loved this very North American way of making service a truly convivial experience, and not just about placing a plate on a table. A special mention goes to Amélie, who is professional and, above all, genuinely friendly. She takes the time to chat, smiles, and adds that little extra touch of warmth that makes all the difference. In short, she's one of those people who gives you a good reason to come back on the weekend… even when you could easily have your coffee at home.

04/08/2026: With two appointments close together in Toulon, we were pressed for time to have lunch. By chance, we stopped at Brasserie Le Baou at the 4 Chemins des Routes intersection. It was a great find! The waiter was friendly and the service was quick. The Caesar salad was generous with good quality ingredients. I thoroughly enjoyed the caramel and speculoos tiramisu, and my husband loved the strawberry sundae. Good value for money 👍🏻

05/04/2026: Catastrophic. It's important to highlight the good experiences, but also to share the bad ones, especially for a restaurant that presents itself as a 3-star establishment. During our visit, the service proved particularly disappointing. After ordering two courses, my companion's was served, while I was informed at the last minute that my dish was no longer available. I then had to wait almost 40 more minutes before being served. Regarding the dishes: the duck breast, ordered rare, arrived well-done. The cocktail, on the other hand, was simply undrinkable. While the other dishes weren't bad in themselves, the overall experience fell far short of the expected standard for a 3-star restaurant. We also spoke with other customers who shared the same disappointment regarding the overall quality of the experience. Fortunately, the resort is full of other quality restaurants, often more modest in appearance, but far superior in terms of service and cuisine.

05/04/2026: Very disappointed. My dish arrived, but my companion's was no longer available. She had to wait about 40 minutes while I left my plate aside so we could eat together. The duck breast, which I ordered rare, was well-done. We reported these issues to the staff, and they told us it was due to the end of the season. This explanation is hardly acceptable and in no way justifies this level of service. An experience far below the expected standard for this type of establishment.

06/08/2026: The food is okay. The service was very friendly. However, soft drinks cost €10 and cocktails €24. Also, the toilets don't have seats. The ambiance is alright, but the restaurant is located in a tourist area. The chairs are uncomfortable. All in all: It's okay to try once.

06/08/2026: A quick stop for coffee. Very cute place both inside and out. Excellent location on Place de Tertre. The order was for two espressos, but the waitress brought two cappuccinos and the coffee was undrinkable to say the least. Price: €12, and the waitress was happy to keep the rest as a personal tip!

22/06/2026: Good evening, everything's gone downhill! I've been a regular at Nivon's Swiss bakery for ages; I bought two medium-sized ones at €8.50 each, no less! And to my astonishment, they were nothing like the ones I knew: shape, texture, taste—everything had changed. And what about the pognes (a type of brioche), which used to be a must-try at this renowned establishment in downtown Valence? As for the variety of products on offer and the service, it's all gone! It's a real shame for this Valence city center establishment. We won't be going back.

04/08/2026: We went to Flunch as a family to eat. The three of us ordered a hot meal, and the fourth person, not being very hungry, only ordered a starter and dessert. He couldn't sit down with the other three because he didn't order a hot meal. The rules state that you can only be seated if you order a hot meal. So, if you're not very hungry, you're forced to order something if you just want a light meal with your family. It's absurd. NEVER again Flunch. I'm boycotting it!

03/08/2026: Ordered 5 ice creams, took over 20 minutes to receive the entire order. As a result, I had to eat them separately. Very bad experience.

20/10/2025: Chez Norbert is always a safe bet; it's friendly, and the quality is good. It's hopelessly overcrowded during peak season, and outside of peak season, the outdoor seating isn't quite as pleasant. But it always deserves four points!
