16/07/2026: Run away!! The little bit that was on the plate was really bad. The marinated chicken was completely dry... the vegetables were canned... in short, help!

16/07/2026: There's a workers' restaurant called "Les Gourmands" 5 minutes away where you won't be sorely disappointed. Comfort isn't found in the junk food vending machines in train station waiting rooms. Absolutely avoid it. I never usually leave reviews, but the mediocre buffet and the daily special were absolutely awful 🤮. Photo before I even touched anything!!!! Enjoy your meal

12/07/2026: Cynthia has taken over Joëlle's restaurant with flying colors, much to our delight. It boasts a great atmosphere, homemade cuisine, and a spectacular terrace... In short, it feels just like being at Mom's house 🙂

09/08/2026: Aside from the post-renovation decor, the restaurant leaves much to be desired. The Saturday night menu included decent salmon rillettes, sausage and mashed potatoes swimming in oil. Dessert... we didn't see a waiter. Six tables were occupied (16 covers), with three waiters, next to the bar. "We didn't notice," they said when I pointed it out while paying, "but I'll still charge you for the set menu" (which didn't include dessert). It's cheaper than ordering a starter and main course. I've never experienced that before! All this for €30 per person (including one drink per person, at least). I hope you improve quickly, but I won't be going.

29/01/2026: I ordered butter chicken to take away: €14, served without rice. The same dish to eat in with rice: €8.50. I need an explanation for this price difference; logically, takeaway should be cheaper. Thank you

21/06/2026: What a pleasure to have discovered this restaurant in Verneuil-sur-Vienne! The welcome was warm and the atmosphere truly pleasant, perfect for a relaxing meal. We were delighted by the quality of the dishes served. A special mention goes to the chocolate fondant, beautifully presented with a scoop of ice cream—a real treat that perfectly capped off the meal. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We will gladly return to try the rest of the menu.

05/07/2026: Sunday, July 5th, 11:00 AM, we asked for our drinks twice in 15 minutes. I went to the bar, and I heard the waiter say that the customer isn't king, but he was the king of the bar! He was having trouble giving change to other customers. Sir, instead of going back and forth, take a tray and don't come back ten times to ask the customers on the terrace what they ordered. Anyway, 25 minutes later, still not served, we left for the abbey. Avoid this place at all costs.

09/06/2026: People come here to enjoy a simple moment in a magical little cove! I've always been warmly welcomed, and I was able to celebrate my birthday there—all the guests loved it! A wood-fired pizza and a dip in the beautiful blue sea! What more could you ask for!

07/06/2026: It's a shame this is the only brasserie on the port. I used to stop for coffee there after a swim, but the staff were never friendly (I went 4 or 5 times). Today was the last straw. No one even acknowledged my arrival, and I overheard the owner/head waiter making racist remarks to a North African family because they called to make a reservation outside of the designated hours. In short, avoid this place if you have any decency whatsoever.

31/07/2026: Arrived at 8 pm, already waiting to be greeted only to be told it wasn't possible, they were overwhelmed, even though there were barely 5 customers in the restaurant and about ten empty tables... summer season... they need to review their organization and customer service

07/07/2026: Simple bistro on the main road. Very limited menu, tap water in a jug... I wouldn't go back.

26/05/2026: It's pretty run-down. The mattress is rubbish and instead of a slatted frame, there's just a chipboard base. A restful sleep is only possible to a limited extent.

09/06/2026: Absolutely awful AVOID !! Our quiche of the day wasn't cooked the pastry on the bottom was raw and it looked like they had just slopped a sauce mix of left overs in the partially cooked case and heated it up with a little grilled cheese on the top. 24 euros down the drain

20/07/2026: We had a wonderful time on the terrace of this restaurant. The setting is magnificent, the welcome was very warm, and the service was very pleasant with attentive waiters and waitresses, despite a service error (the drink served wasn't the one we ordered). However, the food was served on plates that looked worn, the fries tasted like potatoes that had been cut and fried in advance, and the butcher's cut was expensive (€43) for the small portion...a shame for a resort of this caliber and location with such potential!

26/06/2026: Imposes a minimum card spend of €15; minimum card spends are still prohibited in this country until proven otherwise, so move along.

19/06/2026: The staff were extremely unpleasant and not even remotely friendly. I strongly advise against this disrespectful place.

19/10/2025: So here we have reached, not the summits, but the human stupidity of high-altitude catering. If you arrive in traditional ski gear, you are looked down upon and put in a corner. EVERYTHING is overpriced, the music is way too loud, you can even hear it from the top of La Saulire! An establishment like we no longer want in Courchevel, fed up with this kind of wart at the top of our beautiful mountains. Return to traditional and accessible.

29/08/2025: Rude waiter and super expensive. Also super loud. People are coming to the mountains to relax not listen to your stupid music. Food is average, nothing special.
