19/10/2026: We wanted to enjoy Alsatian cuisine together. Unfortunately, the roast beef was old and fatty, and the vegetables were an unidentifiable mush. What a shame, I haven't eaten so badly in a long time.

22/06/2026: I've stayed in many hotels and Campanile resorts for work, but this one is simply catastrophic. The service is appalling. The hotel is supposedly undergoing renovations, and we were given renovated rooms, but upon arrival, there was a power outage. I discovered the air conditioning was broken (during a heatwave!). I asked to change rooms, but none were available. The customer service was completely indifferent. A very bad experience; I absolutely do not recommend it.

17/05/2026: The hotel is really nice, the staff are all very pleasant, and they accept dogs both in the rooms and at breakfast.

15/10/2026: A dreadful, short-haired waitress, unpleasant, doesn't make you want to come back, she should change jobs if she's fed up with it.

04/10/2026: We ordered the chicken burger and the Caesar salad. Both were made with the same fried tender chicken. The portions were generous; it's more of a snack bar than a restaurant, but that wasn't a big deal since we had a sea view. Unfortunately, the food was too greasy and of poor quality. We finished our meals feeling nauseous and heavy. A short walk helped with digestion, but it didn't help. We were sick... unable to digest all night. It's a real shame because the waitresses were friendly and the prices were a bit lower than other places. But honestly, spend an extra 5 euros to get a restaurant where they actually cook and the ingredients aren't so bad.

25/05/2026: I'm posting this comment because I don't understand these people who systematically criticize restaurants, and by extension, restaurant owners and their employees. I've eaten several times at La Peau Vache in Val d'Isère, both for family meals and business lunches, and I've never been disappointed. Perhaps these people who constantly criticize should change their approach to the staff and take into account the challenges of working in the restaurant industry. As for me, I've always been very well received and served. I highly recommend this establishment; the decor is exceptional, and the location is simply magnificent. A big thank you to the entire team for your professionalism and dedication.

23/06/2026: This bakery is renowned for its rye bread, which is very good and has a dense texture. The only downside is that half the time, even when you specifically request it, you're served day-old bread instead of freshly baked. There are many different employees working behind the counter, which makes it difficult to build customer loyalty.

31/05/2026: It's such a shame that the staff are so unpleasant and make you wait 15 minutes while they do other things instead of serving you. At €1.50 for a pain au chocolat, you'd expect a minimum level of service…

07/04/2026: Very disappointed. I booked a prestige room for €200 with a "king-size bed" (on Booking.com) and ended up with two single beds pushed together. No fridge due to "environmental concerns," and besides, the fridge was very hot and dirty. No bottled water in the rooms, towels too small, it took a long time for the hot water to arrive, quite a bit of dust, and no kettle even though herbal tea and tea were on the courtesy tray. The only positive point was the friendliness of the staff.

03/04/2026: A very good experience at this hotel. After my stay, I realized a week later that I had left my jacket in my room. I contacted them immediately, and they checked and confirmed it was there. They then sent it to me via Chronopost. A big thank you to all the staff for their kindness, responsiveness, and professionalism. The welcome was truly fantastic, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant, which is very good and offers generous portions.

06/09/2026: We ate here on the first Sunday of September. After waiting for fifteen minutes, we received the menu. After ordering, we had to wait 1.5 hours for our main course. After well over an hour, I asked the wait staff if it would take much longer. The food was exquisite, but after waiting so long, you lose your appetite. We decided against dessert (which looked very appealing) because we didn't want to wait a long time again. When paying the bill, I was given the wine as compensation. A nice gesture, but it didn't make up for the unpleasant feeling. The chef can cook well, but not in a restaurant. I therefore advise against this restaurant unless you want to sacrifice a Sunday afternoon to wait.

28/10/2026: Extremely disappointed with our experience. We ordered a €20 tapas platter which turned out to be a complete letdown: nothing but low-quality fried food, with no fresh ingredients or variety (photo attached). This is unacceptable for that price.

20/09/2026: Too expensive for what it is, endless queues to order on Sundays, food only available an hour after ordering, mistakes in food orders, incredibly noisy, music too loud inside, and too many packs of badly behaved children screaming outside. The "eco-bohemians" need to step up their game... Avoid at all costs.

19/10/2026: On Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 7:00 PM, I went to your bakery to pick up a surprise basket. The display was very nice, and the young man was friendly. However, the behavior of your first sales assistant needs improvement (I asked the young man if she was the owner, and he replied, "No, she was the first sales assistant"). She didn't even greet me and was rather unsociable. She spoke to her colleague in a deplorable manner in front of other customers and didn't hesitate to tell the young man, "Do what I say!" She (referring to me) was waiting. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I immediately thought I wouldn't come back. Fortunately, your products are very good.

09/10/2026: At 6:30 am, I ordered a full breakfast set and a ham and butter sandwich. A few minutes later, I asked if I could exchange it for another one with prosciutto, which was brought afterward. The waitress refused, telling me that the cold chain had been broken... Surprising and not very customer-friendly...
