28/07/2026: When we arrived, there was nothing to eat—no appetizer, no dessert, no cheese—because the fridge was out of order (LOL). At 8:30 PM, the restaurant closed because there was nothing left to eat—no more chicken. For us, no more lasagna. They offered to exchange our dish for another, a hamburger, free of charge, but the cashier made a scene because there was a €1 difference in price. Her colleague had told us to exchange it for a different dish. I paid them. But she forgot to give me the new receipt for the hamburger. And when I went back to get it, she called me a thief and demanded I show her all my business receipts. Oh yeah, no ketchup (LOL). After a 25-minute wait, I went to ask where my hamburger was with my pager. I was told there was also a problem with the beeper, so my steak wasn't cooked... anyway, there's too much to say about this deplorable situation, like a complete lack of consideration for the customer. They work quietly, you shouldn't bother them. I'll keep my card for other Flunch restaurants. But for this one, you really should avoid it; the cleanliness is questionable. Several other customers had problems around us that evening. I asked for a manager, but I never saw one. This restaurant is truly disastrous. You're guaranteed to have a problem or an argument every time you go there. Nothing ever goes right; there's always something missing.

25/07/2026: I ordered Flunch catering. Very good for a birthday. No need to change the dishes, the wooden boxes do their job well. I would definitely recommend them for another occasion.

16/07/2026: Domino's plays tricks, definitely avoid them! I requested a delivery for 8:45 PM. Domino's promise is a 15% discount for a 15-minute delay, so I called the manager after the 15-minute delay. He was extremely rude and refused to honor the company's promise. This is the first and last time I order from them. Seriously, avoid them!

14/07/2026: First order from Domino's in Joué-lès-Tours Very bad experience. Perhaps it's time to hire delivery drivers who actually do their job properly. Yes, I entered the wrong phone number, and I take responsibility for that mistake. However, the driver had very simple instructions to follow, and above all, he should have knocked on my door. Apparently, that was too complicated. When delivering to a customer, the least you can do is follow the instructions on the order instead of leaving without even trying to ring the bell. It's frankly disappointing and completely unprofessional.

05/02/2026: Incredible! We spent three days there with friends. The place is amazing, the rooms are amazing, the food was also fantastic (breakfast could perhaps be improved, but otherwise great), and the owners, contrary to some reviews I've read, were incredibly friendly and amazing! Highly recommended!

13/01/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Don't be fooled by the owners' fake smiles. Mrs. Berger spends her time complaining and criticizing her other guests (don't think you'll be spared), and all she cares about is money. Ask for a mug of hot water, and she'll tell her waiters to bring you a tiny cup. She'll refuse glasses for your room because you have to order at the bar, of course. And half-board is already ridiculously expensive for what you'll eat… (the raclette is a joke). Glasses of wine at €14 that you finish in three sips… etc. Always thinking we're deaf, Mr. Berger told one of his employees that they had to, and I quote, "figure out the sauna" (which barely works). Very pleasant to wait for. Furthermore, he always speaks very, very rudely to his poor employees. I'll skip over the fact that the jacuzzi wasn't working, nor was the coffee machine, the Wi-Fi, and so on. And when it was time to leave, no goodbye, no offer to take us out, nothing. We've never seen anything like it. Luckily the waiters were there; they were young, helpful, and friendly. But my goodness, the poor things, working for bosses who respect no one. In short, avoid this place; there are plenty of other hotels and chalets at the foot of the slopes with people who love their work.

27/06/2026: I booked a one-night stay for €171.66 on June 10, 2026. I spent an hour stuck in traffic to get to the hotel only to be told there was no room available (from 6 to 7 pm). To this day, no one has refunded me despite several calls to your customer service representatives. I had to find another hotel 45 minutes away. The room was charged on June 11th and I still haven't received a refund.

03/07/2026: I was very disappointed by my experience at this café. The service was particularly unpleasant: the staff were unfriendly, gave the impression that customers were bothering them, and clearly lacked attention. We simply asked for a glass of water for a 4-year-old. After a long wait without anything being brought, I had to ask again. The only response I received, called out from a distance, was, "I can't hear you," with no attempt to listen or apologize. It's not so much the oversight itself that's the problem, as that can happen, but the overall attitude, which was nonchalant and unprofessional. One expects a minimum of consideration as a customer, especially for such a simple request. I do not recommend this establishment.

21/06/2026: It's a bit of a gamble when it comes to cooking pizzas... It happens quite often that they're overcooked, therefore too dry and lacking in flavor. I'm increasingly thinking of going there less and less.

08/05/2026: I have rarely eaten such a bad pizza. I ordered three pizzas. When I arrived, the display showed three minutes remaining, indicating that my pizzas would be ready, but I didn't get them for another 30 minutes. Several other customers arrived and left with their pizzas. The service was chaotic; I saw incomplete orders and pizzas being sent back due to mistakes. The young woman at the counter was very friendly but completely overwhelmed and had no answers when I tried to find out where the pizzas were. A cook switched from his station to the cashier but didn't know what he was doing, then another one arrived who was no better. In the end, I left with three pizzas in sizes other than the ones I ordered (but I gave up). One of the three pizzas must have been cooked twice, judging by how dry and overcooked it was. Pizzas with minimal toppings (for example, one pizza had four small meatballs and very little other stuff). It's a disgrace, bordering on a rip-off! They're cutting corners to maximize profit! I've never seen anything like it! Yet not all Domino's Pizzas are the same; the one in St. Brévin-les-Pins (I was a customer a week ago) was fantastic. The one in Rennes Sud is a disaster!

02/08/2026: So, a big joke of a trip with my kids, and since I wasn't very hungry in this heat, I only ordered a charcuterie platter for myself and an ice cream, and of course, two kids' meals. Then they tell me I have to pay extra because it's forbidden to order kids' meals if I don't order a hot dish, lol. So I left everything at the till, it's a disgrace! And on top of that, the kids' meals are full price even though they tell you with a loyalty card you only get them for 4 euros. This system needs to stop! Besides, you're not a restaurant, just a good canteen. Burger King is much better; 3 meals with ice cream are 15 euros.

29/05/2026: Super friendly!! Made us feel right at home as tourist. She helped me practice my French and knew English to help me when my French failed. Everything we tried from here during our visit was amazing (several days).

03/05/2026: A 5-minute wait without being served; the saleswoman preferred chatting with her colleague to attending to customers. Disappointing service.

16/07/2026: First time ordering and pleasantly surprised, the pizza was very good as were the homemade fries, I'll be back 😉

16/07/2026: The warm goat cheese salad was really mediocre: a slice of goat cheese on a piece of toasted bread, on top of lettuce with dry onions, a drizzle of balsamic cream, and no seasoning. Not great.

31/07/2026: Dinner for 4 in the evening, very warm welcome, excellent pizza. An experience not to be missed.

31/07/2026: The pizzas are excellent, and we received a very warm welcome! We came with a rather timid dog, and they offered us an indoor seating area. The owners are very attentive to their customers.

26/02/2026: I think I forgot my electric toothbrush! Ideal for business trips, close to Albertville city center, quiet, and comfortable enough. You can arrive late; everything is set up to ensure your arrival.

17/02/2026: Hotel not chosen for its location, but it wasn't great either. Ridiculous room, bed only 120cm wide, otherwise the bed would have hit the walls, no bedside table. Decor straight out of the 70s. Soundproofing practically nonexistent. Woke up by the upstairs neighbor at 5 am, no air conditioning. Outdated bathroom. Wooden floor covered with a coating to look cleaner, but noisy; you can hear everyone moving in the hallway and in the rooms. A tiny desk. To avoid getting depressed, I had to change hotels the next day.
