01/03/2026: A very unpleasant experience last night. I was waiting in line normally when two customers who arrived after me were served before me. When I politely pointed this out, the waitress responded curtly, claiming they were ahead of me, which is untrue. What's even more disturbing is that these customers thanked the waitress, saying "Thank you, Auntie," which clearly suggests they were acquaintances. If that's the case, it would be more honest to admit the favoritism rather than accuse the customers of lying. Instead of a simple exchange to clarify the situation, the tone escalated unnecessarily. A man in the queue became aggressive, even threatening to have me removed. Then a security guard intervened, speaking to me inappropriately. As a result, I was publicly insulted simply for pointing out an injustice in the order of service. Mistakes happen, but the lack of respect and aggressive handling of the situation are unacceptable. I am very disappointed by the staff's professionalism.

09/07/2026: We came in a large group with a reservation. However, from the moment we arrived, nothing was ready. We waited over 30 minutes for drinks and over an hour for our main courses. Unfortunately, there were many mistakes in the dishes. The desserts were shameful; for example, the tiramisu was three-quarters whipped cream and one-quarter coffee—unacceptable. The waitress was overwhelmed; it took almost two and a half hours to eat a main course and dessert. In short, a very long meal, disastrous food, and exorbitant value for money.

20/07/2026: Restaurant... if you can even call it a restaurant 🙄 Avoid at all costs... the wait was incredibly long even though the terrace wasn't full. The mussels were way overcooked, and the fries were really bad!! And don't even get me started on the state of the toilets 🤢

20/07/2026: Absolutely terrible. Disgusting mussels and fries. What's more, the waiter tried to scam me out of €10 in cash without writing it on the bill—a disgrace! Avoid at all costs.

02/08/2026: The security service is atrocious, appalling, and aggressive, as if you were going into battle. Frankly, the entry selection process is completely arbitrary, and the explanations are incoherent. You're made to wait only to be refused entry without any valid reason, while others enter without any problem. A total lack of respect and organization. Avoid at all costs.

13/07/2026: Hello, I gave 5 stars for the atmosphere and the professionalism of many staff members. However, I gave 0 stars for the Rovace security guard who spoke to us extremely rudely, snatched our ticket from our hands, and left us waiting without explaining why. In short, this kind of person seriously detracts from the beauty of the place and the atmosphere!

21/07/2026: We thought we were lucky to find one table free for four. Out with two small children, eating pancakes is naturally a treat for them. Tables around us had pancakes with Nutella, among other things. After a very long wait (+/- 20 minutes), we were finally handed a menu. Our French isn't very good, but we still did our best to order in French. The waitress didn't speak English, you see. She was clearly irritated that I wasn't very good at French, because she sighed and looked very angry—read: rolling her eyes away. Drinks had been ordered, and they said they would just take a look at exactly what we wanted to eat. After waiting another good 15 minutes and still not having received any drinks, I even beckoned the wait staff over. When ordering pancakes, we were told that none of the sweet pancakes were available. Very strange, considering several tables around us did have them, and that wasn't mentioned when we received the menu. So, by now, well over 35 minutes had passed. No drinks, and the food we wanted wasn't available. We just left and went somewhere else to eat and drink. Hospitality, friendliness, or even clarity are completely absent here. After reading multiple reviews with the same experiences, it surprises me that they still exist.

31/07/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed the quality of the meal, from the appetizer to the dessert. The service was discreet, efficient, and attentive, in a very pleasant atmosphere. A restaurant we highly recommend.

02/07/2026: A perfectly ordinary café/bar, right in the heart of town. You sit comfortably under the trees, directly on the street (there isn't much traffic), and the lively, friendly owner carries every drink from the bar across the street, chatting with half the town, spreading a cheerful, vibrant atmosphere. I had two coffees and a pain au chocolat, both good and very reasonably priced (€3.30 for coffee and pain).

07/04/2026: I am very disappointed by my experience at Café du Commerce in Bargemon. The welcome was particularly unpleasant: the café owner was unfriendly, even downright rude, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. The worst part was his incomprehensible attempt to extort €5 from us when giving us change. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and gives the establishment a very bad image. It's a shame, because the setting is pleasant, but this in no way compensates for the lack of professionalism and honesty. I do not recommend this place.

08/07/2026: The service was decent and pleasant. However, we were seated at a dirty table and no one came to clean it... No tray, no napkin. The restaurant was practically empty, and there were much cleaner tables available... What a shame, it was my first and last visit; I won't be back.

23/06/2026: I had lunch there with my 10-year-old son today. The lamb dish of the day was very good, and the children's menu (burger/fries) was generous. The servers were very friendly and smiling, plus it was good value for money! In short: excellent!

29/07/2026: This isn't our first time at this Flunch, but it will definitely be our last. Arriving around 8:30 pm, we checked the menu boards to choose our meal; logically, if it's listed, it must be available. At the register, we ordered two Tennessee rösti and two unlimited mussels and fries. The woman (manager) informed us that there were no more Tennessee rösti, so I chose an andouillette sausage, and my son ordered a chicken tender rösti and the two mussels and fries. I waited 20 minutes for the buzzer to go off for the chicken tender rösti. When it finally did, I went to get the food, but there was no one to greet us, just the plate placed on the counter. I waited a good five minutes to return the buzzer, but still no one was there, so I finally put it on the counter and took the plate. I let my son help himself to the vegetables, and of course, as usual, no fries. In the kitchen, all the baskets are up, so they won't be cooking anytime soon. Here I am, waiting for my andouillette sausage, and my family is waiting for the mussels. A young woman, 18 or 20 years old, asked me in a very unpleasant tone who sold me this. "I told you there weren't any left, was it a man or a woman? ... but I told her! You have to take something else," she said, throwing my receipt at me! My family, who were nearby, asked if there were any mussels left (all you can eat). She showed them her pot, which had enough for one and a half plates! She said, "That's all there is left!" We went back to the till where the manager greeted us, as usual, in a very unpleasant manner, as if we were at fault. She pointed out that it was 9:00 PM and practically implied it was our fault for leaving without eating. She then threw the money on the counter as a refund! This isn't the first time you've been so unpleasant. Last time, you literally brushed me off after I asked about the loyalty card. It was the security guard who came to apologize for the incident. You, because he had witnessed the way you spoke to customers and told us that this was a habitual behavior of yours. I don't know who you think your customers are, Madam, but keep in mind that we are the customers, and if we leave without eating, it's because of you, Madam. If it had been crowded, I would have chalked it up to overwork, but we were the only customers at the register, and the restaurant was three-quarters empty.

22/04/2026: The hotel is well located, with easy access to the LDLC arena if you are there for a concert. But the rooms are simple and basic, with no coffee machine.

02/03/2026: We ordered several pizzas to take away. When we got home, we noticed that one of them (the seafood pizza) smelled extremely strong. We tried to taste it and realized there was a serious freshness issue. The place reeked of low tide. We went back, politely (and with a smile) explaining that there must have been a problem. The waiter replied, "I doubt it." The owner arrived, displaying astonishing bad faith, and insisted he couldn't smell anything. He sent the pizza back to the kitchen, making faces that clearly showed he was mocking us. The waiter said, "You know, tastes vary. If you don't like mussels, you might find it smells strange." To which we replied that if we didn't like them, we wouldn't have ordered it. And tastes vary, so it doesn't usually apply to spoiled food. In short, no apologies, just contempt and arrogance. I'm not one to write negative reviews, but having such a condescending attitude when selling fish that isn't fresh deserves to be called out. PS: The smell permeated my clothes and my car, which I had to scrub with Sanytol…
