06/04/2026: Dish of the day €12, a free-range chicken with fries, very well served. I'll be back.

12/07/2026: Absolutely unacceptable! I came with my child. I ordered a grenadine syrup and a Coke for €4. So far, so good… until they served me a grenadine syrup without water. When I simply asked for water to be added to the glass, they told me I would have to pay an extra €2! Charging extra for water with a syrup is simply shameful. And that's not all. My son was stared at every time he took a step in the establishment, as if his mere presence was a problem. It's unacceptable. A child shouldn't have to endure that kind of stare. Given the service and the completely exorbitant prices (€17 for the cheesy tacos meal!), it's no wonder customers don't come back. Avoid this place. First and last time for us.

12/07/2026: The interior was unclean. Neither the waitress nor the cook, who seemed to be the owner, was helpful. She quoted me one price, then another. The same thing happened with my second order.

11/07/2026: Terrible welcome, dirty dishes, uncleaned glasses with ash in them. Could do better...

09/07/2026: The fries were cooked in used oil and were soggy and black. The dishes were very poorly presented. I regret not checking the reviews before going.

01/08/2026: The service was terrible. Not having a table available without a reservation is perfectly understandable, but the way customers were treated so rudely is another matter entirely. The owner greeted us in a curt and haughty tone. There's a way to tell people they're full without being disrespectful. Avoid this place.

27/07/2026: We had a wonderful meal, the place was beautiful and the welcome was excellent, the waiter was always cheerful and helpful 😉

08/11/2025: Shameful! I made a reservation for my birthday, it was confirmed, so I arrived on time and on the day I booked, only to find the restaurant closed. There were no signs, no posts on their Instagram mentioning the closure, especially since the reservation had been confirmed by email and text message. Thanks for ruining my birthday!

27/10/2025: I had reserved a table via the website. Reservation confirmed. We showed up on Sunday, October 26th, and what a surprise. It said "closed." I don't know if it's permanently closed. We had to find another solution. And to top it all off, this morning I received a message asking how my meal went. It's better to laugh about it...

08/07/2026: One of my worst experiences in Paris. The service was catastrophic, and the bartender treated me in a totally disrespectful way, even going so far as to prevent me from leaving the cafe.

10/03/2026: ⚠️⚠️⚠️ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Article L.3341-4 of the French Public Health Code requires establishments serving drinks for on-premises consumption that close between 2:00 AM and 7:00 AM to provide the public with one or more breathalyzers. THE WAITER PROUDLY ANSWERED MY REQUEST FOR A BREADHOLDER TEST THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY HERE, EVEN THOUGH I HAD TO DRIVE AFTERWARDS… THIS BAR SHOULD BE INSPECTED!!!!

22/02/2026: What a surprise to find ourselves back in the 1990s! Nothing has changed. Same decor, same bathroom. It's high time they brought it up to date. As for the food, it was bland. The buildings are in a deplorable state. It's a shame, but we won't be returning to the Campanile.

18/02/2026: A stay at the Campanile in Thiers followed a certain internal logic. The bathroom was marred by visible mold on the walls, grout, and behind the towels, creating a constantly damp atmosphere. While the bathroom did have heating, its switch moved freely and wasn't connected to anything, rendering any attempt to turn it on futile, even in cold weather. Overall, this demonstrates a particularly questionable level of maintenance and consideration for guest comfort. Not recommended.

16/07/2026: On Wednesday, July 15th, our afternoon snack break was particularly disappointing! We ordered iced chocolate, iced tea, and muffins! The woman preparing our order was incomprehensibly nonchalant! Besides that, our drinks were disappointing (the tea had no taste whatsoever! The chocolate was just chocolate water, not served with milk as it should have been! Furthermore, the muffins were dry, making us wonder if they hadn't been sitting on the display for several days!). As regulars at Columbus Nancy, we didn't recognize the products they usually serve! The only positive thing we could say was how kind the young woman at the register was!

04/07/2026: Avoid at all costs!! I ordered several cold drinks and none of them were cold. No ice in the drinks...!??!

19/12/2025: Very disappointed for the price. It has no taste, it's bland, not good. I placed my order and the cashier on the phone ignored me. The toilets were dirty, nothing was right... avoid at all costs.

04/12/2025: First time, very disappointed. I won't be going back. Cheap for what it is, late delivery, arrived cold and it wasn't good, avoid the cheddar sauce. McDonald's is much better.

18/07/2026: Great meal with super friendly service.....owner told me to order from their meal plus desert deal as it would work out cheaper for me and gave us another desert as well for free

19/07/2026: A must-visit for so many years after afternoons swimming in Laroque, to eat a crepe or have a beer. Always friendly staff, life is wonderful, I highly recommend it!

15/05/2026: Fantastic retro environment, designed by Givenchy, a good selection of food and wine. Very nice and welcoming staff and the applecake was divine! You eat with a view of the beautiful opera house. Well worth a visit!

19/07/2026: Avoid this: When you pay €19.50 for a salad, there's a way to speak to your customers. The blonde manager should take a good look at herself, because at McDonald's they know how to respect their customers (she'll understand).

13/07/2026: Extremely disappointed. The feta, cucumber, olive, and tomato salad contained only lettuce and feta... and cost €17 less. When I pointed out the missing ingredients, I received no apologies, only complaints.
