31/07/2026: I've worked in the La Croix Blanche area for five years and I'm a regular customer at Paul. Lately, the service has become appalling: no hello, no goodbye, and a constant feeling of being a nuisance. If you don't want to interact with customers, perhaps you should make way for people who do. The only exception is Sonia, who is always smiling, professional, and pleasant. While she's doing her job, some of her colleagues prefer to chat with acquaintances who have come to visit rather than attend to customers. It's a real shame for the brand's image.

29/07/2026: The atmosphere is appalling, a disgrace! I came to get my sandwich during my break yesterday, and a very unpleasant woman spoke rudely to customers and, on top of that, kept yelling at her colleagues. It's shameful! A serious lack of professionalism, unfortunately, because some of the staff seem to be very attentive and do their best while maintaining a smile...

15/03/2026: Sausage galette to go: sausage warmed in the microwave, galettes barely warm without butter...

10/02/2026: I don't want to be influenced by other people's opinions. I had an excellent sausage rougail around 2:15 pm. The chef was kind enough to come back down to the kitchen for me (even though it was closed), and I'm very grateful to him, as well as for his smile. The memory of enjoying this special rougail, overlooking the Étel harbor and just after a construction project, will stay with me for a long time. Thank you so much, it was delicious.

11/03/2026: A student restaurant with short wait times, and the food is quite good with great vegetarian options! The chef is welcoming and takes the time to chat with the students! The terrace is very pleasant! Thanks to Océane and her colleague for serving real meals tailored to the needs and preferences of students. I recommend it.

19/02/2026: The difference in quality between the CROUS (student services) in Perpignan and Toulouse is unacceptable. The food served in Toulouse is unworthy of a public service intended for students. Mediocre portions, questionable quality, and substandard service. It's like something out of a caricature of the French comedy film "L'Aile ou la Cuisse" (The Wing or the Thigh). Even at €1, this meal isn't worth it. It's a disgrace to offer this to students. How can we be satisfied and healthy with meals like these? Otherwise, the atmosphere is nice. That's the only reason I go there.

20/05/2026: Disappointing experience. I was a little uncomfortable seeing the person handling the food and then the money without any real separation between the two, which made me feel uneasy about hygiene. In addition, the crepes were very sparsely filled. A shame, because the place had potential.

20/05/2026: We had lunch: the waiter was quite busy, the food arrived quickly, the quality was okay, and the atmosphere was excellent. The owner was extremely unpleasant and insulted me when I went to collect my device that had been charging. Avoid this place.

17/07/2026: Rude staff... Me and my friend visited this shop this morning and weren't greeted at all by the young cashier because we spoke English and we can't speak French. When ordering, it felt like the worker was irritated by everything. Before we could even ask to eat here instead of take away, she was wrapping it all up. She did not ask us if that's all after ordering something, so she forgot to add a cake. I reminded her kindly but I did not receive a nice reaction. The food was average and there are enough choices, so a two star is good for this place. The binn outside was full, and we didn't receive any cutlery for the cakes for example. Do not go here if you are a tourist expecting kindness/happiness back from others in the morning.

09/07/2026: I ordered two feta and salmon salads and a pepper sandwich. Not only was one salad missing, but the only one in the bag wasn't the one I bought, nor was it the right sandwich. And when I called, no one dared answer! How brave! Tomorrow I want the right salad to give to the goats.

14/04/2026: Hello, I came to buy some "small snacks," I wanted 8 (there were more on the tray) but apparently they only make 6 per bakery, and the saleswoman wasn't very pleasant, she seemed bothered that I took them all, but if she wanted to keep them, she shouldn't have put them up for sale. Very disappointed.

31/05/2026: Never seen anything worse. We arrived and were given the runaround for at least 45 minutes, served lukewarm water in a vodka bottle without a glass. No cutlery whatsoever. A pizza we ordered for €19 arrived with nothing like what was on the menu, and for the price, it was really bad. We had to wait at least two hours for two drinks, then three for the pizzas. Appalling! Avoid at all costs!

29/05/2026: The setting is nice, and the service too. But the pizza was undercooked and cold. There's something wrong with the pizza, I think. It's a pizzeria, which is a shame. There's an Italian one right next door.

10/08/2025: Not exactly amazing, and expensive for what it is. No one came to see us for 10-15 minutes, not a word, nothing. A 30-minute wait after ordering to serve four Breton galettes, and there wasn't a crowd. The waitress served our galettes with her thumb touching them. The galette was a little undercooked. They were served "upside down" (filling underneath, crepe on top). A bit disappointing for lunch.

12/07/2026: A warm and genuine welcome. The goat cheese sauce was a revelation, taking me on a culinary journey! 🥪🥙 However, I wish there were more Subway locations in the Dupleix neighborhood (only 4). This would allow us to enjoy them more throughout the day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner!). Thank you for this delicious meal! Jérôme.

12/07/2026: Simply near perfection. The wrap I ordered this Sunday fulfilled its role as a wrap perfectly. The staff was very friendly, and I was quickly able to find a spot in the nearest park to enjoy my meal. The result is undeniable: this chicken wrap was practically perfect. The only flaw? Too much PDO Parmesan, which, due to its character, slightly overpowered the other flavors of my wrap. A big thank you, and see you soon.

16/04/2026: Too long, no organization. No more 9 am breakfasts, no more crepes… the organization needs to be reviewed. Otherwise, the waiter is nice.

14/04/2026: It's dirty, noisy, and vulgar. Avoid it. One wonders how the town hall can tolerate such an image for tourists who mistakenly stumble into this dive.

30/04/2026: I went to buy rolling papers and a lighter and had to pay €5.70!!! That's outrageous! €2.70 for the papers and €3 for a lighter?! That's the most expensive tobacco I've ever seen in my life!!! And they're not at all accommodating with credit cards!!!

17/04/2026: I have to give it one star; otherwise, I wouldn't have given it any. The setting and location are pleasant, but the service completely ruins the experience. The unprofessional attitude, the obvious lack of rigor and customer service: you clearly feel like you're bothering them more than anything else. It's all the more unfortunate because the place has potential, but without a minimum of commitment and professionalism in the service, it simply can't work. A real overhaul of the staff and the organization is necessary to offer a truly worthwhile experience.

11/06/2026: If you're passing through, avoid this place. Cleanliness is nowhere to be seen. You wonder what a motorcycle is doing in the restaurant. The floor is filthy and dirty. The meal was expensive and disgusting. The Italian salad at €12.50 consisted of a tomato from the fridge cut into eight pieces with the same amount of Mozambique peas on a bed of wilted bagged lettuce. It's clearly been through the wringer... as for the pizza, advertised as homemade, it reeked of industrial. When we arrived, an employee was putting whipped cream from the supermarket on desserts, even though it was advertised as Chantilly cream. Between the price, the cleanliness, and the extremely poor quality of the food, don't go there.

19/05/2026: I don't recommend it. My friend and I sat down for lunch. The drinks arrived quickly, then nothing for 30 minutes. The waitress came back and asked if I could change my order, as the one I'd chosen was taking a long time to prepare. My break was already over, so I had to get a sandwich on the side.
