03/07/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! This might be a bit long, sorry. Since the other restaurants on the street were either full or closed, we ended up at this "restaurant." The outdoor tables were, to say the least, dirty, wobbly, and unset. I walked past the kitchen, which was being run by a young woman who wasn't dressed appropriately for cooking... Anyway. We sat down and made our choices, though we were a little suspicious. There was a regular menu and a pizza menu. We ordered a set menu, which was more expensive in the evening than during the day, without any justification. Salmon for my friend, and for me, a warm goat cheese salad followed by hanger steak with shallots. The basics of French cuisine. Even the owner, while helpful, wasn't dressed appropriately for his customers. The "WARM" goat cheese salad arrived. A bed of lettuce, four wilted tomato wedges, and two large pieces of goat cheese log placed on two tiny pieces of bread. A little vinaigrette, and that was it. The goat cheese wasn't warm, nor melted, and certainly not browned. Not a hint of thyme, rosemary, or pepper, and—oh, the delight!—a drop of honey on top. Back to the kitchen they brought them back, meltingly tender and gratinéed. They came back practically the same. The goat cheese was of zero quality, tasteless. Then the main course arrived. It was supposed to come with fries, but according to the owner, they had dried out... I couldn't believe it. So, frozen green beans with a touch of garlic and parsley, also frozen. No seasoning whatsoever. The hanger steak was cooked well, at least, and the salmon too. What about my shallot sauce?! Instead of a sauce, just shallots sautéed in oil, like all the other garnishes. Honestly, a shallot sauce—either you know how to make it or you don't put it on the menu. For €25, it's a complete rip-off. I'm leaving this review to prevent tourists and others from discovering French cuisine in this kind of establishment. If you don't know how to do something, don't do it. One good point, perhaps, for the pizzas, which smelled good and looked—and I emphasize looked—edible. So, stick with those. Thank you for your attention... A former cook.

14/05/2026: I went there with some apprehension given the various reviews. Indeed, the decor is a bit dated, but the food was quite good. The waiter (owner?) was very pleasant. Don't rely too much on the reviews 🙂

12/05/2026: The chalet was very pleasant. But the toilets were very dirty.

09/08/2026: A terrible experience! The welcome was about as warm as a Mike Tyson slap! 🥊 Our order was incomplete, but apparently it was our fault 😅 What a shame! Avoid this place!

09/08/2026: Poor service, dry crepe, dirty toilets, unfriendly staff. Avoid at all costs, do not recommend.

29/06/2026: The most basic breakfast costs £9.90 and includes tea, coffee, fresh orange juice, a slice of bread with butter and jam, and a delicious croissant. Considering Parisian prices today, it's very affordable and tasty.

29/06/2026: It's next to the maison d'Isabelle who is famous for its beur croissant. You can sit here, order your croissant and q coffee without having to queue at the maison d'Isabelle.

27/02/2026: No taste, no feeling. Broken toilet flush, impossible to flush, no hygiene whatsoever. A restaurant to definitely avoid!

19/07/2026: On the evening of the broadcast of the French national team's last match, we came as a group and sat on the terrace. Everyone at the table ordered drinks, except for one person who simply didn't want anything. Despite the fact that the rest of the group were ordering and therefore contributing to the business, we were asked to leave because one person wasn't ordering. I found this attitude strange. I understand that a bar relies on its customers, but when almost everyone at a table is ordering, trying to force each person to buy something gives the impression that the goal is simply to maximize the exposure of a free event on television. Especially since the terrace wasn't even full. This establishment feels like a real tourist trap, designed to maximize profits at the expense of customer service. This isn't the first bad experience I've had here. On a previous visit, a server knocked over his tray right next to me. Shards of glass fell near us, splashing me, and the shards were never cleaned up. We then waited a very long time before anyone came to take our order, and even longer before being served. To top it all off, we paid an exorbitant price for a milkshake that didn't even taste homemade. Finally, the minimum spend for credit cards is high, which is hard to understand since most establishments accept small payments.

18/07/2026: There was more ice than drink in the spritz. During happy hour, for the same price you get a second glass that's smaller than the first: incomprehensible.

03/08/2026: Honestly, the food was okay, the portions were generous, but we expected better. That said, the staff was very friendly, with a special mention for a very chatty, slightly joking waiter who was really nice!

30/07/2026: Food was fantastic and waiter was most friendly waiter in Paris!

04/08/2026: I had some time before heading to the Musée d'Orsay, so I stopped by a nearby place for a quick sandwich and coffee. The sandwich was really healthy and delicious. I wanted to try other dishes, but I didn't have enough time. The person who seemed to be the owner was chic yet kind, and the server was very polite. I definitely plan to go back and try other food next time I visit Paris. Unfortunately, I couldn't take any photos.

04/08/2026: This restaurant is on the left-hand side after exiting the museum; I chose it for convenience. Note that it closes relatively early, and the staff will rush you to settle your bill near closing time. The overall service was average, and the food quality was inconsistent. The medium-rare steak I ordered was extremely dry and tough, with a poor texture, and even tasted stale. I only noticed its low rating after eating there; it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't return. I wouldn't recommend making a special trip for it. This restaurant is on the left just outside the museum exit; I chose it simply because it's nearby. Note that it closes relatively early, and the staff hurried us to settle the bill near closing time. Service is average, but the food quality disappointed me. I ordered medium-rare steak, which was extremely tough and felt not fresh. I only noticed its low rating after dining there. I won't come back and would not recommend it.

09/11/2025: We went twice, once on a Saturday lunchtime in October and again today, Sunday lunchtime, and we found the door closed, even though there is no sign indicating that it is closed, so what's going on?

19/10/2025: We were very, very disappointed... The starter: a plate of charcuterie: two slices of rosettes and a slice of coppa, oily and clearly out of date! The fat was definitely grayish/green! I pointed this out to the waiter, who replied, "Well, it came straight from the fridge!" And left... Of course, I didn't eat it (for fear of getting sick). Then the main course: a piece of meat from the butcher (tiny, shriveled because it was full of sinews... in short, inedible... And for dessert: Tropésienne (a 3 cm slice cut from a supermarket Tropésienne) as dry as if it hadn't even been made that day! And when I went to pay at the register, I saw the cook taking the money and cooking again without washing his hands! What's more, I saw behind the bar counter, two plastic bins containing (stale croutons and green salad) out in the open, less than a meter from a trash can, with a simple fan to blow on them! If you don't want to get SICK, move on...

22/07/2026: Horrible service and treatment of tourists, refilling wine bottles with boxed wine in front of customers, terrible service

20/07/2026: Never go there. They have very absurd attitudes towards customers. It's not hygienic. The dishes look like they haven't been washed or are that old. I wouldn't even go in there to get water if I were in the desert.

21/06/2026: Currently temporarily closed for the past week (today is 21 Jun 2026). There seems to be a sign on the door from the sanitary authorities. Too bad - it is a great artisanal bakery in a good location.

16/05/2026: Excellent pan bagnat with chicken or tomato. Friendly service. Indoor tables sheltered from the wind. Superb lemon fougasse. We'll be back.

18/03/2026: The food is extremely expensive for frozen meals or desserts from Metro. The minced steak was tasteless, and the fries were bland. The kitchen staff were unpleasant; they should change careers if this profession doesn't interest them. Go work in a factory; you won't need to smile. The young waiter, however, was thankfully friendly and approachable.

17/03/2026: This place is a complete mess, somewhere between neglect and extreme profit maximization; it's hard to tell if it's intentional. The staff are either invisible at best or unwelcome at worst. There's constant bickering, mistakes are made even with only five customers, bits of paper are dropped into the pans, and the entire microwave system in the basement runs at a snail's pace to quickly defrost 90% of what's sold. I went to this place 12 hours after eating the worst sausage of my life, and after reading the comments about the expiration dates, I understand why. A surprise inspection and a change in staff wouldn't hurt; it's a waste to have this place right there at the front of the station.

03/06/2026: I ordered a portion of green beans and shrimp. I'm not complaining about the food, but the service. It's a shame to order to eat in and then have your meal heated up in plastic and served on a plate. It's bad for the environment and for our health, since hot plastic releases microplastics.

08/05/2026: Extremely severe food poisoning today, 07/05/2026, from lemongrass chicken. Avoid at all costs.

15/08/2026: Is there even a cook in this establishment? Everything is frozen, not even cooked: a pan-fried scallop dish that wasn't cooked at all, a galette swimming in oil and herbs de Provence. A scallop gratin casserole swimming in creamy water, but only frozen mussels, not a single scallop. The worst restaurant in Dinan. Hygiene is appalling. Truly catastrophic, absolutely avoid it!!!

13/08/2026: Disappointing, our order was "forgotten." The pancakes were bad. The iced tea, listed on the menu as 33cl, was served in 25cl. In short, lots of unpleasant surprises.

16/07/2026: Scam! 1 hour to order 1 hour to receive half the order Another hour to receive the bill, which is three times higher than required. A scammer to avoid!

16/07/2026: I went in and ordered 1 taco, 2 meats, 1 XL taco, and a takeaway platter with 3 sandwiches. They told us everything was available, and we paid €66. Twenty minutes later, when we came back, they told us they didn't have the kebab. They changed the order. When I got home this summer, it was a disaster. The sandwiches were cold, the fries were the same, they were missing a maxi taco, and the takeaway platter was a catastrophe. In the end, I would never have listened to my son. The worst order of my life. 57 years old
