11/08/2026: Initially a very welcoming person who tries to lure us into their restaurant. Our order was taken around 1 p.m., and by 2:40 p.m., still nothing. Several people lost patience and left. When I pointed out the delay to the person I thought was responsible, the response was vehement (I have about a hundred people to serve), even though there were only 20 to 30 people at most. Unpleasant staff. Avoid at all costs.

12/07/2026: Decent wraps and service. The worst toilets ever.

17/06/2026: On Sunday, we ordered the set menu. When it came time to pay, the payment terminal wasn't working properly, so we had to swipe our card a second time. As a result, the amount was debited from our account twice. We returned to the restaurant and, despite the promise of a refund, we still haven't received it. We are very disappointed by this situation and are still waiting for the promised refund. Due defect in pin apparaat 2 x betaald. 11/04/2026: I was given a coffee containing a hair. When I pointed this out, I even had to defend myself, and he asked if I had a problem. I replied that this was not the case and simply pointed out to him that there was a hair in my coffee. After a sneer from the owner, I received a new coffee, but this time there was red lipstick on the cup.

13/07/2026: We just arrived in Soulac and went into the first restaurant we tried—what a disappointment! The only positive point was the friendliness of the staff who were working hard to make it run smoothly. But the owner must be burning himself to smile, and what's the point of him if he doesn't even talk to his team! Last but not least, the food: frozen fries, too salty, mussels overcooked—nothing special. I came, but I won't be back.

07/06/2026: ⭐ Restaurant - A huge disappointment (despite a good meal) An overall very frustrating experience. The service was simply deplorable: no organization whatsoever, an interminable wait for even the simplest order, and to top it all off, unfriendly staff who acted like they were being bothered. The only positive point of this meal was the Provençal galette, which was truly delicious. It's a shame the food was ruined by such disastrous service. I won't be back.

04/08/2026: Bad experience. The owner was aggressive and the welcome was very unpleasant. She vehemently refused to make a crepe for my daughter when she politely asked. Avoid this place! I do not recommend it.

21/12/2025: Grumpy waitress Annoyed when asked a question Limited selection at 7 a.m. Only one raisin bread, for example. Lectures a customer who buys her entire stock, what she had planned to sell for the day. Why go into this line of work if you're so bitter? I fear the financial results will reflect her lack of enthusiasm. Customers should avoid this place.

07/05/2026: We ate there at lunchtime, a tuna and cream sandwich, and now I'm sick. Chills, headache, stomachache. The name is By Biron, but on the credit card receipt it says Halaveli.

29/04/2026: The old lady is not at all friendly; it's a real shame you hire people like that. The young women, on the other hand, are very nice.

08/03/2026: What a shame, the wait was incredibly long. I arrived at 1 AM and still hadn't gotten in, and it was 2:48 AM. All this for pre-sale tickets! This club is generally good, though.

19/04/2026: Tourist trap... a real shame because the location is nice. After 11 am, they stopped serving coffee... I settled for a so-called "naturally brewed iced tea" which was attractively served in a tea press with a few tea leaves to create the illusion, but when you looked at the bottom, it was simply syrup, all for €5.50. The smoothie, meanwhile, had no taste, certainly not made with ripe strawberries. Moreover, the music was very loud for 11 am 😑 The only consolation: the waiter was smiling and friendly.

12/01/2026: I really enjoyed it. There was a waiter there too, I think his name was Akram. I don't remember if he still works there, but he was really nice.

13/08/2026: Nice brasserie near the train station, but the atmosphere has dropped a bit since Sabrina left. She used to run the bar in the mornings; she and the owner worked together really well! Since she left, it's less lively, which is a shame! Bring Sabrina back!

08/08/2026: I was disappointed with my visit to this brasserie. I found the prices quite high, especially considering the quality of the service. I also ordered a mocktail which, in the end, was more like a simple mint lemonade. Paying the price of a mocktail for a mint lemonade is really unacceptable. Furthermore, all the tables around us that had ordered drinks were served a small aperitif, except for us. I really think the service needs serious improvement.

11/07/2026: The bread is good, but it's a shame that most of the staff aren't friendly at all; you feel like you're bothering them. And having gloves but touching the bread and other items with them is unclean.

07/06/2026: The saleswoman was outside when I arrived, cigarette in hand, rummaging through her colleague's car trunk. She urinated on the sidewalk and then came to serve me. As I reached for the bread, I politely asked her to wash her hands so it wouldn't smell of cigarettes. She took it badly, put on a glove, and as she gave me my change, said, "Be careful, the coins will smell of cigarettes." This bakery's kitchen had already been shut down by the authorities for hygiene reasons. The lesson clearly hadn't been learned.

27/06/2026: Run away! Appalling service! Tiny, frozen portion, exorbitant price! Dreadful place

27/06/2026: We ordered a warm goat cheese salad and a Niçoise salad. I got 4 olives and my boyfriend got 3 ;-)). No walnuts, almonds, or balsamic vinegar. In short, terrible salads for €22. Unfriendly service. Avoid at all costs.

20/07/2026: The welcome and service leave much to be desired. The waitress used the dog to attack others; this cafe is discriminatory. Consumer services and the town hall have been notified.

20/07/2026: I can't give zero stars, so I'm giving it one, but it doesn't deserve it! The staff is unpleasant; the woman gives us strange looks and only serves us when she feels like it. When you try to say hello, they barely respond. The coffee is disgusting and expensive for what it is. She threatens us with her dog when we tell her what we really think. She also refuses to give us cigarettes. Everyone has gone to a competitor. Avoid at all costs! I do not recommend it.

10/03/2026: Run away, friends!!! I don't even know where to begin. The reception? They handed us the key and pointed us to the hotel, which is located across a road, without showing us around or explaining anything. Be warned, if you have children, the road you have to cross to get to the hotel is extremely dangerous; you risk your life. The room? Oh my god!! Well, I'll post some pictures so you can judge for yourselves. Breakfast? No explanation whatsoever, except for the first door on the left. €12 for nothing: an orange juice machine that didn't work, no fresh bread, only frozen bread that we had to ask for because there wasn't any. Not to mention the hygiene. In short, avoid this place.
