01/09/2024: We went to the effort of booking a table at this restaurant knowing from the reviews that it would be busy. When we turned up they initially ignored us. When I said we had a reservation they checked and couldn’t find it. I showed them my confirmation email but got no apology. Just told there was no room and to leave. Much friendlier staff in all the other lovely restaurants we visited.

31/08/2024: Très bon rapport qualité-prix, personnel souriant et agréable, service rapide et efficace. La qualité est au rendez-vous, je recommande vivement.

02/08/2024: En principio era el restaurante estrella de Disneyland Paris pero... Llegamos al lugar a la hora y nos pusimos en cola, como todo el mundo. Al tener reserva previa, ya debíamos haber entrado y así nos lo recriminó un señor muy poco simpático en la puerta. Entramos y el sitio es señorial, con el personal elegantemente vestido. Cogimos mesa y nos sirvieron la bebida. Fuimos al buffet y ahí nuestra decepción. Aunque lo que comimos estaba bueno, había menos variedad y calidad que en otros restaurantes a priori más básicos. El precio (si no llevas ticket de comida) abusivo.

25/07/2024: C’est une honte, sur la pancarte il est écrit que c’est 45€ par adulte. Quand on vient pour payer, on annonce que c’est les prix sont différents et ils sont de 80€. Une honte absolue.

23/08/2024: Dismissive manager/owner with rude attitude. We didn’t even get to eat here. I had made a reservation several weeks in advance through The Fork for my husband and our elderly mothers and had driven in from our hotel 20 minutes away. When we arrived on time, we were rudely turned away with a shrug. The manager/owner simply showed me his mobile phone and said there was no reservation and in any event they were full, even though inside there were several empty tables and outside a few as well. In spite of showing him my phone which had both the confirmation and a reminder email from The Fork, stating the date and time, he just kept shrugging. So we went away. But looking at some of the reviews, it did us a favour as we found another restaurant close by, where we were welcomed with open arms and had both exceptional service and food.

06/08/2024: Les repas étaient délicieux, les cuisiniers se sont donnez de la peine pour nous servir et les serveurs aussi. Mais le patron était très désagréable faisait sans arrêt des remontrances à ses employés et ceci devant les clients,

07/08/2024: J'ai commandé un hamburger normalement bleu je l'ai reçu très bien cuit en sachant que je mange exactement le même chez moi avec les mêmes pommes de terre niveau tarif et qualité de prestation a fuir !!! Niveau service à revoir ET très insistant pour savoir si on avait fini où pas pour un risotto à 24€ ET un hamburger du moment à 19€ je pense que l'on peut avoir mieux que ça.Je fais mieux à la maison !!! Du moment qu'on à des pdt fraîches autant faire des frites !! La salades immangeable le seul point positif le cadre !!! À fuir vraiment

03/08/2024: Personnels mal aimables Notre table tenait avec des couteaux dont nous en avons reçu un sur le pied Vase cassé à nos pieds 2 trognons dans la salade césar sauce inexistante

13/12/2024: Hello I came to eat this lunchtime with a colleague I am very disappointed I took a classic steak with fries the meat is full of sinews and very tough except that at the time of the bill I pay 28.50 euros for a steak xl except that the one I ate was a classic if the meat had been good I would not have given a negative opinion but here I am doubly ripped off I would not return to your place again

20/07/2026: Our family took our first trip to Europe, and as part of our Paris leg, we stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris. The hotel is beautiful, and our rooms were fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. My wife was happy to see Dyson hair dryers in the spacious bathrooms. The entire staff - guest relations, concierge, doormen, housekeeping, and restaurant servers - could not have been nicer or more thoughtful. They always had a kind word and looked to go above and beyond. Even the tour and restaurant recommendations by the concierge were perfect. The location felt a bit quieter to us, but it was still vibrant and within walking distance of numerous attractions and cafes. It is also the only hotel on the Left Bank to receive the Palace rating by the French government. We were sad to leave, but we had a great time and met some wonderful people.

22/06/2026: Three of us had a dinner at their restaurant, we did not stay there. Appetizers, mains (sole, steak, clams, cocktails, wine, deserts, service were all great. The second floor had an extra sitting room gallery. The place was well air-conditioned.

20/03/2024: Le cadre de vu est super. Au bout de 50min d'attente nous avions décidé de partir, à ce moment là la jeune serveuse arrive avec nos plats. Nous lui faisons remarqué avec courtoisie bien entendu qu'on s'apprêtait à partir. Au lieu d'avoir une réaction professionnelle c'est à dire une excuse au minimum. Sa réaction était insolente. Choqué nous avions préféré de partir sans causé de heurt. On ne vous parle l'absence des salutations de courtoisies, des sourires. Mais surtout quand un client renverse une bouteille d'eau et se casse au sol. La jeune demoiselle se met à rire moqueur et ne ramasse même pas les verres. C'est impensable. Donc ce restaurant est A FUIR.
