09/09/2024: The service was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive, friendly and professional, making us feel comfortable and welcome. However, I regret to say that the food did not live up to our expectations.
In particular, the meat we received was far from acceptable. It was extremely hard, almost like rubber, and almost impossible to eat. The texture of the meat was so unappetizing that we had to make considerable effort to chew it, and in the end our jaws were quite tired. Unfortunately, we were forced to eat it so as not to waste the food, but the experience was disappointing.
Although we appreciated the excellent service, the quality of the meat left much to be desired. We hope that the restaurant can remedy this problem, because with such good service and an improvement in the quality of the food, they could offer a much more satisfying dining experience.

30/08/2024: We ate an ice cream that seemed to be homemade. They were very good. Just a little disappointment with the salted butter caramel ice cream, the taste was really good, but I didn't find the taste of salted butter caramel... (This flavor being my favorite, I know it quite well).
I also tasted their chocolate there.
It's pretty good for French chocolate (I'm Belgian ;-))

05/12/2024: My favorite restaurant in Dax! I love being able to eat delicious and original dishes there, with a Lando-Asian influence! My meals are always accompanied by the most suitable wines thanks to the advice of the manager, an expert oenologist (the only one who made me appreciate red wine).
Very good value for money. I recommend.
27/11/2024: The setting is nice, the owner too but very very disappointed by the dish: sea couscous. Where was the couscous???? 3 spoons of seeds swimming in a sauce without relief, very good sea bass fillet but 3 shrimps and 2 squid for 23 euros is a lot to pay!!! Couscous is a generous dish obviously not here. There were 2 of us, with the same dish and the same disappointment!! I won't come back.

08/09/2024: Having gone there on a Sunday during the Olympic Games, rather para in fact, not very crowded, the menu displayed was very simple compared to what is usually offered and it was not a meal that I will remember .
I will surely return there another time in a non-Olympic context 🫤
