22/09/2024: First visit to this establishment which had been so praised to us. A very nice discovery, both for the kindness of the young waiter, the setting and its cozy atmosphere and the deliciousness of this astonishing and delicious cuisine! Just a very small downside which has already been mentioned in other reviews, the price... Well, the quality of the products and the originality of the dishes can justify this but I know of other restaurants in the region in which we eat just as good without having such a busy slate. No problem, I think we'll come back!

31/12/2024: The setting isn't exceptional, but the service is very friendly and efficient. However, the food... I ordered a salad, and I've never seen such poorly matched ingredients. It really looked like my Sunday night salad made with all the leftovers from the fridge. As for the prices, they're so exorbitant that we simply didn't order anything. No aperitif, no dessert, just the cheapest option. A dessert costs the same as a main course in central Paris, in a tourist area. If that's the price of fresh ingredients, then reduce your menu to increase the quantities you buy and lower the prices. The prices are justified neither by the quality nor the quantity. The rest of my family seems to love your establishment, and I'm happy for them, but we won't be returning. I wish you all the best nonetheless; you seem to have a loyal clientele who are clearly well-off financially, and I'm happy for you and your team!

A warm welcome, tasty cuisine and above all perfect consideration of my food intolerance. Adapted dishes, attentive service... an essential address that I in turn recommend!

I highly recommend the sea sauerkraut and the couscous-style lamb shank! The desserts are subtly prepared and also excellent!! Looking forward to discovering the menu even more..!!

25/01/2025: Passing through on our way to our holiday destination, we were familiar with the former "Pause du Chat," a delightful spot, and it seems the location, with its superb view of Lake Bourget from the terrace, attracts good vibes. Umami is simply superb, from the attentive service during the reservation process and on-site, to the dishes—bowls presented with great flair, California rolls, and ramen. It's a shame we were full—the portions are very generous—because the desserts are incredibly tempting. Congratulations to this new restaurant, which has been open for six months. You're fantastic! Keep up the good work.

24/11/2024: This is such a buzzy place to have lunch in Cluny: There's a very comprehensive menu which should ensure everyone can find something they will like. The food is fresh, well prepared and presented, and keenly priced. A restaurant not to be missed if you are in the area. I suggest you book if wanting a table on a market day.

01/11/2025: We were very disappointed with the restaurant; we were just passing through for the weekend. The wait was far too long, even though there were very few tables occupied. Many people around us were leaving because of the wait. The waitress was incredibly unfriendly, frankly, a complete disaster. The food was good, which was the only positive point.
