07/06/2026: A dream weekend at the estate, an elegant yet rustic setting nestled in the tranquility of a magnificent forest. Charming residences, a very comfortable room in the Pavilion, and a delightful breakfast served both indoors and outdoors. Impeccable service, everything was perfect.

06/06/2026: The rooms have a somewhat dated charm and could use a refresh in their decor. A small gift to thank guests for their stay would be a nice touch. Commends for the breakfast: high-quality pastries. The grounds are superb.

21/09/2026: Excellent restaurant. The dishes are homemade, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious! The service is warm and friendly, and the ladies are very attentive! We were very warmly welcomed, even though we hadn't made a reservation, but we were seated immediately! (Do remember to book, though, as the restaurant fills up quickly!) A lovely restaurant, recently renovated and very clean, with delightful staff. ❤️ We'll be back!

20/09/2026: Excellent restaurant in every way! We celebrated a family event there and were able to reserve the entire venue to fully enjoy it, especially the superb terrace! Julien was attentive and met all our expectations. The meal was delicious and perfectly complemented by the carefully selected wine. In short, we highly recommend this place!

27/09/2026: Overall, a truly wonderful gastronomic experience. The cuisine was excellent: we found the flavors, precision, and expertise one expects from an establishment of this caliber. The service also perfectly mastered the codes of haute cuisine. However, only one point left us with a rather unpleasant feeling. The chef came to greet the other tables around us but skipped ours. He finally returned very briefly at the end, giving the impression that his visit was somewhat forced. We obviously don't know the reason for this, but this difference in attention struck us and slightly marred an experience that, in terms of both cuisine and service, was excellent.

23/09/2026: My wife and I discovered Christophe Roure's cuisine when he didn't yet have a Michelin star, then when he did, and again last night to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. It's still just as exceptional. His culinary work is consistently outstanding! Thank you to Mr. Roure and his team.

12/12/2025: The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, not very convenient for public transport, especially since there are practically no sidewalks along the roads. The hotel is fairly comfortable but a bit dated. The restaurant is a bit pricey and offers limited choices. The spa is a major plus and very good.

08/12/2025: I only tried the spa, where I was kindly invited by my best friend. After paying our entrance fee, we went down to the spa and waited 10 minutes at reception before realizing that no one was coming. There were no more bathrobes available in the changing rooms, and no one to tell us anything. We took the two remaining bath towels and went around. There was no hot water for the herbal teas. In short, it was very, very poor! I won't be going back.

05/10/2026: Excellent beers with something for everyone, a fantastic atmosphere, great music, and above all, very friendly people. I had an unforgettable evening and I'll gladly return when I'm back in Mulhouse. Thanks for the blind tasting and the new flavor discoveries! 😉

03/10/2026: Highly recommended! The tarte flambée was freshly prepared, beautifully crispy, and absolutely delicious. The service was also friendly, attentive, and pleasant. The location is particularly lovely: very close to the city center yet surprisingly quiet, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back!

12/09/2026: A warm welcome... A delicious tomato mousse verrine served as an aperitif. A sublime dinner. A very pleasant evening.

31/08/2026: Passing through Saint-Ouen du Tilleul for one night, my partner and I were delighted with L’os à Moelle. The value for money is incredible; a starter, main course, dessert, plus two cocktails, cost us just €65. The dishes were delicious and generous. Special mention for the salmon burger—the bun was like a mini croissant. We treated ourselves without breaking the bank. The atmosphere is peaceful during the week; we went on a Thursday evening. It just needs a bit more background music, otherwise it's perfect.
