07/01/2026: A very pleasant place. The welcome is warm. The dishes are generous and delicious. The food arrives hot and at the perfect temperature, which is becoming rare in restaurants. The pizzas are excellent. The ingredients are of good quality. The waiter is very friendly and passionate about his work. Perfect for a lovely time as a couple or with the family.

14/12/2025: Chez Pito isn't what it used to be. We came as a group of about twenty for a birthday celebration. At €35 for the aperitif and wine menu, you can do the math... we could have expected a little more professionalism. The waiter was constantly milling around the table, plates arrived at lightning speed, and they forgot the birthday music and a candle (we had to ask for dessert to be brought back so they could light the candle)! The atmosphere was anything but warm without music (except for the screen on a TV), the pizza was tasteless, the pasta was barely lukewarm, the slices of yule log were ordinary, and to top it all off, I was sick an hour after the meal and stayed sick for part of the night. I strongly advise against going there.

We each had a Caesar salad, a blueberry tart, a real delight, and two scoops of ice cream. The welcome was excellent, and even better for the welcome from your wonderful dog (I don't know her name ;). Thanks to you, we had a very pleasant time in your restaurant. 07/07/2025: The food was good, but the waitress was horrible. No service whatsoever, I could have thrown up on the floor, she wouldn't have even noticed. Why is she a waitress? Does she think a waiter's job is just to bring plates and tell you how much the bill is? No customer service, no professionalism, it's very disappointing. It reflects poorly on the experience and the restaurant. The food was good, but the waitress was horrible. No ounce of service whatsoever, I could have thrown up on the floor, she wouldn't know, or even care. Why is she a waitress? Does she think a waiter's job is only to bring plates and tell you how much the bill is? No customer service at all, no professionalism, it's very disappointing. It reflects poorly on the experience and the restaurant.

29/06/2025: I didn't eat so I can't say but we had an aperitif and the staff were smiling and friendly.

09/12/2025: A classic local spot. They have daily specials and set menus, and then pizzas. You can go with children and strollers. The food is great.

15/11/2025: The service was impeccable, the pizzas excellent, and the tiramisu was amazing! We ate there two nights in a row because we enjoyed it so much.

11/12/2025: December 10, 2025 We came back because there was hope for great night. Pizza was so heavy and overpriced thar probably no return to this place. Dessert - way too much suger. So, please, to the future visitors : do not be blinded by decor. Please. Choose wisely Ludmila MB I had such great disappointment on a December 30th... 2024 I very much understand now that Christmas decorations must never blind people, especially those who do not speak french. Please. Before you order your meal, make sure what it will be. To the owner of La Rotonde : believe me, there is better food and service in Aix-en-Provence. L. MB

09/12/2025: Nut allergy friendly: Their online menu label all allergens, which I found quite nice. We arrived around 7PM on a Tuesday and got seated as a table of 6 on the heated patio (space heaters above) with no issues. Time to Pizza: ~35 Minutes Time to Desserts: 1 hour, 35 Minutes They have an English menu online that you can reach by scanning a QR code. This menu also includes the desserts. I ordered a Cezanne pizza, a 50cl of the local amber (Pietre, which note does contain chestnuts), and a creme brulee and my total ended up around 47 Euro ($54ish). The pizza is enough to be filling for one hungry person or easily split for two people. Honestly though, I didn't think it was anything special. They went very light on actual ingredients so it looks cute but doesn't have too much substance outside of the wood fired flavor. It took quite a while for the staff to come back around with dessert offerings. I got the creme brulee, which was okay - made well but could have been better flame crisped. Overall, a great spot for the vibes but I wouldn't come back for the food. The prices are incredibly high for what you get.

05/01/2026: Disastrous welcome. Passing through with two children, I politely asked if it was possible to have lunch. The white-haired woman replied, "If you haven't made a reservation, it's impossible. I have other things to do; I'm busy." Quite shocked by this reception, especially since several other people were being admitted directly, I pointed out that I hadn't been aggressive. Back at the car, my stunned friend said, "I'll go see for myself." The reception was just as overbearing, with the owner remaining completely unresponsive. I suspect a smile was reserved for regulars. Thank you, we won't be back.

12/11/2025: A wonderful discovery in a charming little village. The owners are lovely and the food is excellent! Kudos to the chef. Thank you for a lovely evening. Go without hesitation.
