08/03/2026: A very nice restaurant. The service was excellent, the owner was very friendly, and congratulations to the chef! Traditional cuisine, everything homemade. You know exactly what you're eating. The traceability of the meats is indicated at the end of the menu. Nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it.

Special mention to the young guy for his very first night working extra shifts 👏, to the ultra-professional restaurant manager, and to the owner... still as friendly as ever, even nearing retirement. 28/02/2026: We came on Friday, February 27th at lunchtime and what a pleasant surprise! We entered a beautiful, cozy, and tastefully decorated dining room. The waitress was very pleasant and welcoming. As for the food, there was a varied selection; I chose the Savoyard tartine, which was an excellent choice. It was generously filled and delicious. The photos you see online accurately reflect the restaurant. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Go without hesitation, but remember to make a reservation.

24/02/2026: Highly recommended. The Burgundian specialties, morel mushroom velouté, and eggs meurette are to die for! When visiting Troyes, don't hesitate to stop by this restaurant.
