18/06/2026: This lunchtime, we stopped at Sylvia and had a lovely time. We chose croque-madame sandwiches, followed by crème brûlée for dessert, both with coffee. Nothing complicated, but sometimes that's exactly what you want: a simple, well-prepared meal served in a pleasant setting. The croque-madame sandwiches were delicious, the crème brûlée was the perfect ending to lunch, and we left satisfied. A place where you feel comfortable taking a break in the heart of Chantilly, unpretentious, simply enjoying a good meal.

31/05/2026: We had the Croque Monsieur with a salad. Very generous portions. So well prepared. The wait staff was very accommodating and helpful. We arrived via train and they were so nice placing our bags (carry on size) out of the way. Although this restaurant is very busy, it took no time to get seated and served. We sat outside and enjoyed the company.

15/05/2026: We came as a family last Saturday. It's a friendly restaurant that takes your needs into account. They all accommodating our many requests, such as eating slowly or managing several food allergies. We received a very warm welcome. The menu selection is varied, with something for everyone. The wine list is also very comprehensive, and we received valuable advice on choosing the perfect wine to complement our dishes. The service was impeccable, and we enjoyed being able to see into the kitchen. Everyone was delighted with their meal. Thank you to the entire team who took such good care of us.

24/05/2026: A superb discovery! We visit Dole from time to time, a town we adore. We went to the Circus and Brass Band Festival. I stopped by a little before dinner to make a reservation, and the staff very kindly found us a table on the terrace. This restaurant is a wonderful find: we ate very well, everything was beautifully cooked, the Gascony wine was excellent, and the value for money was very good. Moreover, despite the restaurant being busy and crowded, the staff were very pleasant and handled everything perfectly. For those who complain, it's because they don't know the restaurant business; I suggest they try working in it someday—they're looking for staff everywhere! A big thank you to the staff, and we'll be back very soon! 🙂

17/05/2026: A restaurant brimming with medieval charm, serving delicious and generous portions. We ordered the "gargantuan" salads, and they made a great meal! The service was excellent.

25/05/2026: This review pertains solely to the restaurant during dinner. A truly wonderful experience. Lovely setting. Original and excellent cuisine. Exceptional presentation of the dishes. Incredible desserts. One can only admire the effort put into it. The only slight drawback was the somewhat rushed service (clearly in an effort to be perfect) when one would have preferred to take one's time during such a meal. An establishment I highly recommend.

30/05/2026: The setting is very pleasant, as is the service, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The menu is original and refined, featuring, for example, a good amount of fruit (strawberries, mangoes, etc.) in the savory dishes, but of course, there are also much more conventional options. The prices are admittedly a bit higher than those of a typical brasserie, but the quality of the food more than justifies the difference!

02/12/2025: A very nice establishment, excellent value for money, superb food and service. Four stars for food, service, and atmosphere because it's always possible to find better... Five stars overall, and it's well deserved. This is a place where you feel comfortable, with truly excellent cuisine. It's not fine dining, but it's very good, generous portions, and, again, excellent in every respect. Keep up the good work, and you'll continue to bring smiles to food lovers. Great place. 27/01/2026: We found this restaurant quickly and chose it as our first stop after visiting Calicéo with a friend – a wonderful discovery! The dishes were delicious (Basque salad, vegetable tart, and a cheese plate for dessert today), beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. The welcome was warm, and the aroma was so inviting as soon as we walked in, making us hungry. The service was top-notch. You can taste the passion in every bite. I highly recommend it!
