05/04/2026: A great restaurant! I had the pleasure of receiving a magnificent core in my salad! The photo is attached. Furthermore, the egg on my steak tartare was already broken and leaking onto the plate… not a single apology from the servers. We were given a golden opportunity to witness their friendliness when a waitress told a woman asking for a table: “I’m busy, you’ll have to wait a little while.”

02/04/2026: Humming, near the pistes, and dog friendly. A small range of food but all of it done well.

An unforgettable moment, with an aperitif enjoyed under a radiant sun and a magical view of the garden and the Mediterranean. Well done to all the teams!

09/05/2026: A wonderful discovery of this charming and historic place. Room 203 was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. We had a very good night's sleep. Breakfast was very good. The service was absolutely top-notch. From dinner to breakfast, the team was truly professional. Mia always had a smile on her face and a palpable kindness at every moment. Her humor was delightful. Don't change! 🥰 Kara, despite the shyness of youth in this profession, already displays remarkable courage for this young woman. Keep it up! 🥰 Laurent was the professional of the group we had during our stay. Always available and incredibly knowledgeable about his work. A role model for young people. Thank you! 🙏☺️ Pierre Alain, the restaurant manager, seems to manage his team very well. He was always available and very professional, always finding a solution. In short, we absolutely loved this establishment! 😍 Which will definitely become a favorite destination for us. ☺️☺️☺️

08/05/2026: The meat is of very good quality and well-prepared, as are the fish and sauce. It's a shame the fries aren't up to par—very brown, soggy, and greasy inside (the potatoes aren't suitable, in my opinion). And the mashed potatoes are often acidic at the end. 07/04/2026: Always a fantastic experience at La Gourmandise Tea Room and Restaurant in Mulhouse! Top-notch service, a welcoming and always smiling team. The bread rolls are delicious, fresh, and truly indulgent. A place I highly recommend.

28/03/2026: Unfortunately, when we were there, there was only a basic selection of pastries. Elaborate cakes, like the ones in the photos, weren't available. However, the pastries were fabulous and the service was extremely friendly! This place comes highly recommended.

14/05/2026: It had been a very long time since we had eaten so well and so generously, from the amuse-bouche to dessert, and had the pleasure of interacting with such an experienced and passionate chef. Sometimes it's in the most unexpected moments and places that we discover the very best.

09/05/2026: A wonderful evening. We were a group of five. We booked in advance. The €33 menu was very generous and delicious (starter + main course + choice of meat or seafood side dish and dessert). The wine was also generously poured and very tasty. A warm and friendly atmosphere. Go without hesitation!

22/04/2026: I absolutely loved Auberge Au Bon Chasseur! The setting is simply magnificent, surrounded by nature, ideal for escaping the everyday and enjoying a timeless moment. You can breathe, slow down… and eat very well 😄 As for the cuisine, it's all about local and traditional dishes, just the way we like them: generous, authentic, and perfectly executed. You can taste the respect for the ingredients and the expertise. And then there's the wine list… a truly delightful surprise! A selection that really speaks to me: small, often discreet estates, but with enormous potential. Passionate winemakers, wines that are off the beaten path, and above all, genuine discoveries with every visit. Special mention to the owners, who are both very professional and truly lovely, making the experience even more enjoyable. An address I wholeheartedly recommend, whether for a meal with family, friends, or simply to treat yourself.

21/02/2026: I'm reliving my childhood memories with the salad, the raw vegetables, the 5-star roast potatoes (and even more if I could!), and the service is always so efficient and friendly! When I see how many people are here in this inn, I'm overjoyed. Thank you and congratulations on the magnificent sorbets and desserts!

21/02/2026: We wanted to experience the famous inn. Disappointment! We ordered the €28 set menu, which promised Lorraine charcoal, which we're still searching for on the board. Instead, we got a rather mediocre head cheese. A set menu with no real cooking involved, just carving, makes it expensive. The rillettes were very good as an amuse-bouche, and the petits fours were a nice touch, but they didn't make up for it. The atmosphere and service were very good, but that's not enough.

15/04/2026: Our absolute favorite restaurant. We remember it from back when the fishermen used to sit at the counter in the mornings. The moules frites and jambon frites are fantastic, and the service is incredibly friendly and fast.
