14/04/2026: I want to apologize for yesterday. I was the one singing on the terrace, and I apologize if the songs were disturbing. The bartenders weren't responsible and asked us several times to stop, which we didn't. They did their job very well; it's simply that we didn't respect their requests.

13/04/2026: I just left that bar and I'll never be seen there again, even though I'm a regular. On the terrace, a group of 8 to 10 people started chanting homophobic songs, eventually singing "Marc Dutrou is innocent, the liars are the children," and "the children under the terrace and the woman under the terrace," referring to Xavier Dupont de Ligonnès. A waiter from the bar was singing with them. We reported this to the other waiters, but they weren't bothered and didn't ask them to leave.

11/04/2026: I was there with the friend who posted the previous review on Saturday, March 21st, and I unfortunately confirm this deplorable experience. Beyond the cleanliness of the table, it was the waiter's behavior that was particularly shocking: we were greeted with unjustified verbal aggression, and this in front of a 4-year-old child. Such a lack of professionalism and courtesy is unacceptable in the restaurant industry. It's regrettable to see that the establishment seems to neglect its local clientele. My in-laws had already been treated very poorly in the past and ended up avoiding the place. It's a shame, because a business can't rely solely on tourist traffic to maintain its reputation. We won't be returning.

01/05/2026: We had a thoroughly enjoyable visit to Sir Winston and were truly impressed. The pleasant, stylish atmosphere is immediately apparent upon arrival. The ambiance is elegant yet relaxed, making you feel instantly at ease. The food was absolutely top-notch. The burgers, in particular, were incredibly delicious. Perfectly prepared, juicy, with an excellent balance of flavors and made with high-quality ingredients. You can immediately tell that quality is a priority here. The side dishes were also fresh and very tasty; everything was of a truly high standard. The service was simply outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and at the same time very relaxed and personable. I would especially like to highlight how warmly our dog was treated. This is not something to be taken for granted and was a very pleasant surprise. What truly impressed us, however, was the professionalism of the service. Nothing was written down, yet everything arrived exactly as ordered. Every single request, every small adjustment, and every exception was implemented flawlessly. This demonstrates an exceptional memory, extensive experience, and genuine passion for the job. The timing was also perfect. There were no long waits or any sense of rush. Everything came together perfectly at the right moment, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing evening. Overall, it was a truly fantastic experience. The food was incredibly delicious, especially the burgers, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We felt completely at ease and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

12/05/2026: Best dessert I have ever had in my life. I’ll dream about the crème brûlée châtaigne. Food was great too, and the hosts too! Edit: went a second time with a rather large group admittedly (12+ people). However this time we waited 2 hours for our food to arrive, even though we had ordered before other big groups. Then we purchased dessert, and we know that the desserts have different sizes depending if they were part of the menu set or not. They gave us the small version of it because they had sold out of the normal sized creme brulee, offered no form of small reimbursement and did not admit it until we brought it up. A bit disappointing.

12/05/2026: We had lunch there today. The waiters were very friendly. My salad was good. However, my husband had the set menu. Everything was frozen: the cuttlefish was completely tasteless, the prawns were oozing water when you peeled them, the dessert was okay. We mentioned the poor quality of the food to the waiter, who told us he would speak to the chef. The chef said he wouldn't bother with that.

18/05/2026: My husband and I arrived in town today and went to this restaurant because of the good reviews. Frankly, I'm still wondering how this place can have such good reviews when our experience was a disaster. It wasn't just the food; the woman in the kitchen was incredibly rude. She seemed to be training a young cook, and the way she yelled at him was unacceptable. It sounded like she was going to throw his plate in his face. At no point did they respect us as customers. We could hear her shouting all the way to our table. It was a very unpleasant situation, and to be honest, the food was inedible. A so-called sea bream the size of a sardine, cold rice, raw tomato sauce—frankly, nothing enjoyable.

16/04/2026: We came at the last minute last week with our three children, aged 11, 14, and 16, plus a large dog. We received a fantastic welcome and excellent service! I never usually leave reviews, but the quality of the brunch and the impeccable service were so exceptional that I simply had to leave a review. Thank you, and we'll be back! If there's one small point to mention, the portion of granola might be a little small for those of us with a more athletic build 😉 but otherwise, it was perfect.
