19/07/2026: In 2025, for our cycling trip in northern Brittany, we started with a crêpe break at Book’n billig, which is open all day, and we went back this year to begin our route in southern Brittany; the welcome there is so warm. Thank you!

22/07/2026: Incredibly delicious food! We had two dishes from the daily specials menu – lasagna and faux filet de veau. Both were fantastic. The service is great, the restaurant is lovely, and the seating is very pleasant. It's air-conditioned inside, but you can also sit outside in the shade of the trees.

01/08/2026: Very disappointed today. The kidneys were swimming in mustard seed sauce, and the spaetzle side dish was very meager. When I added the spaetzle to the plate, they were swimming in sauce; you could barely see them. I politely asked if I could have a few more, but they were €2.50 each! So I didn't order anything else and will go somewhere else tomorrow. I should also mention that the two beers I ordered were served with a thin line and topped off with a nice head of foam. It has nothing to do with authentic Alsatian cuisine. But the staff were friendly!

08/07/2026: L'Ami Louis is a French restaurant located in the center of the modern tourist town of Cap d'Agde. It gets very busy in the evenings during the summer, so reservations are recommended. The dishes are beautifully presented, with a wide selection of seafood. The atmosphere is relaxed.

20/06/2026: Excellent restaurant! Eating at L'Ami Louis has become a ritual whenever we're in Cap d'Agde. The portions are generous and delicious! We highly recommend this restaurant!

19/08/2026: My favorite pastry shop in Paris!!! Excellent and original recipes! I especially recommend the squirrel, the Mont Blanc tart, the little heart, and they also make delicious almond chocolate croissants! The prices are what you'd expect from a good pastry shop in Paris, but the extra charge for eating in is too high.

04/08/2026: The rest of my family had salads, and all looked great. I made the extreme mistake of ordering seared tuna. Service was very slow, and it was the most overcooked piece of tuna I’ve ever had. 4 star salads. 1 star tuna. In a city of food I would not return. It’s a wasted meal for me.

23/05/2026: We came to 1055 Perrigny and the service was disastrous. Upon arrival, we stood in front of the reception desk for over five minutes without anyone speaking to us. Seeing no signs, we decided to go upstairs. After another ten-minute wait, a server finally came to explain that this area was reserved for staff breaks. There was no clear indication of this, even though menus were posted there. So we went back downstairs to the brasserie, where we were finally told that it was the restaurant and that we had to go further down the hall. We decided to sit at the back, near a pool table and the bowling lanes, where we waited for another ten minutes without a single server coming to see us. We finally had to order our drinks from a self-service kiosk for our beers to arrive… another ten minutes later. Honestly, do you want to welcome clients and do business, or is this an unofficial VIP area reserved for a select few? Very disappointing, especially with such a disorganized and unprofessional welcome.

23/05/2026: We were there for a birthday party, the children had a great time all afternoon, and so did the adults.

06/08/2026: A wonderful discovery: a truly excellent little restaurant! We thoroughly enjoyed their mussels and fries with chorizo ​​and their chicken with mashed potatoes and herb sauce. And their dessert of roasted peaches on a financier and their cookie were divine! The staff were very attentive and friendly. A gem to try without hesitation!

15/08/2026: Excellent value for money, attentive service, and outstanding desserts. Access on foot isn't easy, but the views and the food more than make up for it. We had a problem with our reservation, but the manager resolved it immediately.

09/07/2026: The products are undeniably high quality and well-executed. However, I must express reservations about the octopus salad: 28 euros for a few small pieces of octopus thrown onto a simple salad with onions and a few croutons. Very expensive and not very elaborate. The plate lacked color, and the presentation wasn't even attractive. In my humble opinion, this dish needs to be reviewed and reworked. Not very filling for a main course. Absolutely no point in ordering it at that price. A shame, because the rest was very good.
