04/05/2026: J'ai l'habitude de fréquenté d'innombrables restaurants de tous les styles. Celui ci vu le prix on s'attend du coup a un semi gastro. Et du coup on accepte moins d'erreur. Les saint jacques étaient vraiment petites, les même que le commerce, le serveur simpa mais beaucoup d'erreurs de serveur. Ce n'est pas un pro qui a fait une école hôtelière. Encore une fois pour une simple brasserie bonne on regarde pas. La on voit que le niveau voudrait être atteint notamment les prix mais tout le reste ne suit pas. Je dirai que c'est un resto ou il faut choisir votre concept. Si vous voulez être plus semi gastro ok mais alors il faut monter certain truc comme le service, sinon vous simplifier certaines choses pour être plus sur le concept brasserie resto simple. C'est plus un conseil positif parce que on sent quand même que le cuisiner à de l'idée mais pareil il ya des erreurs. L'attente es longue également. Je dirai que vous êtes a un carrefour et il faudrait faire des choix. As mentioned, at this price unfortunately we are no longer talking about semi-gastronomic food and therefore the expectations are higher.

02/04/2026: We tried the set lunch menu: a decent mashed potato dish with kidneys that were served lukewarm and slightly overcooked. The much-touted Salembo was also just average: a very good vanilla cream, but the choux pastry wasn't fresh as it was a bit stiff. So, a slight culinary disappointment. I found the place and the atmosphere pleasant. As for the price, I was a guest, but the dish of the day was under €20.

16/01/2026: There are no coincidences, only wonderful discoveries. We arrived at this place because it started to rain, and we decided to take a break. It was an exceptional find, both for the warm welcome and the delicious food. You can tell from the menu: only fresh, seasonal produce. The lady of the house runs the dining room, and the gentleman is in the kitchen. We enjoyed every bite from beginning to end! A true delight for the taste buds! An explosion of flavors! It's wonderful to know that real cuisine still exists!

09/05/2026: The meal was excellent, and the waitress was very friendly. However, there was a slight drawback. We ordered the pierrade (hot stone grill) for two people, but there were six of us. As indicated on the menu, the pierrade is €33 for two people. When the bill arrived, we were quite surprised to see that it had doubled, going from €33 for two people to €33 PER PERSON. A small correction is needed on your menu, as I believe the law is quite clear on this matter. Despite this, we had a very pleasant evening. Thank you.

25/04/2026: A downtown restaurant with terraces on both corners. The terrace on Rue du Chapitre is less busy and opens directly onto the historic city center. As for the menu, you can choose between the à la carte options and a set menu of starter/main course or starter/main course/dessert. We opted for the set menu of the day (starter/main course/dessert) and were pleasantly surprised by the quality, service, and atmosphere. A wonderful discovery in the city center, at a reasonable price during the week. Thank you.

09/05/2026: It could have been great, but... there were a few hiccups, mistakes, and inconsistencies. First, the welcome was hit-or-miss... then the meat (Charolais steak) wasn't cooked to perfection... and finally, the price was steep. The dessert, however, was excellent. The setting remains pleasant, even though it's in the middle of an industrial area. In short, the people in charge seem tired.

01/05/2026: Simply delicious. From the appetizer to the dessert. The foie gras is as good as ever. The meat was cooked to perfection. The cheese selection was excellent, and the dessert...to die for! It's truly difficult to choose from such a wonderful menu. Thank you again for this delightful culinary experience.
