The carrot soup was truly excellent, topped with a touch of savory whipped cream and spices—simple yet beautifully executed, original, and flavorful.
The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, a real treat.
The welcome and service were also top-notch, making the experience even more enjoyable.
We will definitely return as soon as we're in the area again!

This restaurant is quite popular in Vendin-lès-Béthune, but unfortunately, the prices are often too high for the ingredients, and the presentation is often very poor.

21/03/2026: No greeting, they speak to us rudely, no politeness whatsoever. They refuse us a table under the pretext that we have to "buy something" even though we were just going to have coffee before eating our meal here.

17/05/2026: Chocolate frappé (€6) = a teaspoon of bitter cocoa poorly mixed with cold, and an ice cube here 🤠.

17/05/2026: We had the snails and the duck confit. Both were amazing. After this place we went to the most famous escargot place (it is literally in the name) but this place’s snails were much better. Duck was so juicy and tender. The fried potatoes next to the duck were also very nice.
17/05/2026: We were pleasantly surprised by this small restaurant. The menu wasn't extensive, but the dishes were high quality, and the service was excellent. The servers were attentive, smiling, and very caring, despite the limited space they had to move around in, as we were a bit crowded, but this actually created a more convivial atmosphere. In the kitchen, everyone was working hard to keep customers from waiting; the food was incredibly fast and delicious. We had a lovely time, thank you.

02/05/2026: The staff were friendly, but the bar was noisy. Customers were talking loudly on video calls, watching videos on video calls, etc., plus there was music playing in the bar. We left with everyone's problems, which isn't normal; a little respect would be appreciated. People could be told to use headphones to watch videos and not to use their phones on video calls. We're all customers.

We were given time to think before ordering, and they kindly provided information about the dishes on offer... Then we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a wonderful time!

12/05/2026: For several years now, we've been coming to Le Brusc in May for our holidays, and we've been huge fans of Cap Horn.
The cuisine is authentic, the homemade dishes are delicious and generous.
The welcome is warm, just like the owner: professional, friendly, and very accommodating, always with a kind word.
We highly recommend this restaurant, which truly deserves 5 stars.
