23/05/2026: One-night stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable hotel. Very complete and high-quality breakfast. Very functional family room with two bathrooms. Even our dog had his own bed and bowls in the room. I highly recommend this hotel.

19/05/2026: A beautiful setting steeped in history, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. A minor issue was the room temperature, which was quickly resolved by reception.

07/03/2026: Writing We went to eat at Le Dahu last night for our last day of vacation in Lélex, in the Jura region. The women had raclette and the men had a Jura fondue with 12-month aged Comté cheese: a real discovery, accompanied by a nice little white wine from the Jura. I enjoyed it like never before! It was the first time I'd ever had raclette made exclusively with Comté cheese, and I highly recommend it. Furthermore, neither the staff nor the owner had anything to complain about: we left the restaurant completely won over. A big thank you again to the owner for his kind gesture (with the white wine). I recommend this establishment.

11/06/2026: We were strolling along the river when our stomachs started rumbling, and our steps led us to this cozy little restaurant. The decor, the background music, but above all, our hostess's smile and the chef's masterful blend of smoky aromas and his "chimney fire" cooking sealed the deal! Definitely one to remember!

11/06/2026: A delightful discovery: this unique restaurant is well worth a visit. The food is cooked over a wood fire in a beautiful open fireplace where you can watch the chef at work. The duck breast was excellent and absolutely delicious. A truly lovely little find.

I am disappointed by a review left by one of our club members who, and I quote, described your dish as "a hodgepodge." I would be curious to know what these people eat at home. You don't claim to be a 5-star Michelin establishment. We were very well received, and the dishes were generous and delicious. A restaurant in 2026 that asks you, "We're not going too fast between courses, is that alright with you? Let us know." We took our time enjoying a leisurely lunch. Restaurants these days are more like, "You have to leave by 2:30 pm because of a staff issue." This person says they won't be back, but that's a stroke of luck for you. Thank you for your warm welcome and your unpretentious but very good meal. We will be back.

10/06/2026: Disgusting establishment, avoid at all costs. 30 euros for raclette per person, tasteless charcuterie, and boiled potatoes. 100 euros for 3 people including 1 coffee, 2 raclettes, 50cl of wine, and a small fried dish with fries.
