Salon de Thé Cannelle

06/01/2026: Fantastic place! I go there regularly with friends for lunch or afternoon tea. The food is excellent, everything is homemade, and I'm always blown away every time I go. The dishes are both simple and feature very interesting flavor combinations. The desserts are absolutely divine; my favorite is the banoffee pie 😍
If I could, I'd give it 10 out of 5 stars. It's my absolute favorite, and it was high time I left a review.

Auberge Notre Dame Du Coral
Prats-De-Mollo-La-Preste
18/10/2026: We're returning to this place for the second time, this time with friends. The building is incredible; you can feel the weight of history. Our host is attentive and welcoming. There are some beautiful hikes to be had from here. We hope to return soon.
03/08/2026: A very pleasant surprise during a stop on our loop from La Manère. The chapel is beautiful, with its unique (and rare in France) Camaril.
The welcome was also fantastic; we had a delicious meal for a very reasonable price!
If you wish, you can stay at the refuge and lend a hand to the warden who single-handedly maintains this lovely building.
If you are in a large group, it's best to call ahead to reserve.
