04/10/2026: Just had a wonderful Sunday lunch at Narro. They had a tasting menu for a Sunday lunch since I am usually not able to go during the weekdays. Overall this is a restaurant that i would go whenever i have a chance and the menu definitely changes. The long tasting menu (and couple I ordered as extra) is not cheap when you look at it as an absolute price but for what you get, I think this is the classic new bistro serving starred restaurant quality food with no frills. When you look at the food only, this is definitely a starred level food in my opinion. They make the vibe and service casual probably on purpose so they may never receive a star but yea…..for all my American friends, when you’re in Paris, come here and don’t be cheap, if it feels like it’s expensive, it’s not. If you can maybe come for lunch 3 service with a friend and order different things and add whatever is not on there as an entree? And if there is something special only served in dinner, just come for that. Starting with an - amuse- I had a tempura black string beans with koji plum sauce (sorry if I make a mistake in English makings as in writing in English), - 1- binchotan grilled leak with vinegarrete, - 2- hamachi sashimi and green tomato with Shiso leaf and eggplant puree, - 3- binchotan grilled beef tacos (it was actually much more complicated flavor but essentially a french/japanese style crepe tacos if the impression I got) - 4- grilled fish with grilled carrots and pureee with a super strong uni sea urchin sabayon - 5- Guinea fowl supreme with jus and supreme sauce, stuffed with….something I didn’t know but it was good. I thought the cabbage chip here was cool looking but not really necessary. It did give a nice crunch but I feel it could have been something different. But what do I know, the chef making the menu probably has a better vision anyways so I can’t complain. - 6- wild colvert duck cuisss with red wine reduced bird jus sauce (is this a right name?) This was amazing. The texture I would say as Japanese American is something I cannot even experience in USA because almost everything there (and in France) is overcooked. If you’re in France and able to go to a restaurant with fine ingredients, I would definitely tell the chef when you come to Narro to cook with best recommended doneness level because I would say it was just before a point (little rare than a medium rare in English?) but I was able to taste the bird sooooo much. Like now I am like “oh, this is what a duck really tastes like!!” They served with gizzard and heart and not just the breast but also fillet and I enjoyed different flavor from the entire bird. Definitely worth it. - 7- pear pre dessert sorbet. I think this is the mini version of the pear dessert that they have as ok the regular menu. The sorbet tasted like I was just having a pure pear turned into an ice cream. I don’t think they use the commercial puree, they probably make from actual fruit. I might be wrong but it was that real fruit tasting. - 8- fig ice cream and poached fig and jams. This one was a combination of the fruit and the leaf flavors. I never thought the fig leafs were so good!!!! Looks like matcha and it does give that green scent but I would say it’s more flourish and stays in your tongue longer. Even the chips I can taste it. I really like this real sophisticated French dessert plates because in the US you just either get a takeout dessert or a simple ice cream and browny with fudge or caramel sauce type super simple dishes only and these French places give you a dessert like a well thought out dish like its own, not just a single flavor sweetness.

22/09/2026: Excellent restaurant, I highly recommend Les Sarments in Arnas! The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. The waiter is very pleasant, always smiling and chatting with the customers, which makes the meal even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time. A place I recommend without hesitation!

31/05/2026: I had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Hotel Les Terrasses. My room was spacious and comfortable, and impeccably clean. The garden is a real bonus for relaxing and enjoying a drink served by very pleasant hosts. There's a large shopping center right next door, and an underpass beneath the train station provides quick access to the city center and old town.

05/04/2026: We had lunch at this hostel last week, the food was excellent and they were able to adapt it to my (many) allergies, plus everyone was very friendly! We recommend going there and we'll gladly return if we're ever in the area again 😊

19/04/2026: As always, a top-notch experience. It goes without saying that everything is homemade. You can see and taste it. The updated menu has some real gems. The slow-cooked pork confit with tagine-style vegetables, followed by the light pavlova for dessert, is a true delight. The icing on the cake is a new offering of sharing plates, which we tried with our aperitifs. Worthy successors to Venetian chiccetti, but in a generous portion, they are a feast for both the eyes and the palate. We'll be back!

18/04/2026: When you arrive in Lagrasse, look for the Hostellerie des Corbières! You'll eat such delicious and refined dishes that you'll feel like you're traveling again! The best in the village!!

05/09/2026: Returning from our holidays, we wanted to stop for a bite to eat on our way to Franche-Comté and we chose the pizzeria "Le Patio". We were initially drawn to it by its terrace, which allowed us to bring our dog, and we weren't disappointed at all: a warm welcome, good food, and very friendly and pleasant staff... We will definitely return on our next visit to Dole...

30/08/2026: I found this restaurant with an app that counts calories in photos. This bacon burger fit perfectly into my daily protein intake. The dish was really good. The service is quick and the atmosphere is pleasant.
