10/08/2026: As a regular at Fratelini, I've always ordered the salmon pizza, which has consistently been served with a crème fraîche base. So, naturally, I ordered the same pizza again today, this time for takeout. After walking a few meters to sit down and eat, I was surprised to find that the pizza was now prepared with a tomato base. I went back to the restaurant simply to point out the mistake and ask for an exchange. To my astonishment, the manager, in a particularly condescending tone, replied before I could even explain the situation: "No, no exchange, otherwise it's going in the bin." It's not so much the mistake itself that bothers me, but rather the way the situation was handled. When a customer calmly points out an error, a minimum of listening and consideration seems like the least one can expect, especially in an establishment I frequent. I'm very disappointed by this experience and especially by the attitude adopted. A mistake can be corrected, but a poor welcome and a lack of respect towards a customer unfortunately leave a much worse impression.

24/08/2026: We had a lovely time at this restaurant. The menu is small but varied, and everything is homemade. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals (Croziflette, roasted Reblochon, and Saint-Félicien with truffle cream). The service was impeccable. We highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return.

09/08/2026: Overpriced and not gourmet. There was a lot of green salad to fill the plate, and I was still hungry. You're better off going to the supermarket and buying your own charcuterie and cheese. I had a €12 cocktail! It was like orange juice; I couldn't taste the rum. The service was very unpleasant, with pressure to arrive early and leave quickly to make room for the next customers. It's the first time I've ever felt inconvenienced by the time limit in a restaurant. Their only interest is making a profit. I don't recommend it.

03/07/2026: Meal for two following recommendations from previous reviews. Sat outside with our dog which wasn’t a problem. Ordered the veal and mixed grill. Cooking good but quality of produce not the best we’ve tasted. Staff lovely and supported our poor attempts at speaking French.

14/04/2026: Came here for my birthday last night, I went for the bolognese and partner went for the steak and chips. Food was lovely, service was fantastic and the cost was more than reasonable. Had to pop back the day after as I lost my phone, turns out I had left it there, they’d even charged it for me. Would definitely visit again!

21/06/2026: For a €44 menu, we expected a more refined experience. We weren't necessarily looking for large portions, but rather more flavor, freshness, and a level of quality more in line with the restaurant's positioning. It's a shame because the setting and the welcome were pleasant.

25/07/2026: The rooms and beds are very comfortable. The location was perfect for catching a stage of the Tour de France going up Plateau de Solisan. The breakfast was amazing! The owner, Isabel, went way above our expectations in helping us find our way up the mountain & providing us a picnic lunch Just note that if you happen to be staying during a heat wave, there is no air conditioning.

20/07/2026: They have saved our night! Everything in town was booked, but the hosts were very kind and cleaned up a room just for us, so we had a place to sleep for the night. This was at 10 pm. The best recommendations from us 😄

09/08/2026: A wonderful discovery in Angoulême! Le Tire-Bouchon boasts a superb wine list, with numerous options to complement its refined and flavorful cuisine. Special mention must also go to the cheese platter, which was particularly generous, delicious, and beautifully presented. We were fortunate enough to dine on the terrace, on a charming cobblestone street, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A delightful setting, carefully prepared cuisine, and a genuine attention to the quality of the ingredients. A truly wonderful experience that we will gladly repeat!

12/08/2026: A quick stop on our way back to Alsace: friendly, smiling people, a simple yet delicious meal, and a lovely terrace shaded by beautiful trees. A welcoming place where the locals seemed like family.

14/06/2026: Good lunch menu, but you can't get a table without a reservation. The food selection is limited to one dish – but that's a good thing. It's strange that they're closed Friday to Sunday.

25/08/2026: We went there on a Sunday at lunchtime... A very warm welcome. Lovely decor. Good location next to the village's Romanesque church. Inventive and delicious cuisine: We started with a homemade terrine and a Nitamago egg on celery cream. Then came Hungarian-style pork goulash and roasted Camembert with chorizo ​​and homemade fries. For dessert 🍨, a very light and delicious coffee tiramisu! A very good place.

08/08/2026: Beware the restaurant has changed hands. They kept the name and reviews, from the previous owner. The staff are great, very friendly unfortunately the fish and chips we had were supermarket oven chips and fish from the freezer section. Not restaurant food.
