I explained the situation, and this gentleman found a solution for him for the night! I thank you so much for this act of kindness! 01/12/2025: This holiday with my mom included London and Paris and lots of afternoon tea. This was our first Parisian experience and it was fabulous! The food was delicious and artfully presented. The hotel and restaurant were beautifully decorated for Christmas and that added to the magical atmosphere. For me and for the enjoyment I get from afternoon tea, you must not compare experiences. Just enjoy each one for the uniqueness it offers. Top 10 experience for sure. Highly recommend!

29/11/2025: We went there for brunch for Mother's Day. The place is pleasant and the reception staff were attentive. However, our server seemed completely overwhelmed. The champagne we were served was flat. There was also a supposedly sharing platter. The portions were ridiculously small. As for the buffet, while the cheese and especially the desserts were of high quality, the seafood selection was limited, with overcooked or defrosted langoustines and shrimp. In short, a very average customer experience in terms of value for money. Reading the reviews, I get the feeling that other people chose a better day to enjoy a brunch that lived up to the praise it receives on various platforms.

24/11/2025: As a customer for several years, I find that in the last few months the quality of the food has dropped drastically; it's become basic and not always good... what a shame, because for years and years this restaurant was a benchmark (the iconic owners have retired, which perhaps explains it).

30/01/2026: While in Paris, we had dinner at this restaurant. The meal was delicious, and the service was excellent. We'll definitely be back for another time!

28/01/2026: The staff were attentive and friendly, however, what we were served didn't look like the other photos. Indeed, the dishes were decent without being particularly good, except for the tasteless chocolate cake. The whole thing was far too expensive for what we got. €86 for two, foie gras on barely toasted, mass-produced bread, an abundance of iceberg lettuce, and disappointing desserts (chocolate mousse and cake). The main courses were just passable. Good luck with your future purchases.

31/01/2026: Totally recommendation from me. We've been there with a larger group and had chosen our meals already in advance. The service was absolutely awesome! It wasn't the last time I've been there...of you're around, just go there and enjoy.

24/01/2026: Incredible experience in a whole! From the moment you step in, you are welcomed and escorted to your sit, the staff are very nice and friendly. The food was exceptional for me! I ordered confit de canard! The sommelier matched a red wine for my main dish and it was perfect!! It elevated my experience. 02/12/2025: I've lost count of how many times I've eaten at Napoli. Always excellent value for money. A few dishes on the menu change occasionally. €25 for a 3-course menu with choices is unbeatable in this area.

14/01/2026: Disastrous New Year's Day meal!!! Only one amuse-bouche, and barely a decent size. Boiled beef fillet—I emphasize this because I saw many plates being taken away with the meat. Bottle of wine with a screw cap. Definitely not high-end. 135 euros for the meal. This casino should stick to its original purpose and definitely not offer food, because they are not up to the task. Never again.

06/11/2025: A lovely lunchtime spent with a friend. The stuffed cabbage was fabulous... the waitress was friendly...
