19/06/2026: An average experience. Ordering just a salad and dessert with a glass of wine isn't appreciated at this restaurant; they pressured us into ordering the salad as a main course. Well, no... the salad will suffice, thank you. This has been passed around the kitchen; please be discreet, gentlemen, you are talking about customers who might potentially return. The recipe for gravlax salmon is "raw salmon fillet marinated in coarse salt, sugar, herbs, and lemon," not just ordinary smoked salmon. The same goes for the cervelle de canut; that's not what was in the salad... however, for dessert, there was a real cervelle de canut, but you took revenge with the pepper. Too bad...

16/06/2026: The "rump steak" from Bazas, served on three plates, had tough, inedible pieces on one of them. They offered no compensation whatsoever. We weren't even offered a free coffee; we paid for all three. We won't be back.

03/06/2026: Ended up disappointing overall. We went a week ago, four of us. We were impressed with the food. I personally told the chef. I left 10 Euros tip to the waitress. So, we went back this week with other friends and I saw the chef and said “we are bringing new people”. I ordered a carré d’agneau that came so small, a ridiculous piece of meat, poorly executed, dry, overcooked and the creamy sauce was split. When the waitress came back and asked how it was, I gently said I was not impressed and explained. I also said it was not a big deal, but since she asked I’d rather be honest. Being a foodie and a cook myself it was only fair to tell. You would have expected a nice gesture, an offer for a glass of wine or a coffee. No, we didn’t hear anything. I believe that when you get clients who come back with other people, you’d want to care for them. Mistakes happen and I still think this place has nice food, but it’s important to acknowledge feedback. We won’t go back unfortunately.

12/06/2026: A wonderful discovery at lunchtime. After some initial hesitation, we realized that savory food was actually available. It was delicious. Much better than at well-known fast-food restaurants.

From the very first bite, the spaghetti carbonara, Le 85 style, impresses with its generous portions and refined take on a great Italian classic: a perfectly mastered texture, deep flavors, and remarkable balance. 12/04/2026: Leon has been completely renovated, is modern and bright. The children's playroom has been reduced to a minimum. Efficient service, a smaller mussel menu, and new dishes besides mussels. Charging stations are available in the parking lot.

23/04/2026: It was simply excellent (the fire pit was great) and the service was perfect in a friendly, ski-holiday atmosphere. Reasonable prices. I'll definitely be back.

14/07/2026: For this type of place, it's really good, the quality is very decent, the cooking is good, and the all-you-can-eat selection is sufficient. The best part is that you've brought back the ketchup, mayonnaise, etc. sauces...

14/07/2026: Honestly, it was impossible to eat in peace; the table was swarming with flies, and don't even get me started on the greenbottle flies! It was disheartening and, frankly, quite unsettling!

12/06/2026: Why am I writing this review? I find this restaurant very inconsiderate with extras. For example, I ordered a set menu but didn't order the included dessert. Instead, I asked for a coffee. They charged me extra. Not dishonest, but inconsiderate. As for the food, the cooking wasn't done properly and the dishes were a bit heavy.

12/06/2026: The daily special was fantastic at lunchtime. The dessert and coffee were excellent too! Unbeatable value for money with impeccable service! I'll definitely be back.

14/06/2026: Excellent stay at this establishment. The staff are incredibly attentive. They get along well, and it shows. They are happy to have us, offer advice, and give us a warm welcome. The half-board option was perfect. Dinner was varied, simple but well-prepared! Breakfast was superb. Fresh eggs to cook however you like, pancake batter, cheese, and cold cuts. Excellent bread, which is rare in a hotel.

12/06/2026: Excellent place to relax, eat, walk or do sports (skiing, snowshoeing, cycling, karting, tree climbing) in both summer and winter.

16/05/2026: Great bar that I frequent on Friday nights for the music quizzes. Good atmosphere for these quizzes and a great DJ for the entertainment with always cool prizes to win (whether it's glasses, caps, beanies and especially the charcuterie board).

21/06/2026: We came today as a family to celebrate my husband's birthday. The meal was very good, and the staff were very pleasant. It was very hot, but we're in the middle of a heatwave... A very good experience. Thank you and best of luck to the whole team.

A rather family-friendly atmosphere, plus a lovely terrace overlooking Place Jean Bart where you can dine. I recommend it 100/100. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! 😉
