12/09/2026: Passing through Vire, I walked past this place and thought, "Another fast-food joint, junk food, I'm fed up!" What a surprise! A warm and personalized welcome, a very appetizing and well-presented display case, a daily special, and several other dishes that made my mouth water. The main course was generous, perfectly seasoned, and, above all, made on-site, just like at home. The desserts were just as good, homemade cakes and entremets. Note: there's a water fountain offering unlimited fresh sparkling or still water: excellent! This place is worth a visit; I highly recommend it.

28/08/2026: An absolute gem in Paris! What a wonderful place! The prices are fantastic, and the staff and atmosphere are hands down the friendliest in all of Paris. We visited so many spots during our trip, but this one had by far the warmest service and the most welcoming vibe. The wine and drinks were truly great, especially for such low prices. I highly recommend stopping here for a drink during a day of sightseeing in Paris!

I highly recommend the steak frites; the meat was flavorful, tender, and cooked exactly as we wanted it. The waitress was exceptionally efficient and attentive! I highly recommend this restaurant for its excellent value for money.

26/08/2026: Overall, we were satisfied with the food we were served. However, we left disappointed with the service, which began with a rather cold welcome. Since Sallertaine was celebrating Festi'Night, there was a set menu. I found it very unfortunate that there were no meat-free or pork-free options. As a vegetarian, I asked if it was possible to make an exception, to which I was told yes. So, I was quite satisfied with the service overall. But after leaving the establishment, I realized that they had charged me for all the elements of my dinner separately, making it more expensive than the set menu. I find it unacceptable to be charged more because of a lack of variety in the menu. (Edited after the establishment's response: I repeat that I am a vegetarian and I find it very unfortunate that in 2026 there are no meat-free options. I don't think this is right, but if this is the establishment's policy, I will make sure to avoid it.)

28/09/2026: We were a group of 25 and enjoyed a set menu that offered excellent value for money. The service was quick and very friendly. Special mention goes to the dessert, which I believe was homemade and absolutely delicious. We will definitely return when we start the Urbain V Trail in Saint-Flour.

16/09/2026: When it came time to pay, the amount the owner indicated on the provisional receipt wasn't the same as the final invoice, which was hidden behind it... As a result, he charged us an extra €2 without us even noticing! Especially since he added sarcastically: "Look, I don't want to rip you off!" I won't be going back.
