02/12/2024: We had a great time in the wellness area. Spacious room, beautiful decoration, comfortable bedding. Hearty breakfast with very good quality local products. Very enjoyable music and singing during breakfast. Very beautiful building of character, nicely decorated for the holidays. Very pleasant welcome and service. We recommend. If we return to the area we will stop again.

Ridiculous toppings (and it is during the addition that we are told that it is unlimited), super fatty fries and mistakes in the toppings. Not to mention the price, excessive for what’s on the plate 😱
An incredible waiting time even though there aren't many people there (even though it's a Saturday evening). The waiter Claude was polite and efficient, but I'm still waiting for my carafe of water 🤣 (nothing serious, because it was very good). We see that the kitchen is not keeping up and that the organization of the room is not good.
I don't understand the difference in desserts between the La Défense restaurant and this one. The French toast has lost all its spread here and the slices have suffered a severe diet. ..
Nice scam, unlimited chocolate mousse, my 2nd never arrived.
After another long wait, we left to pay the bill without this foam.
I talk to the “manager” about any concerns. He is totally ineffective, he stammers a few barely audible excuses. But he doesn't know how to manage his restaurant. It still adds 10% to the bill, but that doesn't change the lack of quality and the waiting time.
I wasn't the only one to see this, other tables sent their dishes back to the kitchen.
In short, I don't recommend this restaurant and I understand better why there were so few people...

27/08/2024: We chose this restaurant for its quiet and secluded location. But what a bad idea to want to wash your hands before eating!! Very average cleanliness inside even though it is the end of the season... the floor has not been washed for several weeks or more... and the exceptional sink: a pipe that comes out of the wall under a mirror and a toilet that does not don't make you want to go there. The poor quality white and rosé wine... the authentic side of the restaurant clearly leaves room for tourist traps. Positive point, the boss speaks several languages to make himself understood by tourists

24/09/2024: What can we say except that we are happy with the service provided by Chef Tesson's teams. Whether it's the gourmet break at 4 p.m. with pastries, the culinary workshops and the cocktail during the reception (the Sarthoise galette and the melted camembert made all my guests dream) or the meal in the party room which is It took place at the same time as our animations in a masterful coordination worthy of an orchestra conductor. I can only recommend stopping by the Atelier des Saveurs. Sébastien Tesson, our chef, was attentive before and during the evening and his team was just as smiling and present for my guests. I recommend 100% because they deserve it and even giving a 5/5 rating is not enough to define the remarkable work they have done.

09/01/2025: I am taking the liberty of writing to you because the New Year's Eve party was a real ripoff between the price, the quality of the dishes and the service;
Indeed, let's start with the quality of the dishes:
- The dishes were reheated and therefore prepared in advance, which affects the quality of the food
- the lobster and scallop were good but 3 cm of lobster was indecent
- supermarket cheese under ide supposedly with truffle
- Dessert: a pure scam made between pieces of biscuits and chocolate creams or whatever?
Drinks:
A small glass of champagne not even properly filled and very expensive bottle prices
Request for a carafe of water which never came after a bottle of Sanpellegrino.
Service:
- Deplorable because they were unqualified people: Waiting for bread, waiting for water, waiting for dishes, in short a service not at all up to standard (even a person who is in principle at the reception....
Atmosphere:
-when I booked I was told about an orchestra but, not at all, the music filtered through supermarket speakers;
In conclusion, I paid 447€ = 360 +79+ 8 for something poorly organized and above all of poor quality both in terms of food and service;

03/09/2024: Since the change of ownership I have been very disappointed by the service... Indeed the food is very good but during our first visit we came across "a bad piece", it was well cooked and well prepared but the meat was hard, we report it but no return! No gesture, nothing! A little disappointed...
We decide to go back, table of 10 people, 6 decide to have a PREPARED tartare, it arrives UNprepared... Same we point it out and they bring us back the identical plates and we are told to do it ourselves ...That's not very correct!! We pay for the food but also the service!

A maroilles chorizo pizza uh no chorizo 😡
Mussels have no taste 😡
I was offered dessert to compensate for the chorizo, a nice commercial gesture but there were two of us and given the heat of the wine another gesture could have been made
In short, once not twice, the quality was clearly superior with the previous owner.

Le cinamon roll n'est pas fait maison, ce qui fait douter de ce qu'on nous annonce ....
Bien que raisonnable en prix, ni le service et encore moins la cuisine ne suivent
Le concept est sympa mais ne semble pas aboutit et pas maîtrisé du tout

14/09/2024: It’s been at least almost 10 years since I’ve been back to eat at la petite flambée and frankly it was a great evening.
I had a roasted Camembert as a really delicious starter but unfortunately I found that there wasn't enough bread to accompany it but hey there's the basket next to it haha.
For the main course, I tried the really perfect Argoat andouillette, it had been a long time since I had eaten one this good with the fries on top which was exquisite.
I had an extra Roquefort sauce but I think it wasn't the best combination with the andouillette but for the fries it's always art.
For sure I will come back 😁

Really, if you want a restaurant, either as a couple, on an outing or something else, I recommend it.
No complaints.
