30/04/2026: What a wonderful discovery! From the food to the service, everything was absolutely remarkable. Each dish was a true delight, with refined, generous, and perfectly executed flavors. The service was impeccable, warm, and attentive from beginning to end. All this for a very reasonable price, accompanied by an excellent wine. A truly exceptional place that I wholeheartedly recommend!

07/03/2026: Excellent welcome. A good meal with an excellent terrine, well-prepared starters and main courses, average desserts, and impersonal but efficient service. Spacious and pleasant room (no coffee machine, unfortunately) and the Wi-Fi was a bit weak. Superb breakfast (truly homemade) served by a very friendly young woman. Overall, a positive experience.

12/02/2026: Definitely the best hotel in the northern sector. Quiet, clean, and spacious rooms. Excellent cuisine. Always a very warm welcome. For a business trip, the mobile network isn't ideal.

06/05/2026: Hello, I had lunch here today, and I can assure you it was a delight. From the moment I received a warm welcome from the owner and her waitress, my reserved seat (17) was confirmed as agreed upon over the phone. The daily menu was displayed on screens with plenty of choices, and the meal itself was succulent and refined. The service was quick, which is also important, the portions were generous, and to top it all off, the bill was reasonable for such a divine meal. 01/07/2026: Absolutely fantastic! 😍 We were initially drawn in by the view. But what a pleasure and what a great decision it was to stop there! Friendly staff. Superb aperitif, magnificent main courses both in presentation and flavor. And the desserts 😍 (rum baba and crème brûlée) – we didn't even have time to take pictures because we devoured them!

15/05/2026: The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The food is good. There's something for everyone. The dining room is spacious and the setting is lovely. I recommend this place in Le Puy-en-Velay.

20/05/2026: I had to call three times and still couldn't make a reservation. The first time, they told me to call back the next morning to book for May 24th, assuring me it would be possible. The second time, they told me to call back the following week. The third time, no, they were closed that day. So I was given the runaround for three weeks by a rather unfriendly man who finally said they were closed on May 24th. When things start with such a lack of respect for the customer, it's a place to avoid. I've never seen anything like it.

04/06/2026: Crescendo in Aire-sur-l'Adour: warm welcome, fast service, and good value for money. Being conveniently located right next to the E. Leclerc shopping center makes parking very easy. Thank you for your hospitality.

18/07/2026: The service was too slow. The restaurant itself is quite pleasant, with nice decor and air conditioning. The ceviche is good, but the portions are small. Once you remove the corn and cassava chips, there's not much left.

15/07/2026: A very warm welcome, and the meal was excellent! We had the ceviche of the day, which was delicious. The mojito was also very good. A great place, I highly recommend it!

23/04/2026: The place is beautiful, we queued for a table (nothing unusual there), the service was very good, but the food arrived cold, it wasn't cooked properly, and we couldn't get what we ordered. A shame...

21/04/2026: We ordered the salad of the day, a Caesar salad. However, the breaded chicken was dry, tough, and tasteless, the lettuce was starting to turn brown, and the cheese was practically nonexistent. The dressing was insufficient, so we asked for vinaigrette. This wasn't possible because only one small container per salad is provided. After complaining about the dry salad, we learned that the salad of the day had been prepared the day before. We do not recommend this establishment. INEDIBLE, INDUSTRIAL CAESAR SALAD - SHAMEFUL FOR THE PRICE!!!!
