27/09/2026: We had visited L’Odace a long time ago and were curious to rediscover the restaurant. We chose to eat outside, which was actually quite pleasant, as the interior is rather pervasive with cooking smells—perhaps the ventilation system needs improvement. The presentation of the dishes was elegant and quite attractive. The chef was very present in the dining room, dynamic and approachable, while the service was much more discreet. However, we were unfortunately disappointed by the most important aspect: the flavors. They weren't bad, but we found the dishes lacked depth and, above all, didn't live up to the price. For the price, we really expected more effort and enjoyment on the plate. A special mention goes to the bread, which seemed particularly dry, almost stale. Perhaps it had been sliced ​​too far in advance. Overall, it was a decent experience, with a pleasant presentation and a very engaged chef, but a real disappointment regarding the flavors and value for money. We left with the feeling that the dish unfortunately didn't live up to our expectations.

14/10/2026: Having come back after the disappointment of my first visit, I was once again disappointed. The staff wasn't very welcoming, and the food was bland and tasteless. You even wonder if it was ready at all. One star is already a good start.

29/08/2026: A very pleasant place with waitresses and waiters who are very attentive to their guests. We felt right at home. The menus are varied, there's something for everyone, and vegetarians will find plenty of options. The food and dishes are excellent. Very good value for money. I discovered this restaurant too late, but whenever I'm in Vannes, I stop by the café. And during the heatwave, they had air conditioning! The staff really goes the extra mile for their guests. Friends who came with me are happy to go back! So, an excellent restaurant!!! I highly recommend it!

04/10/2026: I've tried this restaurant several times during the week at lunchtime, always with a reservation. I've never been disappointed with my choices; it's always very good. The menu offers a wide and high-quality selection of dishes. My personal favorite is the chocolate mousse.

16/09/2026: Arrived around noon for lunch. We sat on the terrace, outside where there are cushions, and ordered three set menus. We immediately noticed that the large cushions we sat on were frankly very dirty. The set menu wasn't very expensive (€14.50), and included: - A small plate of country ham - Mussels, confit, or fish and chips - A scoop of ice cream The starter arrived after 30 minutes, which was fine, as the setting was pleasant. The plate with the two thin slices of ham was devoured in barely 10 minutes. We had chosen the mussels, which weren't moules marinières but rather mussels with maître d'hôtel butter—very greasy, and with garlic everywhere. Two of the three plates of mussels were cold. We had been sitting for an hour and a half when the mussels arrived, so we weren't fussy; we were hungry. We politely mentioned it to the waiter, who responded rather curtly. For dessert, we had a choice between one scoop of vanilla ice cream or one scoop of vanilla ice cream. In short, if you don't like vanilla, don't order the daily special. I should point out that the flavor wasn't listed on the daily menu. When it came time to pay, a small queue at the register made me realize that the manager (I assume this person manages the restaurant since I didn't see her working) was criticizing customers, with other customers as witnesses. I went to the register and paid, which is the main thing, because at no point was I asked if my meal was good or if everything was alright. We came once because the setting is nice, but we won't be back. I should mention that we eat out regularly, and we're not fussy customers; we just wanted a normal, quick meal. We left after our ice cream, it was around 2:30 pm... Anyway

15/09/2026: Several dishes are offered on the menu, including mussels with parsley, Roquefort cheese, and red curry. The coffee, however, doesn't taste very good, but it might suit some people 🤷🏻‍♀️

Superb service, truly exceeded expectations as the restaurant is so large; they really went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant dinner. Thanks to the super enthusiastic Chloë. Very attentive and friendly. When we return to Paris, we'll definitely be back.

20/10/2026: Friends treated us to a midweek express meal deal, an excellent and delicious discovery! Nothing was missing: aperitif, glass of wine, coffee, amuse-bouche, starter, main course, and dessert. The welcome and service were warm and friendly.

09/10/2026: Our first fine dining experience, my wife and I, and we weren't disappointed at all! There were so many different textures and flavors; each dish had its own special touch. The cuisine was very plant-based and quite acidic. As a big eater, I was worried I wouldn't be satisfied, but with the eight-course meal, I ate more than enough. It's a bit pricey, but the technique, the research, and the quality of the ingredients all contribute to the experience. I want to give a special mention to the staff, who truly enhanced the meal! We took the time to chat with three members of the team, and it really made us want to come back. Thank you for this wonderful evening! :)
