18/11/2025: A warm welcome awaits you at Krystann, in a pleasant and comfortable setting. The food is good and the overall experience is enjoyable, although the galettes would be even more flavorful with less processed ingredients. A friendly place for a simple and convivial experience.

20/05/2026: A very bad experience. At 6:30 am, we hadn't even had time to sit down before the manager chased us out, shouting "skulls and crossbones!"

09/05/2026: Charming waiter, tasty food and delicious house wine. We came around 12:30 pm without reservation. No long wait for the food and it was very good. It's not as crowded as the restaurants close to front street.

13/04/2026: We went there for lunch after our visit in Louvre. I must say that the personnel is very friendly and really reactive. The patron talks personally a lot to his guests...(we've seen that he spent many minutes at some tables). Unfortunately: food didn't covince us... We had following meals: Boeuf Bourguignon: this one was quite good! Salmon with mashed sweet potatoes: this good Unfortunatelly all the other courses didn't meet our expectations: Onion soup - (even if there was a lot of gratinated cheese on top and bread inside - the soup itself seemed to be like onions with water only...no aroma, not much boullion or spices...normally I don't like if the soup is too salty, here - I had to add salt as it had no taste for me... Esaloppes were quite good but unfortunatelly they were accompanied by the worst french fries I've ever eaten (so much oil that they wre not crispy at all but just wet and heavy) Another portion of Escalopes was acompanied by linguine. Also here, not tasting fresh, oily, greesy,,..(like if they were cooked before and then warmed up?).... All in all - we wouldn't eat here again. Still - 3 stars because of good location and very nice staff (epecially the blond-lady, super nice).

18/05/2026: We chose this restaurant for its food. The welcome was deplorable, with a staff member who was condescending and made pronouncements without checking. The food was good, but not exceptional. The side dishes could have been cooked to perfection, in my opinion. The trout en papillote (butterfly-style) is a welcome change, especially since the plastic label was burnt, which was a significant improvement, particularly for a pregnant woman (we mentioned it, but received no real acknowledgment). The staff didn't interact, and there was a general feeling of coldness. The corporate atmosphere was borderline. I agree with a previous review that noted regulars are well received, while newcomers are treated like outsiders. Thus, an evening that seemed pleasant turned into an ordeal. It didn't make us want to order drinks or dessert. Expect to wait an hour for the main course. We finally gave up our table for dessert. It was a disappointment.

01/07/2026: The setting is idyllic, right on the sand, perfect for a drink. However, I wouldn't recommend it for a meal. Unfortunately, the food doesn't live up to the setting. The desserts were bland and frankly not good. We mentioned this to the manager, who offered no compensation and didn't even bother to offer us free coffee. It's a real shame, because with such a location, you expect a higher-quality experience. Clearly, they don't care about building customer loyalty. For a drink, yes. For a meal, look elsewhere.

29/06/2026: The place is fantastic, but the food didn't live up to it. I was very disappointed with the "grilled" octopus, which was really undercooked; I couldn't finish it.

30/06/2026: Kind service. Excellent wine selection, which I did not expect from a corner bar in such a small village. But we are in France after all. :)

24/06/2026: Richard gave us a very warm welcome, both on the phone when we made the reservation and with his attentiveness upon our arrival. Everything was done to make us feel comfortable. 13/05/2026: Snails like I haven't had in ages, absolutely delicious. Frog leg, very good, and I tried the tartare au gratin with Vacherin cheese... Quite a great experience, the cheese doesn't overpower the other flavors, the tartare itself is full of taste, not disappointed at all, and I'll be back soon! 👍

21/03/2026: The staff were very friendly. The restaurant felt like a canteen, not very cozy and noisy. And there were no vegetarian options (only one burger, but it wasn't available that evening).

Axel was incredibly professional, attentive to every detail, and always with a smile, even though our group was a bit boisterous. We also had a wonderful meal (thank you, kitchen!). 23/05/2026: A very pleasant stay; the staff were responsive and friendly. The restaurant menus are excellent and very good value for money. The inn is in a lovely setting with a pretty park. The rooms are simple but comfortable; it's best to choose a room upstairs.

19/05/2026: A horrible, not to mention traumatic, experience. We had planned our wedding there. The first meeting was absolutely perfect. After paying the deposit, the second meeting involved an unpleasant and racist staff member. We had to cancel the wedding. Avoid at all costs.
