11/07/2025: A huge thank you for organizing our 10th wedding anniversary, combined with our respective 40th anniversaries, in July 2025! Everything was absolutely perfect, just as it was for our wedding in July 2015.
Your attentiveness and the ideal setting once again made these moments unforgettable. We couldn't have dreamed of anything better!

The meal was delicious, we congratulate the chef, and our guests had a wonderful time. Dominique, who looked after us and our guests, was wonderful. We thank him warmly. We also thank Madame Le Goff for her advice and adaptability. The estate is a peaceful, magnificent place that charmed young and old alike! Coming from the Nordkapp, we made a brief stop in Lille. However, we discovered a restaurant, Le Nouvel Atelier, which is a real gem in Lille. The dishes are tasty, elegantly presented, and perfectly executed. The service is remarkable: attentive, responsive, and always with a smile. We truly feel unique, as if everything was designed to make us have an exceptional experience. Flawless from start to finish. Congratulations to the whole team! 👏

25/01/2025: A bit disappointing experience for a one star dining expectation. Starters are fairly good, yet both main dishes from me and my husband feels a lot flat from the look and taste.
My dish was a Venison, the meat itself was actually good, but the burrata and blackcurrant sauce came with it doesn’t fit. The sauce is way too sour and compromised the taste of the meat.
My husband ordered wild hare. We found three small bullets in the meat. Though it’s not unusual because of the hunting, bite on it while eating indeed hurt your teeth, our waiter could have warned us in ahead.
Overall not very impressive dinner for this level.

09/12/2024: We rescheduled our summer trip very spontaneously and didn't regret it. Nice room with sea view, air conditioning. Balcony furniture would be appropriate. The reception was extremely friendly and accommodating. Thumbs up
10/09/2024: Small hotel close to the sea.
The room (a little small) was very clean and functional. In addition, it was air conditioned. And to top it off, the room overlooking the back of the building, the night was very quiet.
This hotel is perfect for a 2-3 night stay in Carnon, to enjoy the sea and the surrounding area (city of Montpellier, Sète, Aigues-Mortes, Grau-du-Roi, ...).
This hotel offers excellent value for money in the region.

27/08/2024: What charm this old post house has! Very pretty park where it is nice to relax by the swimming pool or have breakfast, close access to the river completes this idyllic setting.
20/08/2024: Very nice hotel, quiet environment, small room and bathroom. Welcoming staff, good breakfast. It’s a shame that the swimming pool is only accessible from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and that breakfast is only served at 8 or 9 a.m.

However, we were very disappointed with the meal. Decent starter, very very average beef tartare, tough meat, frozen fries, chicken in cream way too salty and gratin bathed in fat.
Ice cream ok, frozen nougat without any taste.
We will not come back!

19/06/2024: A superb break with friends. Homemade dishes, everything was delicious, homemade fries (that’s so rare 😉). The welcome from the boss and top staff, in a very pleasant setting. You can discover the wines of the region there. I really recommend this restaurant.
