20/01/2026: We had a meal on the slopes and asked to eat inside, but be careful of the draft in front of the bar. The meals are served in generous portions, but be careful what you choose. The polenta was really dry and strong (served with cheese). The crust was made with dry bread. The waiter was very friendly, and the overall atmosphere was good, it's a shame it was cold 🥶

05/01/2026: A great break during a day of skiing. Meals are served until 2:30 pm, and afterwards you can enjoy a delicious buckwheat galette or a sweet crêpe. Excellent value for money!

19/01/2026: We were greeted with a smile at a late hour (9:34 pm) when the staff could have turned us away. There were no other customers in the dining room due to the rain. We were served generously. A huge thank you again to all the staff.

10/01/2026: We arrived around noon just for a drink. I ordered mint tea. It was excellent, served with pine nuts on the side in a small glass, and a generous portion. Given the quality of the tea, we ended up having lunch. We had a lamb tagine with vegetables, generous in both vegetables and meat, and stuffed squid (a Tunisian recipe) served with rice and salad—very good. The owner was very friendly. We will gladly return.

I find it outrageous that no cashier is available to process my payments... how is it any faster for me to do it myself? Do I need to take a training course using my CPF (Personal Training Account) before shopping with you? Also, what's next? Do I have to come to your store to stock the shelves? Perhaps work security shifts instead of the guard? Maybe your company is on the verge of bankruptcy with its millions, even billions, of annual profits? Thank you for reading...

27/01/2026: Despite the cashier's friendliness, it's extremely disappointing for a company like Ikea not to have a human cashier at its registers. It's outrageous to impose a system on us where we have no choice and the customer has to do your job...

15/09/2025: We had a wonderful time at the restaurant: the very friendly waiters greeted us and gave us a seat on the terrace. We ordered homemade burgers, which surprised us with their soft and tender meat, soft buns with sauce, and uniquely shaped fries. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the city and a quiet location in the city center. I highly recommend it. 👌🏻

06/02/2026: What can I say… The manager of this establishment was frankly unpleasant, bitter, and unbearable from start to finish (ironic for a bar!). Lacking tact and diplomacy, I do not recommend this place, whose service is just like the menu! We felt uncomfortable, especially since, as we were rushing out, we saw the manager talking behind our backs to one of his colleagues and saying, "They don't know how to close a door, those guys," just as we were about to pay… what a welcome!! In short, I certainly won't be returning to La Méthode, which is the epitome of bitterness.

From the moment you arrive, the exterior is well-maintained, modern, and easily accessible, with a pleasant atmosphere that immediately invites you inside. Inside, the shop is impeccable: extremely clean, well-organized, and bright. The displays are clear and perfectly showcase a wide variety of chocolates, offered in many forms: bars, molded chocolates, assortments, confectionery… there’s something for everyone. The layout is enjoyable and allows you to discover chocolate from different perspectives, making the visit both delicious and informative. At the checkout, the cashier is friendly, helpful, and professional, which further enhances the positive experience. You can buy chocolate individually or by the kilo, with attractive promotions on certain products nearing their expiration date—an excellent opportunity to treat yourself at a great price without compromising on quality. A visit we highly recommend, as much for the quality of the welcome and the exemplary cleanliness as for the richness and variety of chocolates on offer. A truly delightful experience for chocolate lovers.

21/01/2026: A typical Parisian café, the kind we don't like. The staff isn't friendly, bordering on aggressive and inquisitorial... keep walking, there are much nicer places just a stone's throw away on Rue Daguerre.
