06/08/2026: We went as a family. There was a band playing to create an atmosphere, but unfortunately the music was so loud we couldn't talk to each other. The burger was cooked roughly; we ordered it rare and it was served very rare. The squid à la provençale with four new potatoes was rather small. The service was very good.

05/08/2026: We wanted to eat, but unfortunately we were asked to leave the table. Sad, the restaurant was empty.

16/10/2026: The welcome was very friendly. We were a little less impressed when we saw the portion sizes. €18 for a starter, main course, and dessert. The quiche... just eggs and a slice that was barely 2cm thick. The cheese platter... three pieces less than 1cm thick and a piece of toast. The main course was a burger, nothing more to say, neither good nor bad. It wasn't a bad experience, but it was nothing more than average. Roadside restaurants are better than this. 05/10/2026: I went to eat at the hostel one evening and had the hostel burger – excellent! The gourmet coffee for dessert was also delicious. I highly recommend it; the staff is very friendly and professional. I'll definitely be back! 👌

26/10/2026: A fantastic place where we make a point of having fondue every year during the Haguenau Christmas market! The fondue is truly excellent, accompanied by a generous platter of charcuterie. You can tell the products are high quality, and it's a real treat. The service is also very friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit for our Christmas tradition!

24/08/2026: Great experience! I had a truly delicious tomahawk, well-prepared and accompanied by an excellent sauce. To finish, the blueberry pie was a must-try. The owner is definitely an added bonus: very kind, attentive, and helpful. She also speaks Italian and made me feel at ease right away. Attentive service, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent cuisine. Highly recommended, I'd gladly return!

22/08/2026: We went there last night to end our stay. On the menu: mountain burger, duck breast with blueberries, fondue, raclette, and "donkey ears" (a type of pastry). Everything was absolutely delicious. The raclette and fondue are served for one person, which I think is fantastic because most restaurants only offer these dishes for two or more. The desserts not only looked amazing but were also perfect. Not to mention the impeccable service from the waitress, who was incredibly attentive, welcoming, kind, and always smiling. In short, it's wonderful to still find establishments that are flawless in every way. Go without hesitation! Thank you for this wonderful evening, Le 34, and all the best. We'll definitely be back.

06/08/2026: Bistro-style restaurant. Friendly welcome. Likewise, friendly service. A bowl of water was provided for the dog without even asking. Beautifully presented dishes. Some delightful touches of creativity. Lovely seasonings. Be careful with the cooking of the pollack. Not much gravlax on the plate. (?) The desserts are delicious. A perfect ending. The quality/price ratio is a bit too high (in my opinion). But a pleasant experience nonetheless, and it's good!

30/06/2026: The restaurant is excellent. The three-course meal (starter, main, dessert) is served in generous portions, beautifully presented. Everything is delicious, expertly prepared, and homemade. Even the dessert is truly excellent!

03/06/2026: The attic room is quite narrow but clean. It's an older building with no elevator, and a spiral staircase, making it unsuitable for those with mobility issues. The service is good. The restaurant is also good, and parking is available nearby.

There aren't many restaurants these days where you can enjoy your coffee and cognac with a good cigar. It truly feels like stepping back in time, where service and quality are paramount. The dishes are made with fresh, local, and top-quality ingredients. Superb! There are no places like this anymore. Impeccable service, simple dishes, and prime quality products, often with seasonal local ingredients. Coffee, cognac, and cigars are even available in Spain. Many restaurants no longer have cigars to accompany their coffee. A real pleasure!!
