Bravo also for the initiative to provide charging stations for electric vehicles.

22/05/2025: For 20 years, a star has shone in Saint Brieuc, and this star is well-deserved. The modern dining room is relaxing with a beautiful green view. Mr. Aumont, "self-taught," brilliantly masters his seaside cuisine. He manages to sublimate the mackerel and tenderize the abalone in a stunning way. The plates are beautiful with harmonious aromas and textures. His juices/sauces are excellent. Very good wine list that allows you to treat yourself with a nice bottle. The service is very kind, bravo and thank you to the whole team! ... and I won't forget the terminal that charged my car with batteries while we feasted 😉.

21/09/2024: Nous avons été surpris par l'amabilité, la gentillesse, la serviabilité de tout le personnel à tous les postes. De nombreuses personnes travaillant dans l'hôtellerie devraient y faire un stage. Chambre impeccable, repas extra, félicitations au chef pour sa créativité qui nous fait oublier qu'il n'y a pas de nappe, ni de serviette tissu.
Un seul petit bémol au petit déjeuner le salé est peu représenté. Très belle soirée.
06/09/2024: Really lovely accommadating staff. Restaurant was full so offeted to bring our meal to the room. It was a foul night so greatly appreciated. Really nice hotel sorry we could not be there in better weather and for longer. Looked lovely town.

05/09/2024: Superbly maintained castle with beautiful terraces including an Italian one, with a magnificent park! Good quality room. The dishes are succulent, refined, served by impeccable, discreet and friendly professionals. The breakfast is copious, accompanied by excellent products. To conclude, we were able to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, sufficiently equipped with parasols and deckchairs. Great!

Attentive staff, high quality breakfast, gourmet cuisine with a sublime chocolate dessert
We highly recommend this place.

12/09/2024: Die Lage direkt am Strand, etwas erhöht mit Terrasse und einem sensationellen Blick macht die Unterschiedliche Qualität der Gerichte wett. die Speiseauswahl sowohl auf der Karte als auch auf der Tafel ist sehr überzeugend, aber wie gesagt sind nicht alle Gerichte perfekt umgesetzt. So war das Lammragout ziemlich trocken, die Palourdes farcies waren hingegen sehr lecker. Erwähnenswert sind das gemütliche Ambiente und der überaus freundliche Service!

24/09/2024: Located opposite the royal monastery of Brou, the establishment with its discreet facade will surprise you with its sophisticated simplicity. The room is pleasant, the service perfect. Chic restaurant atmosphere.
On the menu:
• 2 Bresse chickens, morel/Chardonnay sauce + basmati rice? Impeccable.
• 1 coffee.
Surprise at the bill, a small plate garnished with two meringues and two lace tuiles of sesame seed nougatine. Delicious.
On the bill; 69.20 euros
Very good value for money.

21/08/2024: Quite disappointed with the tastes! The menu at 41st is tempting but the foie gras starter is sorely lacking in foie gras, and what about the pavlova which only has one strawberry even though it is a strawberry-based dessert. The type of dough on which the meringue is placed is no substitute for strawberries!
The waitresses on the other hand are top notch!
Overall too expensive for what it is... I won't go back!

03/09/2024: J avais demandé une galette avec crevettes et noix de Saint jaques il n y avait pas de crevettes et quand on le presice aux personnels ils disent ont mets toujours des crevettes avec cette galette et bien non je ne l ai pas inventé dommage repas très bon mais de mauvaise fois le patron je pense et pareil une petite jeune nous propose le menu enfant en petite quantité normal au lieu de gaspiller et bien non le patron refuse .

26/08/2024: We came to eat quickly before we left and the restaurant was apparently full. We asked if we could eat anyway and the restaurant owner said yes.
So we ordered 5 plates, no starters, no desserts, just 3 tartars (without cooking) and 2 burgers. We waited 1 hour 10 minutes for our food. Whatever the reason for this delay, it is unacceptable to wait so long. No apology from the staff for whom the situation seems absolutely normal, no commercial gesture, nothing. The dishes were good but not very plentiful. I won't come back, I was quite disappointed.
